Do you have short hair like Kim, and you would like to try some different looks Kim, has fabulous new hair color, so we use Color Conserve Shampoo and Conditioner to help protect and preserve her hair's color.. We are ready to prep for styling., We'll spray, Brilliant Damage, Control on Kim's, hair and comb. It through.. This will help protect her hair from thermal damage and it will also reduce breakage., It's great for all hair types.. So now we are ready to style, Kim's hair.. We use Phomollient in Kim's hair for light hold.. We comb through to distribute it evenly and we're ready to dry., We'll add the nozzle attachment to our blow dryer and set it on high heat and high speed., We'll pre-dry Kim's hair. Until it's about 60 % dry., Then we finger dry, Kim's hair.. We blow dry clamping, the hair between our fingers as we pull it in one direction.. We then repeat the process in the opposite: direction.. We continue finger drying all of Kim's hair from back to sides to front. Once her hair is completely dry, we are ready to finish. To finish Kim's second style. We emulsify Control Paste in our hands. Control. Paste is great for adding texture and hold.. When we open our hands, our fingers become the comb., We'll slide them up the sides of Kim's head into a mohawk shape at the very top. For a textured. Look. We simply tousle her hair. Mary T: Okay, first of all, THANK YOU for showing us how to do the styling. I have the same hairstyle and the stylist uses a round brush and, because she doesn't have short hair, she doesn't understand these techniques. I know.....I know, she should, but clearly doesn't.

I can see why she spun her model around so fast! you clearly did not want us to see the back of her head for very long for a reason, but Im a pro of many yrs and you cant fool all of us! delete this vid! I cut my sons hair way better Ive heard of texture but lines and steps?! rubbish! If this is Aveda at its best?! OY VEY! Horst must be spinning in his grave! and he isn't dead yet!
