Hey welcome to my channel in today's video i'll, be showing you how i do my high ponytail so right now i'm just looking up my hair. I ran out of edge fixer, which is super unfortunate, so i'm using jam and beeswax, which is fine. I just prefer my edge fixer. I use some eco styler gel in the back. The type of eco styler i'm using right now is the coconut oil one and i really like it um, but in the front i'm using jam and beeswax, because you do not want to use gel in the front, because that will make your hair curl back up, Which is fine, though i don't mind the wavy look in the front, but if you're going for a sleek ponytail, you don't want to use any water-based gels in the front. So after i smooth it up with the beeswax and the jam, i'm gon na go over it with the got to be glue and put it in the ponytail feels like it lasts forever cause. I don't wan na feel ashamed. No more baby show me what this love is. This love is so once i finished putting my hair up into the ponytail, i went ahead and braided it and i added hair to my braid so that i could make my ponytail longer. So if you want your ponytail to be longer, you can go ahead and add in hair, and that way, when you go to add the hair onto your braid you'll be starting lower down and you can add in more of the bundle. So i'm just taking a rubber band and that's how i'm going to attach the bundle to the braid so that i don't have to use glue or thread and it stays just the same. And you just want to tie the track around the braid tightly and close together so that you can use the entire bundle on the ponytail, and i had my tracks cut already, because i used this hair for another hairstyle. So i was using multiple pieces of hair. However, if you're using one bundle, you're just going to keep wrapping the bundle all the way up to the top and if you're, using more than one track like myself, you're just going to attach each track with a rubber band. Some people attach it in other ways. But i prefer to use the rubber band, i think it's the most sleek. So that's what i'm doing and i'm just going to continue wrapping the hair up and when i get to the end of the track, i just wrap some hair around the track to cover it up, and i am doubling my tracks. You don't have to do this, but i like to wrap more than one track at a time around the braid so that the ponytail is thicker. I know i'm really into this song right now ignore me. I was drinking my wine and listening to jill scott ready new business. New business um turn it down. You said too much enough. Is enough. Oh, oh, it oh is now i'm going to take a piece of hair from the back of the ponytail to wrap around the base of the ponytail to conceal it and i'm just going to brush it straight and use my got to be glue free spray to Secure it in place, oh downtown, oh, so i just wanted to come back and show you all the finished look um. I did my baby hair and my sideburns, which i added in from these bundles. So this is how it came out. I really love it. I love a high ponytail, i think they're just really cute and adorable, and they go with a lot of different outfits and i love that you can do them straight or curly. It doesn't matter so um. Yes, this is how it came out and i, like my ponytail super high, so this is like very on top of my head right now, but um. I love the way it turned out. I hope you guys enjoyed watching it um if you did make sure you like comment and subscribe, and i will see you in my next video. Thank you so much for watching bye.
