Welcome to and pencils mother we've had a reader request today and someone's asked us to demonstrate how to use a bubble. So a bubble also known as a ponytail, is a type of hairband. That'S got two bubbles or novelty ends and they're joined in the middle, with either some more elastic or like a little pin like that and we're going to demonstrate how to use them. Okay, so here we go gather the hair into a ponytail place your ponytail up and hold with one thumb so that the bubbles, just on one side of your thumb, pass the ponytail err or the hairband around the hair. And then, when you get to this bit, just clip it over and there you have it.

Grey Mote: Mind. Blown. I have several of these for my girls and had no idea what you were supposed to do with them! Thanks!

888Biryuza: 2019 now and this video still came super helpful! Thank you

Megg: I used to wear these a lot as a child, but I could not for the life of me remember how i used to wear these. Thank you!!!

Jacki Nelson: I really like how many older people are on here they have no clue what to do with these things and made me feel a lot better

HappyKittens: Wow, thanks! I remember these from when I was little and I never understood how they worked. Now I know!

Mischa Minxx: I have been looking for a video on how to use one of these forever! SERIOUSLY THANK YOU!!!!!!

Taylor E: Oh my god. I always tried to wrap these like a regular hair tie and I always got frustrated when I ran out of band on the one side. Lol

Jen P: I'm 37 years old, I owned maybe 1 of these and just used it for a wall decoration in my room. I honestly had no idea how to use one of these things until just today. Then again, I was always more of a tomboy than anything else (still am really) and all I know how to do with my hair is to put a regular rubber band in so my hair stays off my neck

Slava Darozhkin: Ugh thank you!! I’ve been searching YouTube for 20 min for how to use them. Didn’t know what they’re called, that would’ve helped too

Shanna Samuel: First day of school for my daughter and i bought the wrong bands! I had no idea how these worked! Thanks for the first day save! Lol

Meredith Avila: This is all we ever used when I was a kid, I don't know why they didn't just have the elastic bands. When the ball would snap off and hit you in the head or in the fingers it hurt like crazy

Reb Lovsteen: I LOVE ALL OF YOUR VIDEOS !! we're do u get those bubbles??? and can u do a no heat curls tutorial??

SakuraandSesshomaru: So, both holes on both sides of the ponytail holder aren’t used? That must be how I kept messing up.

Mendelevium: I have some of these from when I was little and I couldn't remember how to use them so thanks

Facetious Druid: I'm having flashbacks from my childhood of the years my parents and I used these hair ties incorrectly and me trying to untangle my hair from them.
