How To: High Ponytail - No Glue Or Bobby Pins | Killa Kryss

Hi you guys I'm gon na, be showing you how I get this super high pony using some bundles that I have from Ally Annabelle. I'M gon na leave their link to their hair company down below, but I'm gon na be showing you guys how I achieved this high pony with no bobby pins no glue. None today today, so stay tuned if you're interested in watching. So I have my hair up right now. I literally just wash my hair. I had a deep condition for like about an hour and I'm taking it out to show y'all what it looks like my hair is super thick and curly. So if you have hair like me, just know that this hairstyle is definitely achievable. Don'T worry, I got you covered and I'm gon na. Let you guys know everything you need to do this. Hairstyle first thing is the as I am leaving conditioner after you wash your hair, make sure you put and put in some leave-in conditioner in here. You don't have to use this one, but use this to coat your hair and protect it and moisturize it. While you have it up next, I'm going to be using the jamaican black, castor oil to promote some hair growth while reducing the itchiness. While I have my hair up in a high ponytail like this, sometimes it can each so. This is my hair. After I blow it out - and this is the bundles I'm going to be using it's the loose wave from Ally, Annabelle hair in 22, 24 and 26 inches, I'm using three bundles to achieve this high ponytail, I'm putting my hair up right now, I'm putting a little Bit more oil around the perimeter of my hair, just to make sure that that's super coated and moisturized. Next, I'm going to use my eco styler gel, I'm putting that all around my air, my hair and I'm taking out the baby hairs that I want to leave out that I want to be able to snatch when I'm done with this look and then once I'm Done with that, I normally going with a hard a hard medium hard brush like this to you know, brush my hair upward into that high bun that I'm gon na create and you, as you guys, can see I'm applying gel, where I feel like I need to Next, I'm going to use this bra, strap guys bra straps are coming handy. Okay, I'm use that to catch up my hair instead of using a scrunchie, because sometimes I feel like the scrunchie doesn't really get it as like slick as I need it to so. The bra strap definitely comes in handy if you have a scrunchie, that's very similar to a bra strap like that way. You can hook and then like tie and then hook again, that's perfect. So this is my hair. I'M going to braid it up in a little braid and that's how it looks when I braid it next, I'm gon na take my longest bundle and some got to be hair spray and wrap that first wrap the end of that bundle around and then use a Scrunchie to kind of like tight, tighten it so I'm using the end of the bundle guys right now and I'm kind of wrapping it around the end of my ponytail and I'm using a scrunchie to tighten it as you guys can see. Once I do that, I'm going to now wrap the actual bundle around my ponytail, and you want to do this a little looser than I did, because I think I did it too tight, so I ended up having to actually redo this video. While I redid the hairstyle, not the video, because it was a little too tight um, it depends if you like it tight, then do you, but I would suggest to wrap it a little bit looser than tight. Okay, so not tight, but like semi semi tight and you want to wrap it up word toward you know where the base of that ponytail is and just keep wrapping, keep wrapping and then take the end of this bundle and then you're gon na basically, like do The same thing you did in the beginning, you're gon na, take the end of this bundle and you're going to use that to secure the bundle instead of using a bobby pin or using glue you're gon na wrap the end of that bundle around and I'm showing You guys as clearly as I can. I edited this video so that I slowed down these parts, so you guys can see exactly what I'm doing so. I'M gon na wrap that around and then I'm gon na use a scrunchie and I'm gon na tighten it. This is actually very optional. I found out that she actually didn't need to do that. All you would have had to really done is wrap. The next bundle around that to secure it, but you know you learn as you go. So that's what I did in this video honestly. This is my third time doing this ponytail this day I was exhausted. So but third time was the charm, because I got it right the third time, so you see as I'm doing the next bundle I'm using the same method. So I'm wrapping the end of that bundle around. So that's pretty much all you would have needed to really do instead of like using a scrunchie. So I'm wrapping the end of that bundle and then I'm using the bundle that I'm going about to wrap now in the opposite direction, and that is going to really secure even more because it's in the total opposite direction of where I wrapped the end. If that makes any sense at all, give me a like and a thumbs up. Well, I, like it a thumbs up, is the same thing. Give me a thumbs up guys. I worked hard in this video yeah. I got ta. So I'm going to do the same thing now, using the end of that bundle, wrapping it around securing the bundle securing the hair, making sure that it's not gon na come off. If somebody tries to snatch it so right now, as you can see, it's a little. It'S a little stiff and it's stiff because I did it too tight. So please save yourself. The trouble learn from my mistake and don't do it as tight as I did so now, I'm going to do the same basically the same thing with this bundle and instead well, no yeah. I'M doing the same thing. I don't need to talk right now. This is how it looks at the end. I just have to speed up that little process, but this is how it looks right now and now I'm gon na take the some hair from the back of that ponytail use a little bit of gel and water and just kind of like make it as straight As I can, what, but this is, I'm pulling the hair, as I'm doing this, to make that knot knot that makes it look super super like professional, and you know like really nice, so I don't know what you would call that, but that's what I'm doing now Using a little bit of got to be glue spray to secure that now, I'm using my black pro style gel - and this is gel - is not very good for you, which is why I suggested using the leaving conditioner and the oil to protect your hair when you're Using this gel because it has alcohol in it, but this gel is black. Now, I'm using a little bit of I'm using that bobby, pin I'm not using it to put in my hair, I'm just using it to kind of like slick my hair down and put the end of whatever was sticking up underneath that little. You know part by the ponytail, so now I'm doing my baby hairs using that same gel, I love. I love doing my baby hairs and now I'm taking a stocking cap, you can use any color. You have just take a cocking leg, cut a stocking leg off and then just use that to wrap. So you can sleek your hair down, and I leave this on for about 15 to 20 minutes. And now I just came back from the bathroom. I had to wet the hair because I feel like it'll, look a little bit more natural and it'll be able to flow a little differently if it's wet and then put in some a little bit of product to make it just look a little bit more natural. So this is very optional. You don't have to do that if specially, if you have straight hair that you're trying to use as a ponytail, don't do that just do it when you have curly hair. So this is how it looks in the back and the side right now, I'm using some mousse. You can use whatever mousse you have, and I'm just gon na put that in my hair, to give it some definition give my curl some definition, and this is how it looks guys, I'm height, because this is a coupon. This is a really cute ponytail. It'S my first time having this hairstyle too. So this is how the final look came out. I really hope you guys enjoy watching me. Do this look.
