What is going on everybody welcome back to the channel, welcome to this new video we're going to be talking, color trends again, which are going to take us through to spring summer 2021. So when we're talking about hair color trends and cut trends, styling, nothing really in today's world goes out of fashion. The reason for that is because everybody is socially connected right now and you can see exactly what's going on to the second and people are changing up their hairstyles all the time i mean look at tick-tock tick-tock has created this lock down color this lock down trend. This this lockdown, where people are doing diy jobs that are questionable but they're, creating trends they're creating these money pieces they're. Creating this. This really red was one of the biggest colors i've seen trending across tiktok. So today we're going to delve right in to the color trends that we're going to be looking at doing as hairstylists, but what clients you guys out there are going to be coming in and asking us, and we cannot wait. First color we're gon na get into is hazelnut brown, and i've touched on this in a couple of videos that hazelnut brown is one of those colors. That is just really understated. It'S got the the richness um of really defining deep color and when you think about chestnut, do you think a little bit of warmth or do you think coolness there's a mixture of both so you've got that sort of hue of warmth running through, but you've got This really deep matted off depth of cool undertones when you're looking at hazelnut hair color. So let's pop up some pictures to give you some inspiration and you can screenshot them, take them to your stylist and get the hazelnut brown color. So when we're talking about the hazelnut, it's something which is really low maintenance, it's something that you can it's something that won't really take your hairdresser too much or too complicated. To do it's going to give you the ability to be able to really change up your style quicker than if you were to go through a full color correction process, or if you think it was just adding a little bit of difference to your hair. A little bit dimension think about it in the form of highlights baby lights, freehand balayage just a little bit of color placement. These are all things that can really change up your look that aren't really that hard to do so. That'S hazelnut brown i'm going to get on to the next color, which is money piece. Money piece is something which has been around for a while now and people either love it or hate it. It'S one of those things where. Why would i have two big stripes down the front of my face? If done correctly, they look absolutely stunning or, if you're thinking about going something like really ultra contrasting think about like neon or pastels or just a vibrancy change of color. Really, they can also add a lot of difference to the to the front of your face, because it's framing your face. It can really add to your skin tone. Eye color make your eyes pop, so money pieces are a great way to really instantly. Add that real bit of pop around your face without having to do too much the rest of your hair, it doesn't have to be high maintenance. It can be really low maintenance but, like i said, low maintenance doesn't equal, no maintenance and what you're going to be looking at there is looking to use a good, shampoo, good conditioner, just something that's going to really look after the color, because you don't want those. Those warm tones or the color fading out too quick. You want it to still look really fresh. So getting a good aftercare speak to your stylist. Have a good consultation talk talk to them about what you actually do to your hair, because if you're blow drying straightening tonguing the color's going to fade a lot quicker, so yeah money pieces are here to stay. So, let's get to the next trend, shadow roots, shadow roots again is a trend. That'S been around forever, but i think with lockdown happening and all this that's going on in the world. I think we're going to be looking at really low maintenance. Colors but, like i just said, low maintenance doesn't equal, no maintenance. I think that's going to be one of the quotes that hairdressers are going to go by and that we always have gone by that. If we're going to be doing like a low maintenance yeah, you can edit grow out, but you don't want it to grow out. Looking rubbish, you want it to grow out still looking expensive, dimensional shiny, healthy hair. So when we're looking at shadow roots, shadow roots is just to blend in your natural roux into a lighter color, it can be anything it could be where it blends out from your natural brown and fades out into a red. We just got to go deeper at the root with a sort of a hue of of red. In there we could be looking at you've, got peroxide blonde on the ends and you're really dark level. Five at your root, so we're going to blend that out and just give that root shadow just to make it blend out really naturally, and make it really easy for you to maintain at home. But again, good aftercare is key. Thank you for watching again comment down below subscribe to the channel thumbs up and i'll, see you on the next video
