4 Creative Hairstyles Using A Long Ponytail (Extension By Vpfashion)| Kylie The Jellyfish

It'S Kylie the jellyfish. Today I bring to you a video demonstrating, looks I decided to create with this super cute ponytail extension that was provided to me by VP fashion. This ponytail is a 22 inch silky straight extension piece sent to me in the lightest blonde shade. So that I could dye it whatever color I wanted. I have a separate video completely on how I actually put it in and how I dye it. Now most of you haven't seen me in a ponytail or any kind of a bun, because I really hate putting my hair up, but I thought that this would be a really fun way to see if I could ever actually love the way. It looks by adding some really fun, props and styles all put together to really see how creative I can get with hair styles. So today I have planned out for fancy hairstyles you can achieve with a long ponytail. I would also like to thank my friend and co-worker Sarah for helping me execute these styles. I'M posting this video around Valentine's Day, not because this is a Valentine's Day inspired tutorial, but to promote that VP fashion is having a huge Valentine's Day. Sale. So for this video I'm going to walk you through this sarah and i took to achieve all these looks this first look sort of gives me a punk goddess, vibe or like a warrior princess, because it's just so elegant yet badass. The first thing you can see me do with sarah is she's putting some mousse into my hair, and i honestly would name all the products that we use today, but we probably have a total of 20 products in my hair right now. That doesn't even show all the ones that are already in my hair and every single hair type takes different products differently. So sometimes, if you put the same product into your hair, that's in mind, it could ruin it. They'Ll. Look for you so just use your better judgement and use what you think is best for your hair. If you're ever trying to make a similar look after brushing in the mousse, we tied everything up into a tight ponytail on the top of my head. The small undercut pieces on my nape were all pinned up with bobby pins to keep them out of the way we took my flat iron and started to Flatiron sections on the ponytail, a little tip to help get the ponytail looking really nice and shiny, and pretty Is to get some hair oil and rub it between your fingers and then run your hands through the ponytail, and this will create shine as well as piece everything together to make it look really nice and clean. Next Sarah takes small sections off the top of my ponytail and makes very small braids as she's braiding down. She pulls out some little tiny pieces that puff out to create a texturized braid. I think these little loose pieces add a lot of flair to a really simple classic braid. She added a fishtail braid down the middle to create variety. We finished up the look with some very cute little hair studs that I got off of the VP fashion website. If they're still available online, I will leave a link below in the description you simply open them up and push them through the braid screwing. On the other side, just like a piercing, we placed the studs asymmetrically throughout all three braids. We finished the whole look with some finishing spray and shine spray and voila for this next look. We wanted to go through the hair and curl everything, so we took everything down and curled. My natural hair first just remember to always add a heat protectant into your hair before you ever do any kind of a heat styling after we were done curling my hair. We took the pony tail extension separately from my hair and we added some waves in with my Bed Head waver tool and alternated with some pieces curled with the curling iron, switching up the direction of the curl every other piece, as well as leaving out some straight Pieces underneath after putting the pony's held back in my hair, Sara back combed it and started putting rubber bands in each section splitting them in half and twisting the rest of the ponytail into itself and pulling out loose pieces to create a messy textured bubble. Braid. I bought some cute little fabric, flowers from Michael's craft store and we stuck some of them into my hair using the back combed pieces. If you want extra hold, you can pin clip or tie them back somehow we're adding some hold spray, so everything stays where it should be. This whole look was inspired by Rapunzel in the movie Tangled, where her braids had a bunch of wild flowers put in it. For this next look, it's actually much simpler than it seems Sara sectioned off my hair into three separate sections on the ponytail and she braided each of them off separately. Then she folded up the sections and pinned them all together. On my head, like an updo of rows and rows of braids, this look honestly wasn't inspired by anything, but afterwards I felt like Queen Clarion the queen of the fairies at Pixie, Hollow where Tinkerbell is from. I read all the books, especially after we threw glitter on top of the whole. Look it added just a really very, like magical touch. The glitter was definitely a pain to get out, but it was so much fun throwing all over the place and making a mess with it. We actually decided to try something different by adding a fringe on to the front. We simply blow-dried everything down and swept everything that was hanging down. On my face to the side, we tied everything back on my regular hair into a low bun, and then I touched a ponytail below that curling everything with the curling iron, alternating the directions of the curl. I added a fun festive Flair by using some hair tinsel that I bought off of Amazon. I tied some strands of the hair tinsel two bobby pins, and then we stuck those bobby pins into the top of the ponytail. This last one reminds me a lot of Belle from Beauty and the Beast the way she wears her hair with her final classic, yellow gown. These four looks I had originally only created on paper and we're so fun to see, come to life by the hands of Sara and forever grateful for Sara being able to help me out with this video as well as VP fashion, providing the ponytail extensions.
