Side Part Sleek Ponytail Tutorial!

So, what's up pity gate, you should grow mine mikonam back with another video. So today, as you can see by said and the thumb now, I'm gon na be doing a sleek ponytail and you know you guys know if you vote, I instagrammed I'm always doing the middle part, but today I'm gon na do a side part of myself and I'Ve been getting a lot of requests to do this leaked photo so today I wish you guys how I do it so right now I already washed my hair, as you can see, and I'm about to like do everything through fast for whatever you want. If we can call it because I don't feel like, I don't feel like stopping and doing this stuff and, like you know, I'm saying anyways so right now, I'm about to put y'all was a call. He protect on my hair and it's this silk stuff. I'M gon na show you so the silk stuff is this. I don't know it's called silk fusion, Oh infusion, and yet it just make sure else. Your hair silky wait. Straighten it you're gon na have to find some bug. What should we call it? I have not pulled up okay, here's me protecting this is what it looks like. I don't know if I'm gon na use this one, but you can use any type of you protect me and I don't really have a preference. So you know just put some heat protector here, because I am straightening my hair and if you were following the video that you're going to share it to so, let's just get into the video okay. So, as I already said, I already washed my hair, and now I just put the he protect to any and the reason that I put that little silk infusion stuff in there before I straighten it not before extreme. But before I blow dry. It is because it's not like too too silky and like oily, you know I'm saying like if you put it in there, while your hair is wet and then you blow-dry it it'll still be silky without all, like. You know that oily look, even though I'm putting a point so like still, you don't want it like that, because it's gon na be harder. You just have to understand what I mean anyways, don't my home blow drying my hair, because I don't know I just was. I don't know what I was doing like I don't know like. I literally was just blow drying it any type of way. I usually section it off like I just second it off, but like yeah, I usually section it off into smaller sections. So it's easier and your hair dries - and you know thoroughly but like my hair, is thin so like I'll just be doing any type of way, but yeah make sure your section, your hair and make sure to dry all the way because you're going to flat iron. It and you don't want damp - you don't want to Flatiron damp, hair and stuff like that, like that, just don't make no sense so make sure that it's make sure that is what summer call it. Y'All know what I'm saying make sure that is boat ride. All the way, okay, so right here, I section it all like, like I was saying I'm just sectioning everything off so weird, but I started at my ear and that's cause like that's the first thing that you see in the videos like that's not in my head. So I just wanted to you know: I just want to show that part. First cuz, I'm recording a video clearly. So but usually I start from the back, you know and you do small sections but, like I said I have thin hair so like it just makes everything kind of easy. So if you out thick hair, you already know section and really small. Since you can get everything good nice and silky um, the flat iron that I'm using is from Chi, I don't even know how to pronounce it, but this CH. I, if you know what I'm talking about, then you know I'm talking about, but it's a really really really good flat iron. Like seriously you see, I'm only pressing my hair once cuz. That'S all you need well, that's all. I need but yeah that's just a flat iron like the fire and it's actually really good, and you see how my hair looks kinda it has that shine. But it's not like you know too silky and stuff, like that. That'S what I was talking about, but yeah the blow dryer that I'm using that's also from the same company. Just look it up on Google. If you don't know what I'm talking about is ch, I yeah and I'm pretty. I don't know where it's from but yeah. It'S a really good flower, okay guys. So I know I need to trim, don't come from my um ends, but right now I'm just section off my hair and usually I do a middle part like literally all the time, because it's just so easier. But this time I was like you know what I'm just gon na do a side part cuz. I barely ever do side parts like when I say I never do side parts the only time I decide a side part with like a with a point so attachment or whatever is when my hair wasn't even flyer enough that I literally just put it in the Side part, and then I put some curly hair at the end like. I would never do that again, those no but yeah, but it ended up coming out really really cute and I'm excited like yeah many ways. So I section off the tippy top of my hair and I'm saying something that I do recommend is sectioning off this part, because you want to make sure that your swoop is exactly how you want it and if it's like with the rest of the hair. Just doing it's not gon na be exactly how you want cuz. You know you have to pull this back in this week. Yeah. You know when you're doing your understand many ways. So not fine right here, I'm gon na put something on it, because I want my hair to be. I mean I want my scouts moisturized of course. So in this jar is black, castor and hair growth, oil and I'm gon na put that on my scalp. I use got to be glue free spring just right here: it's nine dollars, eight nine, the be spiced or I used that to obviously lay down my hair and a trick that I like to use to make sure that my hair is like easy, but not like. I have thin hair, so it's really easy, but like especially about clients or something like that. I use this Bed Head. It'S beeswax so like basically put it on there and it kind of holds it down for you. While you do that so yeah I get into that okay, so I already did the back part as you can kind of see, and now I'm about to top it off with the rest of the back part and like, as you can see, I'm going section by Section cuz: I have to make sure everything is smooth. You don't want to do everything at once, because you wanna make sure it's laid down flat and exactly how you want it to be so with the UM, the beeswax ik that I showed you guys. I basically put it on the the top, so cuz, that's like, basically, where everything begins like. If you on it to be extra extra smooth, you have to make sure sorry, I'm singing y'all, but um yeah. You have to make sure that the root of your hair is laid down flat and exactly how you want it so right now, I'm pulling out some hair on the sides, because you know I like hair on the sides. You don't have to do that, but that's just something that I prefer to do and you want to make sure it is even cuz. If here, if the side pieces aren't even it just looks weird, you know, I'm saying I'm pretty sure you guys can imagine like it. Looking weird and stuff like that, but yeah, I'm basically gon na do the side. That is not the swoop. You know I'm saying I'm gon na you not explain it. Yeah, I'm gon na. Do that side. First, I just find. I don't know why. I always that's. I first I just literally always do it first, but you see I put the beeswax on there. It just lets it like lay down more, I don't know it's just like it just helps a lot but yeah you can see using my comb and stuff like that using this spring and you got ta go little by little. Like you know, just even when you do like a small section or something you have to do the root and then do the back part. You know they can easy out now, I'm doing the back part. Yes, so and make sure everything is dry. Stuff like that, and something else that down, but the beeswax stick is that it makes your hair softer, then usable, because usually when I don't use it or when I used to not use it, my hair will always be like extra extra-hard. It would hold, but it would just be really hard, but now that I'm using it it holds - and it's also really soft and I like when I feel my hair - that is soft. You know I'm Sam, so now I'm going to the swoop in I like to do that tippy top first, and I also like to hold it down to, like you know to my head, so that it when it dries it's stuck to my head kind of also. I don't know if you guys saw what I did is. I was pressing the the blow-dryer on so you see, I just did it right there. I pressed the blow-dryer onto my head and that helps to you know that helps you know, make it fly and stuff, and also you have to make sure that your soup is exactly how you want it to be. I'M not wrapping up so much in this video. Like I'm real of just talking, but you know you really have to make sure your soup is how you want it, and some thing I do is like. If I mess up a little bit in the glue, is I mean the year the glue? Basically it's like. Basically dry but, like you know it's like kind of chew, you could put more glue on top of it and that kind of like wets it. You know a little bit. You know I'm saying and you can like kind of redo it a little bit but as you go, you'll get the hang of it. You know I'm saying so, yeah you, okay guys. So you know I'm down my ponytail. You know stick down my road hair. Now I'm going to put in the tribes into my point, oh now, as you can see, my plenty stuff is not long, so I mean my Brotherhood about long. So what I'm gon na do is add some fake hair in there and then I'm going to wrap my bundles around my knee my points over, so I use two bundles because I like it full if you will actually sometimes I like it. This is like, I don't know, but if you look on my Instagram my first day, I had two bundles and the one where it's like kite looks like it's kind of like purple, like you know like the pictures coming from. I don't know how to explain it. If you scroll down there's like a little yeah, I was at the minute but yeah that I only have one. Oh whatever many ways, these wonders are 22 inches each and you see it'll be longer, of course, because for one it's going in the back of my head and I'm wrapping it up the punch up. So it's like you know, one will start right here. Won'T start right here, you know I'm saying like you just yeah, I understand it, so you guys are just gon na watch me do that. Okay! So now I'm going to braid my hair and, as you can see, I just put the gossipy glue spray onto my real hair, and I do that because I want my hair to mold into the braid. I want it to be tight and it's gon na be like kind of sticky when you're braiding it, but once you're done it's gon na, be you know hard and stuff like that, and that's what you want. You don't want your braid, especially if your hair is soft. You don't want your brain to be slipping and falling out and stuff like that, because if it is, that's basically the foundation for your pony tail, and you don't want that because then, by about pointing sodium, I'm saying so yeah, I just add a rubber band at The end and I'm gon na you're gon na see me put more spray on there and dry and stuff. I'Ve barely dried it, but still you know just still do that. That'S why I prefer, I feel, like you guys, should do it soon, especially if you're about to do the plane to yourself but yeah um. So I have two bundles. Your must see me like yeah. I'Ve already put one in as you see but yeah. I have to bun decided to make sure both of them fit on there and another thing is I use bobby pins, so on myself I use bobby pins on most of my clients. I also use bobby pins, but most recently I started sewing it on them, but I find it easier for myself like doing it all myself to use bobby pins, but yeah you see, I'm wrapping it. You have to wrap it very very tightly and that's what I'm doing in here, I'm wrapping it very very tightly because if it's loose then it's just gon na come apart completely. So especially at the top. You want to wrap it very tight and then take a piece of hair, as I just did, I'm gon na straighten it cuz. It wasn't very straight. You want to make sure that a straight or curly or whatever it doesn't matter as long as it's looking, you know, silky and not puffy, but yeah. Basically, I'm just gon na wrap it around the ponytail and, as I go, you're gon na see me put got to glue spray on there, that's to mold it and make sure it's hard, because if it's not, then it's gon na slip out of course. So you have to spray it and blow-dry and spray it and blow-dry it and you're gon na see me do that. Now my phone was running out of storage and stuff, so the video cut out, but at the end I'm gon na show you guys what the finishing product was so yeah. You guys just say so for a couple more seconds, because it's about to pop up just wait. Just wait, just wait, but yeah just make sure that top part is tight or whatever so yeah.
