How To : Low Side Swoop Ponytail With 36 Inch Hair Only For $12 Dollars

Hey again, welcome back to my challenge. You guys can tell by today's video i'm gon na, be showing you guys how to achieve a low size ponytail with some 36 inch hair, but before we even get into that y'all. I'M just trying to let y'all know like my channel. Okay first parking, i taught it, i hosted our car vlog. It got flagged by youtube because i was cursing - and i said the n word. I said the n word in that video, so they flagged that video. It'S gone so you know with that. I was so mad, but i was like yo. Oh, i can't say no no cuz, i'm just not gon na cuss anymore, on my channel but um with that being said, y'all my i just been everywhere, like my life has just been up and down, but now, but now it's like. I don't know if y'all, if y'all can tell, i got a new camera once again, because the video got took it out and some of y'all probably don't know. I got the sony v. I got the sony, zb1 um. To be honest. I like it so far, but the lighting getting used to the lighting is like really hurting, not hurting, but it's really getting on my nerves, because i'll film, like the same video twice, i think i filmed this video already, but my body was way too bright. So i looked at it. I was like i'm not going to post this because i want good quality stuff. That'S why i'm out here buying cameras. I got so many cameras but um. Let me just let i'm just going to get into this, so we can hush and all that stuff. So this is what the hair comes like in the pack. This is a 40 inch y'all um and i got the color 1b. If y'all don't know, i dyed my hair jet black, so it's going to match perfectly um. The hair is 190, not 1.99, even wet girl. This hair is 11.99, so you know it is battery on the budget. I'M giving you betty on the budget. Now this hairstyle nothing to achieve that already did it, but it gives me like. I don't know how to explain it. It just gives me baddie vibes like walking down the beach late night dinner with your man like late night dinner with your friends. You know this hairstyle is just giving very much summer and high girlfriend is coming in. I got y'all we're going to be on the budget. Everything be hot and cute, because this hair does last longer than the ponytail that i'd be seeing. People get this last longer. So this is the 36 inch one i already took it off the pack and all that stuff, so it can already be ready because um, i don't want this to be too too long like i said, i'm rambling right now, so i'm just going to go ahead And take this off and if the, if the lighting change in like color, i really apologize like i've, seen some of youtube with this camera and i'm just like what the hell am i doing wrong like what am i doing wrong today because, like we all got The same camera, but it's like what am i personally doing wrong so, oh also, i picked up some um gels like i said earlier. I don't know if i told you, but i am natural, i'm permed so instead of using eco styler gel, which is water-based, i'm going to be using um, ecos and jam and all that stuff i got from the hair store. This was seven dollars bam. This was ten dollars and this was five dollars, so maybe it's different pricing where y'all live but um before we go ahead and get into this. I already went off camera and already already i'm trying to talk so fast. I already went and sectioned my hair, so i have this top right here. Yeah for this, i got here total stop walking, stop walking! Okay, because you in the background making noises - but i went ahead, parted it - and i have this section off right here so with this section off, i can go ahead and get my swoop ready and all that stuff, i'm going to show y'all how i get my With me, having short hair, so one of the styles getting sweeps with short hair you're going to want to um take out more because, like i said, our hair is short. Our hair is not long because some girls long hair, they can just take that one part in the front and sweep it. I'M not on that. I'M not my hearing that long. Yet so you know what we gon na do we're gon na fake it. We make we're not really faking it, because it's still my real hair and do the swoop um. What else do i want to cover um? Make sure if you're doing this make sure you have jam, don't use eco styler gel and try to achieve this, because even when i was natural - and i was just ecstatic, eco styler gel made it really hard because it's eco gel is like water based. So with that being said, it will make my hair curl up this stuff. Don'T make my hair curl up, it makes it sit there and it's crazy because my hair is curling up, like it ain't even get a perm, but, like i said my perms, don't last long after i, after so many days, they fade out but um. I'M gon na go on with my actually i'm gon na go with my um cogenic. I don't know what to call this stuff, but it looks like this and it comes in this little tube. This is gel as well, but it's not a water-based gel. I don't feel like it doesn't make my hair curl up and it doesn't feel watery. So i'm gon na go on with this and go ahead and start sleeking, my hair so y'all this. If you have to do it, if you have to do sections go ahead and do your sections, i will wait on you. Girls pause, the video. Do your sections - because i don't have to do sections anymore because, like i said my hair is perm, makes my hair easier makes my life easier. That'S another reason why i permit it. Also a lot of y'all was like eva. Are you going to drop the video of you permit your hair? I dropped it and i deleted it because everybody is in the comments like. Oh, my god i was, i didn't think y'all was going to be so like upset like y'all was mad and i was like why i'm at and it's like, i'm on this type of person that could people think, but i'm not going to um like hell. I didn't want to film it. You know, so i felt like dang. I took all the time it didn't film it and y'all over here. I can crazy about somebody's hair. That'S not even yours, you know, but i guess i could understand where i was coming from. I guess because um y'all have watched my hair growth journey so for people who's looking forward to that video, it's not coming already. It'S already deleted. It'S going can't get it back, but um i'm gon na go in with this jam and i'm going to just use this on my edge as well. This is going to make sure all this stuff is locked into place, because i want this stuff to be sleek. Like really sleek super sleek, so yeah, and what another good thing um this stuff, don't leave your hair hard. You know how um eco styler, sometimes i know it makes it like. I'M fasting eco, styler gel, but i'm really not, but sometimes eco styler gel leaves your hair really really hard, and i don't like that. This stuff does not leave my hair hard and my swoop does not feel hard at all. So i'm just going ahead and getting this to my liking. You know that making sure i got everything in the back sleek and all that you know this hairstyle is fairly easy. If you kind of know what you're doing so and i kind of know what i'm doing so, this is how sleek it looks. Can y'all see that y'all, it's very sleek, the sleek is gon na get it for now i'm going with my ponytail holder and i'm just going to put this in a ponytail. I might go with another ponytail holder when i get the um top sleeve down. I probably will i most likely am so for the top. I hope i'm not talking too fast, and i hope i'm not talking too much, but this is a tutorial y'all, so bear with me. I haven't done a tutorial on nothing in a long long time and i got stuff in my robe like stuff from my hair's in my room, oh - and i also got my nails done, y'all can y'all tell like i got them like cute and short and classy. I don't know if y'all get picking up on the camera, but y'all so for the front part of my hair. Oh i'm thirsty so for the front part, as you guys can see. We have this whole section right here that we're going to swoop um. I have to comb my back because you know it's not really doing what it's supposed to do. So i'm going with this brush and i'm just going to basically get all my little tangles out that might be in there and i'm just going to go ahead and start molding the shape. You know what i'm saying: let's just start, molding it now. Of course it's not going to sit up that high because i don't think that's how that supposed to look. I don't think it's supposed to sit up that high on my forehead but um. I want mine to come down a little lower just a little bit. So, okay, you call me i'm trying to make this. It says um, i'm trying to explain this. The best way i can so y'all can understand so going with your jam. Do not go in with any like water based do not do that jam is the you. Only need gel for this well for my hair texture. I only need jam for this part. I don't need any other type of gel. I only need jam, so i'm just going through brushing this. I got so much product in my hair y'all. It'S ridiculous! I feel like the best way to distribute product is to put it on your brush, so you won't have it in your nails. That'S a tip if you're a girl and you have fake nails, because i hate having products under my nails, but okay also you're going to need a comb. If you didn't know you're going to take this comb and you're, basically just going to um comb it out, because it's suppose you want it to be sleek as possible, you don't want this to be half sleek. You know what i'm saying so after a while. It'S gon na start laying down you see it's laying down and the jam just makes all the hair come together. It makes life easier and then you're, just gon na start scooping this behind your ear. Now i think i messed up. I think i took out too much hair, but it is okay, if you take out too much, because all you gon na do is sweep it behind your ear. Anyways like this um are y'all with me. This is making sense. So with that being said and you're just going to try to brush this back into um that my hair is short, so i don't really have much trouble doing that. But if you have some long hair um, i honestly don't know what to tell you, because this is very short here - i'm sure here so with that being said, i have it sleek like this, but we're not done i'm. Actually, i'm not going with that, because it's going to like separate it, i'm going to go in with my bomb collection, edge control, since this is like the front of my hair. Oh that's way too much way way too much we're just going to put some over here then and in the back, because that's too much too much is not good either, because then it's going to be like. Oh, it ain't going to go nowhere, but you don't want too much, so i'm just gon na keep perfecting it. I hope this is, i really hope, y'all don't understand what i'm talking about. You know, i hope, i'm not just rambling and y'all, don't know what i'm talking about. I hope y'all understand what i'm talking about so like y'all can achieve this hairstyle on your own as well at home, oh, and also some people, i've seen some youtubers and people section it off, but my hair is so thin. Now i don't need to section anything off like as y'all see, i'm just going through and sleeping it all together. I don't need to section it off or nothing like that, and then you just drag it to the back like this. So i'm just going to go off camera and just like really critique this and then i'm gon na um tie it down. So i'm just gon na critique this and make this look really good. Do my edges and then i'm gon na come back and show you guys the finishing look and all that stuff. So i will be back okay, so after me, going off camera and trying to perfect this. As perfectly as i can. This is what i'm left with these are how the edges look. Um. I really don't like it that much. I really don't like that. My side burns through this weird thing but he'll, i don't. I really can't control it because my hair is perm, but what i'm gon na do now is just go in and tie this down. Ladies make sure you tie on your hair down just because my hair perm don't mean i cannot tie it down. So i'm gon na tie this down and i'm gon na go do my makeup and then, when i come back, you guys um, i'm not gon na go across the front like that. I'M gon na um show you how to install the ponytail part, because the ponytail part it's a little tricky. I ain't gon na count, it's a little tricky, but it's not that it's not hard. You know it's something that you know once you got it, you got it i feel like so i'm gon na. Let this sit and mold and all that and then i'm gon na come back. You guys, my outfit on and all that stuff. So i will see you guys again, but this time i'll look good. I won't look dead like i look right now, so yeah, okay, also as y'all can see. I look good all that stuff my makeup on now it's time for the ponytail part and then we'll be done with this video. So i let my hair sit and lay in that. Well, while i had a long spot right here, y'all i promise ain't got a bald spot. It'S just the way. My hair is, i promise but um after he's been sitting down. It actually looks really nice, i'm actually gon na go in and um fix up. My edges a little bit so they don't look. I don't want my edges. Looking like they've been laid down. You know what i'm saying because for some reason with edges, they will look like they've been laid down and then they'll look wrinkly a little bit and i don't want my edges looking wrinkly at all, so i'm just going in and making it more sleek and straighter. As you guys can see, i'm not really feeling these edges anyways, though. Oh, let me see i'm over here touching stuff messing stuff up. So when you take your hair out, y'all pack y'all, you want to go ahead and have it like this, you see how it's too connected on here. Does that make sense where it's too connected you're gon na um, basically just unravel it? Now it's gon na get a little napped up a little bit because it's been rolled up together, so y'all y'all gon na have to you know, work with it a little bit. I don't know why. I take it off and i'll still be rolling it up, knowing when it's time to use it again, it's gon na get knotted up so yeah a tip just lay try to let it hair out flat. If you want to use your hair again, because if you don't um, it's gon na be knotted up. It'S gon na look like this at the end, so i'm gon na sit here and unravel this real, quick because um, i don't want it knotted when i'm wrapping. So i got it i'll take a little bit. It really don't look untangled too much, but you get what you pay for y'all. We don't be batting on the budget over here. So it's not going to be too good, i'm not going to like really untangle it until i um. What'S the word until i um put it on all the way. So what you want to do is pin that bobby pin into your head - and this is the most important part y'all going to want to get a hair tie when you put your hair down. I should touch up this earlier, though, but until y'all. Now, when you do your opponent's on the back make sure you got a ponytail holder that can hold grip, you know like a cotton one like those thick cotton hair ties. You want a hair tie like that so um when you, when it's time for you to wrap your weave, won't slide off your um, like your tracks, won't slide off the ponytail, because you know one wrong: move and you're going to have some tracks sliding and you Don'T want that, you really don't want to check slide it, and then you want it to be, even so when you go in and um for when you go in and lay your hair on top of this, so i'm going down to the last track, as you Guys will not last right, but that's the last little bit and i'm just pinning that into my hair. I'M also going to go with this bobby pin right here, because when i pin it down like that, i hope this is like self-explanatory. A little bit like i'm not the best at um describing things, but i hope i'm doing a little bit like a good a little bit. You know what i'm saying like just a little bit good, so i'm just going to pin it even though y'all can't see us then, but i will turn around and show you what it looks like right. Quick come on that hurts that body paint hurt. Oh lord! Oh, that thing is sharp before i turn around, i'm gon na go go through and detangle these because, like i said earlier, it did get tangled up because i had it all rolled up together, but the good thing about this hair, all you have to do is Brush it once you brush it, you're straight start from the bottom, though, because it is connected to your head and you don't want your hair to unravel from the top or brushing a knotted ponytail. You know, and you can put heat on his hair. If i'm not mistaken, you could put heat on his hair. Just don't put too much heat on his hair out like i said this is a 12 hair. Basically, you don't want to do too much to the hair, but i'm gon na go ahead and detangle this and i'm gon na come back and show y'all the next step. So i have it detangled a little bit and as you can see, it looks a little weird right here, but you know i'm also going to disclaim y'all that my tracks have slid down. You know, like i said, that's what you don't want to happen, but considering, if i'm not going anywhere, it really doesn't matter, i'm not going to go back and do this over you see. Y'All probably can see the track. It'S like right here. It'S slid down, but um um. I don't want to keep going in and bobby pinning it because it's just gon na make it look even more jacked up. But let me see what i can do. I don't know, but i don't want it to show when i wrap my hair, though that's one thing but um. Let me just go ahead and go on to the next step, just be careful when y'all doing it, because i'm still learning myself. So what you're going to do is you're going to want to comb this out, comb it out really nice and neat and you're going to want to wrap this around that section up there. You know and just want to keep wrapping and keep wrapping and keep wrapping. This is what's gon na make it that seamless look now, if you're a person who can't really take tightness, i wouldn't really um necessarily, oh i'm gon na have to go and fix it because um, my ponytail is showing y'all like my ponytail is showing, but i Don'T really want to go in and fix it. I might i'm just not gon na turn around. I'M not gon na go in and fix it over here, i'm just not gon na turn around because um, i don't have time for that. I'M not going to be doing this over um, i'm just showing y'all. How y'all would do it just make sure i don't be like being messed up, you're one with your glasses spray and then you're going with your blow dryer but, like i said, i'm not going anywhere today. So i'm not feeling perfect this hairstyle or anything like that. I'M going to go in and brush my hair like if y'all can see that it's not supposed to look like that, but um like i said so. This is what it should look like. I want to stand up and show y'all how long the hair is. This hair comes all the way down. Half my blade to my thigh y'all like it comes to my thigh, like literally i'ma move back a little farther, so y'all can see. Probably i don't know if y'all can see that, but it comes like to my thigh if y'all see my knees and they actually mind your business, i'm just playing but yeah um. So this is basically the end of this video y'all. This is how the hair look. You know you can get you some long hair for the cheek, but also remember when you got cheap long hair. It'S gon na act like cheap, long, hair. Okay, it's not gon na act like no brazilian hair, so don't be expecting cheap hair to do brazilian type stuff. You can't wet his hair every day all day you know, wear it one day put it up, save it up, wear it again! Next week you know stuff like that, or you just keep buying the hair if you got it like that, but they're only twelve dollars, so this is our overview of it once again um.
