I finally recreated one of my favorite edgy, chic, bold, sexy, and yet wearable short hairstyle: slicked back hair. I always see this type of hairstyle on the red carpet or in shows like Viking :)

Are you looking at me? Are you very good welcome back to my channel this hairstyles make me feel like a Russian badass. Those Russian roots are coming back out if you're looking for something bold, sexy, fun, edgy or just a quick punch in somebody's face. Who put this hairstyle or I just want to be like a waiking, you know the Viking show where they have. Those look really dramatic, awesome hairstyles. This hairstyle is for you keep on watching. Okay, so obviously the most important part is that Mohawk look where the hair is slicked back towards the back of your head. So how I do this is just find my arches of my brows and then take your fingers and just go all the way up straight, and this is where I'm going to start sectioning the hair off and then I look in the mirror, see how straight it Is on both sides? I want more hair, so I just take my finger and I go back straight. Okay, so to make sure your section, the middle section is pretty even on each side, pick it up and then twist it once or twice, and then you look down towards the mirror and you can see on each side how straight it is alright. So I'm going to pin the section back and we're going to forget about it for now alright. So this is where we start creating that slicked side, instead of putting the hair back we're gon na actually do a ponytail. That way, it's nicely tight and secure just grab a section like so and then just to make sure it's nice and slick we're going to comb it towards the back holding the other section, I'm going to grab the other side as well and bring it towards the Back to get clear, elastic and tie the two sections together in the middle. Alright. So now that I have the two sections nicely tied in the back, I'm going to take some hairspray and I'm going to slicked back the sides even more just to make it a little bit more polished, getting rid of the flyaways just kind of combing. Everything down for the very top section of my hair, I'm going to work them in sections, starting from the back working my way towards the front, so just taking my finger and just sliding it across once. Let that section go. I'M gon na take the rest and just pin it back like I did from the beginning, because my hair is a little bit more silky. I want to add more texture and grit, so I can tease it a little bit better. So I'm just going to take my favorite texture spray. This is the bumble and bumble thickening dry sponge and I'm going to apply it to both sides from the back and this punch and while it's still wet, I'm going to go back in with the teasing comb and start teasing it away alright. So now you guys saw what I did to the very first section continue doing this from the back to the front and keep in mind that you want the most volume in the front of your head. The front of your head and towards the front of your face and then gradually fading down towards the back of your head. So once all the middle section hair is teased. This is where you take all of your hair spray it with a full bottle, and this is where you make it more structured and more sleek back. I just take my fingers and I just place the hair, where I want it to lay down once you have your middle section nicely teased informed with all that hairspray and it looks like a nice bird's nest, you're going to take your hot hair straightener and just Straight into your sides and just make her hair more sleek and more straight, so there you have it. This is my slicked back hair style for shorter hair like mine, but this is my look. What do you guys think?
