Hi, ladies, it's Aaron and welcome back to my channel for those of you who are new to my channel. I upload two new videos every week, every Wednesday and Friday mornings, so I hope you will subscribe, so you don't miss out on anything new. What I want to talk to you guys about today are some of the hairstyles that I use in employ and have it the ready for those moments, and I need to get out the door quick, and I just want my hair to look polished and put together. But also have it be something that I can do in like two minutes, I did show a five-minute face makeup face if you guys are interested be sure to check that out on the blog. It genuinely is a five-minute face. It works because I do a lot of two-in-ones and I have a palette that includes a lot of different products. So that's the base. I use them in a super big hurry or if I'm traveling, it's very convenient to have that as an option. Yeah I mean a lot of my life, is rushing rushing rushing rushing around and I always am getting the kids ready and I'm always the one who gets ready last. So I have the least amount of time to get ready, and so that's why I have to have these hairstyles at the ready and have these makeup looks at the ready. So I want to talk about just some of my go-to. I did have some wave in my hair, which I brushed out. I literally took five minutes just to curl the bottoms and just the front pieces, and then I brushed it out and that's essentially why it looks a little bit wavy, but all you need is a brush. You need a rubber band, that's kind of the color of your hair and you can get those at your local grocery store and then for one of the looks you'll need a bobby pin. You probably will need one or two I like to do half up a lot. Just this part keeps it out of my face. It'S different. It looks polished, so what I can do is I can either leave the part in the middle and pull it back or I can brush it back so that the parts gone and I'm just guesstimating. I'M you know it's nice. If you had a perfect part here in a perfect part here, but I almost never do that. The first thing you can do take that section. Okay, then you're going to take your rubber band and what I'm going to do is just create a little like poof. So the hairs in the back hanging out and I'm just going to create a little poof sticking up poof. I don't know what you call that a loop. I don't know whatever you want to call it poof loop. So it's a little bit crazy right. Now a little bit Samurai, you know, so what I'm going to do is then pull the top forward, so the samurai is calmed down and then I've got this tail out the back and I'm going to take the tail out the back and wrap that around my Loop and then I stick the hair into the rubber band in the back. So it's my loop, but it's got hair wrapped around and you can you and you can use a smaller section of hair if you want to and then when you pull it forward like that, you hold this part, so you're not messing with it and it sort Of creates a little more volume on the top, and then it calls this down. You see how I did that. So that's it right. That'S number one! It'S like the easiest thing in the world. I do this hairdo two or three times a week for sure. It also looks very useful in modern. It doesn't look like overdone. It doesn't look like you're trying too hard, it's just pretty and nice and super easy for sure. The next thing I want to show you is along the same line, but a tiny bit different you're going to do the same thing. Just take that section off the top and this time you're going to twist it into a bun, a small bun trying to keep the front section puffy, I'm not going to do the whole piece, because I don't want the bun to be really tall. I want it to be kind of small. I just got my rubberband in this hand, so I'm going to wrap my rubber band around the tiny bun see I'm just wrapping it around the base of the tiny bun. So what ends up happening is that tiny bun pops up? This was pretty good. I probably don't need two bobby pin it, but what you could do - and this is where your bobby pin comes in into play - is you - can take your bobby pin and just make that bun a little bit lower to your head and you probably could get away With just one bobby pin, but you may want to do two, so it again it creates that volume on the top, which is what you want. It pulls half the hair back. It'S really pretty it's very easy. It'S very quick, and it looks like you put some effort in even though literally it took you less than five minutes. So that's another go-to for me and the bun just creates a little bit of a different effect. I'M a little lopsided here, you know. So I could just go in on this side and try to make it a little more, even, but I wouldn't get too worried about it. The next I'm going to show you that also creates a little bit of volume at the top you're going to do the same thing just take a section right off the top. So I've got this chunk here and now what I'm going to do is I'm going to braid it the braid, its centers, the hair creates a pouf in the front, I'm just doing a regular braid. You don't have to go all the way down with this. If you don't really want the braid look, but you want the effect of the pouf just do like a little tiny braid like that. Put in your hair tie. Now you have a pouf from the braid debris. The braid creates a pouf. If you want to in the back, you want to cover up the hair tie, let me show you what you can do at the base of your braid. Take a tiny little piece underneath the hair tie like about that and then just wrap it around. The tie. A few times and then tuck it under and then you're going to stick the excess underneath the hair tie so that it stays in place, and you can do this with any pony tail - braid. Okay. So that's another half up hairdo. That will definitely create that volume. In the front, you can again hold the braid go back in with your fingers and pull a little bit forward if you need more height, but generally speaking, the braid will create the height for you, so you don't have to do anything else to it. It'S really simple: to do again. Less than five minutes get you out, the door looks like you know you kind of put some effort in no. It looks like you've, whatever Tim for sure. It looks really cute. Now that we've done three half-up hairdos that are really fast, really simple, really easy and create that coveted volume at the top. Now, I'm going to show you two up dudes that you can do. This is like you're coming out of the gym you're going to the grocery store, you're going to run errands, it's a super hot day and there's no styling your hair, because the humidity is crazy or you've got hat head whatever. The case is that you need to put your hair up. You want it off your face. These are very, very simple: to do. Okay, so you're going to take your brush you're, going to brush all your hair back into a ponytail now the key with these is that you don't want a ponytail in the traditional place. You want it higher more on the crown of your head, so you kind of got to work it up. There make sure you get the back nice as well. You got to really brush that out. Okay, so I have it pretty much where I want it. I Dream of Jeannie on the top of my head. Then I am going to take the hair and wrap it around in a bun also called a top knot once I've wrapped it all the way around. I'M going to take my hair tie and I'm going to wrap the hair tie around the base. I love this because you don't need a crazy gizmo. You don't need a sock, you don't need bobby pins. You don't need anything. That'S all! You need. Okay. So now you think we're done we're not done so. What we're going to do now is first, I want to just create a little more volume on the top, so I go in there and pull it forward and I'm also trying to make it look. Even so, it's sort of even volume all right and now I want to create a bigger top knot. So I'm going to go back into my top knot and basically you pull at it, but you pull at it from opposing directions like this. So you just keep working at it until it looks more full more even and this is going to create that effect, that you are using one of those gizmos or sock or something but you're. Really not it's creating that Sarah Jessica Parker full pop knot without any extra hair extra stuff. Okay, so you can see it's really full and then you could go back in and pull it this a little bit, but I think it's fine, I'm not going to mess with it. So I think that's a really pretty feminine fun. Look. It can show off a great pair of earrings. It can show off a beautiful choker necklace. It'S what you do when it's so humid. You can't style your hair, it's what you do when your hair is unruly and fuzzy. It'S what you do when you have. You know, you've been wearing a hat and your hair is got that line in it or you've been wearing a ponytail and it's got that line in it. It'S just super easy super feminine super fun and it looks you know very polished, so the last hairdo I want to show you is very similar to this one, just a little bit different. So I'm going to take out my hair, I'm going to hold on to my ponytail, so I'm going to redo it, I'm just going to go back over and make sure it's all smooth again, alright! So again at the top, not in a traditional ponytail position. This time I've got the hair tie right around my wrist ready to go, and all I'm going to do is remember that first loop, I created I'm basically going to do the same thing, but a little bit of a different technique. So I'm going to wrap the ponytail around just like I would, if I'm doing a ponytail, I do it twice and then I do it three times and the last time, instead of pulling it all the way through I'm going to leave a tail of hair. Okay. So it looks like that kind of like a little water fountain and then you've got this tail of hair hanging out. So what do you do with the tail? I guess you could pin it, but what I would do is I just take the tail and I wrap it around the front, so it covers up the hair tie and then I tuck it into the back now, if I've only wrapped, my hair tie around three Times it really shouldn't be that hard to tuck in so the more you wrap your hair tie the harder it's going to be to tuck in that hair. You don't really need it tighter than three times so now. I'Ve covered up the hair, tie and created kind of an interesting feature with my own hair, and then I'm just going to grab the waterfall, tighten it up a little bit and that's it. So if I did want to, I could pull out some volume in the front, but I kind of like the really slick look with that. Waterfall poof coming up big giant loop basically is what it is. It could not be simpler, it could not be faster and again on days when it's super humid, your hair is out of control. Frizzy you've got lines in your hair from a ponytail the day before or that from that morning you had head, you name it any dirty hair. You know if you have dirty hair. All you do is spray the dry shampoo on this part and pull up the rest and you're fine you're good for another day, but those are five really simple ways of putting your hair up. That will get you out the door quick. That will look like you know. I always love to say. Look like you, have your act together. Even if you don't, because that's me, 90 % of the time you know ice moms always have the extra added time constraints of getting the kiddos ready. So it means generally speaking, for me it means I don't have a lot of time to get myself ready. So I've got to be fast. If I'm not it's, it's going to be a huge problem. So that's what I do. I use these really simple, hair tricks. I use my really quick and fast makeup tricks and again you can check out that blog that I did recently. If you want an idea there and that's what works for me. So hopefully that will help you guys if you are super busy super busy with just juggling life you're a mom, whatever the case may be most of us are. Jan Robertson: I have to tell you how much I love all your videos. When an illness caused me to gain a TON of weight, I stopped caring what I wore and how I looked. Although I lost most of the weight, I always thought I needed to finish losing weight before stylish clothes and cute hair mattered. I've been watching your videos for a while now and it feels so good to be 'back'. I care about my style (clothes, hair, and make up) again and realized I can implement your suggestions no matter what size I am. Thank you for inspiring me to care again! :D
