I couldn't help but buy the new Pony-O when the advertisement came up on one of my social media feeds. Is it truly the revolutionary product it claims to be?

Hi, okay, so it's later at night I hadn't gotten the mail for a couple of days, which is very weird for me, so I decided to go, get it and I'm glad I did because something came in the mail today. Okay, so I am one of those people that buy things off Facebook and Instagram ads, I'm the person they're targeting, apparently because I fall for it. So I saw the video for this show up on my feed and I don't know I was just intrigued by it and I'm gon na take you guys on this journey. So I just sniffed off the top of this package, so I haven't even taken it out or anything or touched it, so we're gon na go on this journey together. You guys it's the pony, Oh created by women, for women, love that fine hair looks thicker thick hair stays in place all day Pony, oh bins, it doesn't stretch, it says, comfortable, secure, nondamaging, non creasing, and it gives you a little instructions as to how can you Guys see that as to how you are supposed to work, the pony, oh okay, so we're gon na do this together, which it's weird they just are like out there free in the package. That was the package, the little instruction instructional guide, plus in the back. There'S bun bars. I said that like in northerner bars, if I want to get into that, which maybe we'll do that another time, somebody ours, these I've, never seen before. Okay, so they were just like this. The black one is smooth, which I like this one kind of has like some like ribbing to it. Can you see that and the black ones just smooth and you could choose a bunch of different color combinations? I just chose these. I can't even tell you why. Okay, feed your hair through the pony, oh okay, so I'm gon na make it a circle because it shows that all right guys we're doing it, we're doing it big time, okay and never mind my late night makeup face and all the acne feed your hair through The pony, oh and I saw in the video when I bought this - that you're supposed to use two fingers. You pinch it, ladies okay, so feed it through. Oh, that's, not super easy. Okay, it says: hold the pony, oh close, to your head, doing it flatten the pony. Oh fine, okay, make separate bins at both ends. Okay, so I'm gon na Bend this end. I'M gon na tell you guys so far. This is not feeling super great and comfortable, but maybe maybe it's a once you're at the end, it starts to feel more comfortable, okay bend at both ends. Then it says for a tighter hold shape, the pony, Oh more, okay, so shaping it. So what do we think? How does it look? I have to say it's not uncomfortable in the video. The girl has like a floppy ponytail, and she puts it in this and she goes for like a jog and her hair is flipping everywhere. So I mean I'm not gon na jog. For this it's got ta be realistic to my lifestyle. The longer I wear it and kind of when I kind of like tweaked it a little bit and pulled a little on some of the pieces that felt like they were being like pulled too tight. It does feel pretty good and it feels secure. I don't feel like it's gon na fall out or anything which is interesting. Okay, let's try it with the white one okay, so I'm just gon na reverse the steps. Hmm, okay and let's try something a little bit lower. We won't go as high with this pony. Oh got my two fingers just got my pincers push both sides. I don't know what do you think this feels droopy like up here? It felt like it kind of hold it held it high, but down here it feels droopy. Let me try doing a high one. Cuz, maybe this is a high ponytail type apparatus for those low ponytails. You use boring old elastics, but for the high ponies like where was this when I was in i school because I'm gon na be honest with you, I don't rock the super high pony that often in life these days, maybe I will now. Maybe this is the start of a new trend. Everybody follow along hi. Ponies are coming back, okay, so thread it through: okay, smash it flatten it push down one side and then push down the other again between my adult acne and this high pony. You guys I mean I look like I could be a high school cheerleader right right. I could totally fool everyone. Give me a big bow and a short skirt and people will be like. Are you a cheerleader for a local high school? Actually, I'm in my 30s. It works better for a high ponytail, so if you want it or wanting to rock a high ponytail, this might be a good thing for you. I feel like it's off center, but it's hard to like get back together. I don't know not quite sure how I feel about the pony: oh yeah, the pony. Oh I'm, on the fence about it. I was hoping that I'd put it in and immediately be like this revolutionized my life, but I don't feel like that. Yet maybe that feelings coming the pony, Oh check it out,

I did want to point out that on the Pony-O instructional video I saw, the curving and pinching in of the two sides is curved up not down as you showed (maybe the written instructions are different?). This will, of course, also make your ponytail more spunky on top... and it sounds like that’s not what you are going for. Personally, I think the high pony looks great on you and I even prefer it to the low pony you showed us, so rock it

E oa: If you have thin hair it’s great but thicker hair be warned and the customer service is the worst if you don’t like their product even if you’re nice about it. They will give you the hardest time giving a refund unless you go through PayPal.

Cynthia: I have really thick curly/wavy hair. I wear a ponytail around the house every day. Because it's so thick, it's hard to make a ponytail, and have anything hold it decently. I'm thinking of getting a Pony-O because your video looks like it really holds the ponytail well. I don't care about a high ponytail. I just want it for function. I'd love to hear more about how this works for other people, and know how well it actually holds the ponytail secure all day.

beans: Mine suck. I have super thick hair and can never wear a high ponytail, so I got these for Christmas. After about 2 seconds, no matter how tight I shaped it, my hair would ply is apart and make it loose, which would make it start dropping. The bun isn’t even physically possible for me :/
