Hi there I'm Bonnie be welcome back the hidden crimes channel in this video. I'M going to show you how to properly put on your hailer shaped extension. Let'S get started so after you get your halo shaped extension by hidden crown fitted properly. Now is the time to get acquainted with how to put it on the proper way as well. There are improper ways and proper ways to doing so before you've, worn it a whole day or not, it needs to be molded to your head shape. So the first couple hours that you have it on is going to feel a little bit insecure, you're, going to feel movement and you're going to be very aware of it, so give it a few hours to mold to your head shape. The heat from your scalp is super hot and it will mold very quickly and before you know it you're not going to be able to feel it as much and it's going to feel a lot more secure and wearable for you. So let's go ahead and get started. I'M going to set this down, I'm going to show you how to put it on properly by parting, the top half of my hair up. This is the easiest way to learn how to put on your halo shaped extension, to make sure that you don't pull too much of your hair up and over. If you pull too much of your hair up and over, it can put tension on the extension which can then put tension on your scalp, and we want to avoid that. So let's go ahead and get started now where I have mine fitted is about an inch and a half back from my hairline keep in mind. Everybody'S head shape is different, so what I'm doing is making sure that my parting, where the wire is going to lay, is where all the hair is up and out of the way, so that I can lay the wire there and there isn't going to be too Much hair laying under the wire when I put it on and then clip this out of the way. As you can see, I part pretty high up. I don't have very much hair. My hair is very thin, as you can see, and it's shorter, but this is plenty of hair for me to go ahead and hide the West in the back, and I know that a lot of people get a little insecure about that. But keep in mind that it's flat to the back of your head and your hair goes over it and you can even tease it if you have thinner hair than me to hide it if you need to so when you go to put it on, you do Not want your hands under the extension. You will not have full control over this, so you want complete control when you're putting it on, and you want to start with control of the wire first. You want to not make any moves for the back until your wire is secure in the place that you need it to be, and it doesn't move so keeping your fingers on top like little claws or little clippers. So I have a good hold on the two corners where the wire meets the West and I'm going to come around and I'm going to focus only on putting the wire where it needs to go so watching the two corners here and what I do with my Fingers once I have my wire in place now, I'm going to press the two sides, the two corners against my head. As you can see, I have not done anything back here just yet, because I want to make sure that this wire stays put. If you don't make sure the wire stays put where it's supposed to go, what's going to happen, is it's going to slide back on you and then, when you go to pull your hair up and over or you go to continue to put it on it's just Going to keep moving and it's just going to be a hassle for you and you're going to get frustrated so making sure the wire is right, where it's supposed to go is going to make sure that this back here is a snug fit so see there. This is very snug of round my head shape where it was fitted. It'S not a headband, so it's not supposed to come right here and down and around the nape of your neck. You do not want the weft hanging down low and you do not want your wire city will far back. Everybody'S head shape is different, so just try to get your best proper fitting that you can just keep in mind from the hairline. It'S anywhere from one to two inches that you're wanting to stand, and you want the two sides about an inch or two two inches, maybe above your ear and then the back left area should fit snug, not too tight, not too loose right at the occipital bone. Right there and you should be able to see your parting above the weft. You do not want any hair bunched up right over the West, because that's going to put tension on the extension and it will cause you a mess and it can cause some discomfort. So you want to avoid that all right moving on go ahead and let your hair down and the very most important last step that you're going to do you must must do. This is comb every hair strand that is laying under the wire out from laying under the wire. So what we do here is taking your hidden crown rat tail comb, I'm going to somewhat aggressively comb comb horizontally to the side. As you can see, the hair is sliding under. So you don't want to go diagonal back forward. You don't want to be, like you know like too too sensitive with it. You want to make sure the teeth grab your hair strands from laying under the wire. This anchor is the wire in place. It hides the wires and it ensures that your hair is safe from the wire. I even go all the way to the nodding to make sure there's no hair laying under there or tied up around the nodding, but keep in mind that when you're parting, the top half of your hair up making a clean parting where that wire goes makes. This part super easy for you and that feels really good. This is my fourteen inch day, drink color number 60 days, and that's how easy it is, to put your hand, shaped extension on keep playing around with it, keep doing it, the more you do it. The more you wear it the easier it's going to be it's going to find its home once it's molded on your head shape and it will stay in place if it's fitted properly and we'll see in the next video thanks for watching hope. Kelly Ann: Thank you so much for this video! I absolutely agree this was the most useful, helpful tutorial ever! I add one weft of my regular hair extensions above where I place my halo position in order to blend my shorter hair with the length of the halo and it blends beautifully. Thank you again! Very Helpful!

Brigitte Who changes her username sometimes: Thank you for this detailed explanation. I just had mine cut to blend in with my hair, I need this! Excellent product you have

Gail Caldwell: Great tutorial, maybe the best I’ve seen. Resolved several of my issues. I finally stopped wearing my halo extensions b/c of the issues you’ve covered. I’ll use these tips and this should work. Thanks for making it so simple, I feel kind of silly now.

Birkit 11: Thanks for the helpful vid tutorial. How does it mold with heat from body? What if you need to wash it? Is the wire uncomfortable after a few hours? Are some people sensitive? Could a child wear this, or would their scalp be too sensitive? Thanks again.

Butterfly 9: Bonnie, my problem is, when I had my long beautiful hair trimmed the other day and layers put in, she accidentally trimmed a 4' space in the middle. With this Halo you say to take a comb and make sure you comb out all the hair that's underneath. I want to fill this spot, I don't want people knowing there's a spot there. So by pulling all the hair out and over will show the gap. Please respond.

Renee Sullins: Great video! What length would you suggest for a 'young looking' woman over 50. I'm petite and want to have fuller hair, but don't want to look like I'm trying to look way younger, or have 'too much' hair. Thanks.

Edwyna Laughton: Very helpful video. Thanks!

Brittany Hill: I’ve watched the video on common wire problems... I don’t feel like I can wear the weft any higher on the back of my head due to my head shape. It feels quite secure, I just have the scalp indent. I tried pulling less hair out and over the weft, I still have the indent. It’s painful! Please help!

Suzanne Campbell: Thank you so much. I've seen at least 3 videos. Of the wire extensions. I love how you explain the how good on all the hair you present. You are beautiful and sweet. Thanks. Suzanne.

Veronica Adderley: I used this once on "dirty hair" & it was so easy to put on & hide! Tried it the next time on clean hair (I can only assume, that's the issue?!) & it slips right off! I tried adjusting the wire & all. Spent an hour trying to put it on. Gave up. Was it because my hair was squeaky clean the 2nd time?! Or something else? Pls help! The 1st time it was super easy & looked fab!

Taylor Rae Boylan: This video is bomb thank you love

Tina Marie: You're really pretty. I'm surprised how natural it looks & how well it matches your natural hair.

Shelly Buckendorf: Is it possible to do a loose side french braid with a halo-extension?

forgetfulone923: I have a question. I have extremely thin spots, not to mention cowlicks, on the crown, higher up than you are putting the halo hair extension. Won't I still have those bald spots since the back sits further down?

R 8888: Should we brush them out before we put them on or after?

Amomma Sez: HI Why do the toppers cost double what the crowns cost? Thanks, Bonnie.

Johanna Neunzig: can you do a half updo with these hailo extensions ?

Taylor Cain: What if your hair is thick? Is this going to be enough?

Shannon Bundy: Do you pull ur hair out from the Back under the wire?

Vjollca T.: Thank yoouuu !!! ♥️♥️

Gail Rutkowski: I can not get the clips to clip in securely in my somewhat thin hair.

Madi Hebl: How would you recommend wearing this with a back cowlick?

Amy D: Of all the videos on youtube, YOURS IS THE BEST!!

Stefanie Godfrey: You said in the beginning of the video " after you get your halo extension sized then you are ready to wear it"? How do we get it sized ? How do we go about doing that? Do you have instructions for how to fit?

Khaleesi Kimber: Do you have a video of halo and topper being put on?

Gail Rutkowski: I can not get the clips to clip in securely in my somewhat thin hair.

Gail Rutkowski: I can not get the clips to clip in securely in my somewhat thin hair.

June Rasheed: Hi . Is this Natural or Synthetic hair ?

Dana Tvrda: I really wanted to love these hair extensions but after 2 weeks try to find right fitting I gave it up. It slips all the time no matter how long I try to put them on and my hair is tangled around the microbead. I have an extremely fine hair, can it be the reason? It makes me cry. I am so sorry but I prefer clips in.

Begoña Gonzalez Gonzalez: Me gustaría saber si tienen extensión crown pero que pueda hacerlo con flequillo

Jane Smith: Would have liked to see how it looks from the back.

Amellia Mendel: Put them on the model with a sock hat, then do the makeup. When that's done take off the sock hat and style

Jo Tawhai: I bet if the wire snapped, the hair will just fall.

Pam Gardner: Thku very great !

TMZeena: I need to get a new wire and hooks I have emailed the company four times and no one is getting back to me. what do I do?
