I just wan na hold you. I just wan na look into your eyes and hey guys and welcome back to Lexie hares Channel. Sorry, if my voice is a little nasally, I am recovering from the cold, so it definitely does sound a little bit manly. But in today's video I am going to be showing you three hair trends of 2017. There are a bunch of hair trends that are going on in 2017, but I wanted to pick a couple that were doable but still adventurous, so hopefully you guys enjoy. So if you guys want to learn a couple new hairstyles, then just keep on watching. Okay. So for the first hairstyle it is a super high ponytail, I'm gon na show you how I do it with extensions. I just create a mini ponytail at the crown of my head, so just smooth out any bumps that you have. This is basically the anchor for your ponytail and where we're going to attach our extension so that it doesn't weigh down our head and create a headache. Taking my luck, see hair extensions in dirty blonde. I'M actually clipping two of the wefts together to create a fuller ponytail without putting in every single F. All you do is take that piece and clip it around the ponytail, and then you can add any extra pieces to create the thickness that you want. So with the rest of our hair. As you can see, it looks really attractive. We'Re gon na take some hairspray to really smooth it out, because we want it to look extremely sleek and pulled back. If you have a lot of baby hairs like myself and you're, gon na be needing a lot of hairspray and then just take a brush and really smooth out all the pieces around your face, gather all of your hair and again brush over it, so that it's Nice and smooth and as you can see doing it this way, you can't even tell you have extensions in and it really doesn't weigh at your head, secure it in place with the hair elastic and then pull tight to make sure you don't see the hair elastic. I'M just taking a piece of hair from the ponytail at the back wrapping it around and then pinning it in place with a bobby pin, and that is it. This is such a fun way to wear your hair. I see Bella Hadid, always rocking it. It'S very sleek sexy and put together sticking with the same theme. This hairstyle is sleek straight hair. So taking my luck, see hair extensions in dirty blonde and I'm just clipping them in, as I usually do so, I'm going to show you two different ways. You can straighten your hair with these extensions. You can clip them in first and just straighten your hair, along with the extensions. I do recommend only doing this. If you have finer hair or it is cooperative to straighten fast. If you find that you have thicker or more coarse hair, and it takes a little bit longer, I would advise straightening your own hair before straightening, your extensions just because you don't want to be putting too much heat on your extensions once your hair is nice and Straight, you can separately straighten your extensions and then just pop them in and quickly blend them together after every section is complete, don't forget to hairspray to keep it in place finish off the look with one last hairspray, and that is your look. I think this look is extremely striking and although Beach ways are so beautiful, this is a great way to change up your look now for the final look. This one might not be for everyone, but it is that wet red carpet. Look! So if you don't have a spray bottle or you don't want to fully submerge your hair underwater, a trick I used to actually do in high school was take a damp cloth and just scrunch, my hair, just so that your hair is a little bit damp before We put in the mousse now to make sure that wet, look, stays and it doesn't dry, take a medium hold mousse and just lather this in your hair. You can put as much or as little as you want, but make sure not to get it on your face, and this is just gon na maintain that wet look without it drying fuss around with how you want your hair. My hair naturally has a wave in it, so I just go back and forth between the mousse and the wet cloth and kind of scrunch, my hair from the bottom up, and this just gives me a nice textured wave personally, I think this hairstyle looks the best Pushed back so just take your brush and make sure your baby hairs are all slicked back and the mousse will hold it in place. This hairstyle is grungy and cool and such a great way to mix it up if you're going to an event or a party, and you just want to try something different. That is it for today's video. Jenn Sauer: I'm sure other people have commented on this already, but for the next tutorial I would make sure your brushes are cleaned of all the built up hair. It just doesn't look good with them completely full of hair. Also with mousse, you are supposed to rub it in your hands until it becomes clear & then apply it to your hair.
