Hey everyone welcome back to the channel. Today'S gon na be a reaction video to somebody following my five minute: wolf cup video. So this popped up on my recommended tab on youtube, clicked. It was like what the hell so in the thumbnail. It had my thumb now and then pretty pastel, please uh a girl from, i think australia. I hope i'm not offended and she's from new zealand, but i think it's australia um. She has followed my step-by-step and she has done my my wolf cut. Now i haven't watched it, but it popped up and i thought right run up here, react to it and see what see what happens so. The from now is the diy wolf cup. My thumbnail she's actually got it in the pony at the front and you can see the bit of fringe and it's called. I gave myself a wolf cut following a wolf cut tutorial five minute: haircuts, uh 2021 tick-tock trend, um views, i think they're 175 000. When i, when i last looked um, but i've just downloaded it, and i thought i would just jump straight into reaction, so um, let's react first off. I just want to say thank you uh, pretty pastel, please for for choosing my video to have a go with um yeah. I hope it looks good, let's get into it, ruins her hair. So my name's, alex today i am cutting my own hair and not just in any old style. Today i will be cutting my hair as a wolf cut. What is a wolf cut asked absolutely no one watching this video, because everyone seems to know what a wolf cut is thanks to tick-tock, yeah, so wolf cuts. People are still trying to understand why they're called wolf cuts and no one's actually give a definitive answer. Um people have said it looks like a wolf mane. It looks like big like a wolf's, mane uh triangular wolf's mane. Nobody knows but yeah her hair's, pretty cool. I like the the pastel. Obviously, that's why she's called pretty pastel please, but the uh pastel pastel sort of colors throughout um, like pinky purple roots, need doing that. If you don't have tik-tok and you don't know what a wolf cut is a wolf cut is essentially a shag cut made popular by teenagers. I have seen this video here. It'S me so my video, when she reacted to it was 853 000 um. I don't know what it's on now. Let'S have a look so yeah. This is my biggest video today. This wolf cut in five minutes and it wasn't meant to be. It was meant to be literally a quick video just to sort of jump on a trend but show people uh elevation over direction, what it creates um. So, let's see what it's on now uh jeez, i'm on. What'S that one and a half one and a half thousand views to a million wow that is mental. I'M gon na have to look at the analytics to see if i can see if anybody's what come over from from alex's channel to my channel to uh to watch it'd be good. If people put in the comments where they've seen it right, let's jump in pop a couple of times lately how to cut a wolf cut in five minutes: tick, tock haircut trend, wolf, cut tutorial, mr paul. What'S hair here is uh going to teach me now. I haven't actually watched this video i've just seen it popping up, and i thought you know what it's like. Why don't? I just turn on the camera and record the chaos, so you guys can tune in with me as i watch this video and as i cut my own hair, why have i decided to spontaneously ruin my hair even further? Well, my husband just left the house for the first time since june, uh he's gone out, and i have the house to myself and what better time to make terrible mistakes and do something that a voice of reason would otherwise talk me out of doing also. We amount of makeup brushes. You'Ve got i like surprises. He likes surprises. If this turns out well, he'll be pleasantly surprised and if it doesn't turn out well, it gives the opportunity for more content. I can just see it now. My husband fixes the haircut that i ruined now for anyone. That'S new here, you're, probably wondering what is going on with her hair, and why does it look like straw? It'S been a long and difficult two years for my poor head of hair i'll put a little bit of a playlist down below, so you can watch my hair go from this to this slowly. Oh, my god. Her hair looks unreal with that copper, so she's. Naturally, looking at her roots, she's got probably like that much natural, which is like a sort of like a flat brown. It looks like then there's that regrowth, which must be a bleach, not bleached up enough and then the pastel put through out. But god you have hair before yeah we need. We need to talk about joyco, k-step, k-step, k-pac, four-step alex we need to get. We need to send you that i slowly spiraled into insanity and lost my mind, but the reason that it is the way that it is right now is because i've been washing this part of my head with a function of beauty, color, lasting shampoo and i've been Washing this side of my head with head and shoulders, i wanted to see just how quickly the color would wash out, and it has made quite a difference using the color stay shampoo. This side has not really changed much in about the past. Eight washes it's just been just like this and has hardly changed. So i'm thinking once i've cut my hair into the wolf cut. I will then re-dye my hair, probably half purple half pink, but that's not going to happen today. You'Re going to have to subscribe and turn on notifications to see that ghost the ghosts don't like that i've been torturing my hair, they tend to make banging, sounds in the walls to try and stop me. But you can't stop me, you can't. No one can stop me so now that you understand the situation that we're in let's hit play on this video and see what we're going to do to look like this, because that that's that's what i want to look like that picture. There is i've done a haircut tutorial, video of that as well. So i did that. That'S i think. That'S my most one of my most recent wolf cut videos of that haircut. That seems to be the the picture that everybody either shows or was inspired by to get a wolf cut, and i mean you can see why it looks effortless absolutely effortless. I didn't know what a wolf cut was, and i asked my subscribers. What should i do to my hair next and most of them sent me that picture and they said do this? Do it now? So, mr paul, what do i have to do to look like that? And it's come right back around and a lot of people doing on tick, tock right now that they're, basically just doing one ponytail like leading all the way to the front, i'm doing two, because i want it to be a lot more texture through the back, which Is why i've done two ponytails wait, let's start with his hair? Oh no! Well! Wait! Wait! Slow down! Sorry, sir you're! Moving too fast! I have to do what looks like there's a line from the mannequin's ears going up. Oh, my goodness, am i actually going to do this? Am i actually doing this right now, all right? How am i going to get such a clean line? Look, how clean and crisp the line is on the mannequin's ear. It'S like a dead straight line. Coming up! Oh god, how am i going to do? This was a terrible idea. I'M already regretting everything. Alex is one slight inconvenience and wants to completely give up. I can't tell if i've made a nice line. Is there a nice line? I can't help but feel, like mr paul lied, he said five minute, wolf cut. It'S taking me eight minutes to separate my hair, mr paul. If you even dare leave a comment about my regrowth there's a reason. My regrowth is like this google. It i'm sick of explaining it just google australian news all right. The first bit australian got it right. Awesome, google, that australian news, because has she been on the news because of her hair, but i can already see her pony - is further back than what i did is tied up and it looks as though the second part he's tied actually very high up here. I'M glad that i looked so closely because i was just about to wrap the hair tie like this, but that looks like he sort of managed to get the hair right up all right. I'M ready! Somebody picked me up in the comments about that saying: chop hairdressers. Don'T say chop, they say cut and yeah, but we do chop into hair as well. So, okay, all right, i have here a pair of scissors. These are dog grooming scissors. Why? Because, apparently, i look like a mutt, so fitting and basically all we're gon na do is just chop into their taking all this hair off. I have not drunk enough wine yesterday, oh my god. Okay, i'm gon na! Do it! Okay and i'm just point cutting in one thing i do notice, though, is because her hair is a bit like candy floss. It should have been either like washed straightened blow dried, smooth um, because when it drops down, it's just going to look like poofy, so it just needed to be a bit smoother. So we can get that that that finished, look anything let's just brush the cap. There. We go, that is the forehead. You can already see, though, because my ponytail was further forward and hers is further back. She'S got a lot more length here, so it's going to look longer around the face than what mine did um, because my ponytail was further forward, but yeah still maintaining length, but taking away some of the weight there. We go. It'S just like a cool little fringe in there a cool little fridge is. It really looks more like a big mistake to me, my friend, the kinks in my hair are making this a little bit awkward. I feel like this part here probably needs a little bit taken away. You know what why don't we just leave it here. Nothing beats a good cliffhanger. Why don't we just uh end the video here. You guys don't need to know what this looks like when i take it out of the hair tie. Look at this now with the ponytail we're going to bring it up, and we want this to be like a shaving brush as well. So we're going to bring this up to there to where, because this air, this this video wasn't a tutorial as such for people to sort of copy um, i'm sort of just saying not to there, i'm just showing about elevation over direction and how we can maintain Length uh, when it when the hair drops down, we maintain that length but we're putting a bit of internal layering in there, because the hair is traveling up, we're maintaining length but taking it internally. So this video wasn't supposed to be used for this, although i know so many people have one cup hang on. How far up is that? How am i supposed to do that in the back of my own head straight up to the ceiling? All right? Let'S go straight up to the ceiling all right this is it. Is she copying my accent, i'm a little bit hesitant to go as low as he did. It looked as though he was kind of cutting it around here yeah, but i i might just give it a little bit more length like i might try more this sort of height because i don't know what i'm doing and i don't want to lose. All of my hair, if i go crying to a real hairdresser, help me i've ruined my hair. I want there to be something left for them to work with. I like she's, saying that that i mean looking at what she's doing i'm going to google what her hair, why her roots are like that so she's, basically just putting her hair through a lot of processes and at this point, she's she's, probably just looking at thinking. Well, i'm just going to cut whatever um, but it's good. She said about professional, so this isn't. This isn't meant to sort of like see you as a haircut. This was supposed to help new hairdressers understand what i just said: elevation over direction, but now she's already thinking look. I don't want to take too much off, because i will need to see a professional hairdresser to give me a really good wolf cut. So, let's do probably around here, i'm going to say all right point cut! Watch your fingers. I should not be doing this on my own. It'S not cutting god. My arms are getting tired. I swear to god. Hairdressing is a form of exercise. Is it not? How does one ow, i almost cut my finger? She asked well, it turns out. I did cut myself whoops see now, i'm angry now, i'm just cutting out of rage. They'Re burning, oh my god. I feel like i'm doing a workout, i'm not even cutting i'm just missing far out. I need a break. You know what i'm just to leave it like that, because my arms they hurt too much. They turned to jelly, i'm a pathetic human all right now. What all right? Okay comes out! Okay, yes, like i said uh like a minute ago, the hair needs to be in just better condition, just just a smooth blow dryer or some products in there to make it a bit smoother, not as frizzy, because it just looks a little bit like candy floss At the minute, so just needed a little bit a little bit, something in there. Look at that um. All that texture is so cold, so cool is it? Is it cool i can't see or the front okay ready. Let'S give her a shake. It'S not far off is it it's like i can see. This is going to be longer, though, because of where her front ponytail was positioned and uh yeah, i'm just going to like whack that mannequin head about just to give it like a good shake and let it just fall where it wants to fall. But let's see what alex does oh, let's give her a shake. Oh, i didn't expect that yeah. Oh my god, do i look like that. Do i look like this wait hang on. Do i look like that? I'M not wearing my glasses and i can't see in the viewfinder and i can't, if that's not cool, is it cool. I need to turn around and look in the mirror. Oh wait wait. Maybe if i brush it - maybe oh my god - oh my god. Oh, my god, it's so short off. It'S not sure you know what it doesn't. Look too bad at the back, something that was so quick. It definitely doesn't. Look too bad. I kind of feel like these little bits that i've got here. They could be a little bit shorter, just to really add a bit more to the layering. So maybe i should try to cut it a little bit. You know what i'm going to do, i'm going to turn the camera off, because i i can't talk and concentrate it's physically impossible. I'M going to turn the camera off, have a little tiny bit of a snip at my fringe and try to maybe tidy it up. A little bit and then i'll, put on some makeup and do like a proper reveal nice. Well, i i've done it. I'Ve cut my own fringe made it a bit shorter. I tried to tidy it up a little bit, and this is what i look like. I like it, i'm really happy, i'm cool, so you know what for something i just did myself in quite literally not five minutes, probably 12.. Look at the symmetry through here. It is completely balanced. One side looks a little bit sort of thinner, but i think that's the head and shoulders side, maybe it sort of thinned that hair out slightly compared to what was being used, the professional shampoo side, but i really like the fringe as well. Okay, i'm sad that i didn't leave these bits to be a little bit longer. I know that if i straighten my hair that this will be longer uh, i've also kind of stuffed up a little bit in terms of this side is a fair bit thicker than this side. This side is very thin, as you can see, but also i have been using head and shoulders on this side, and my hair is not great over here. This side is a little bit more plump and luscious, because i've been using better products, but also there is just more hair on this side. I did briefly attempt to thin it out, and things started going terribly wrong, so i thought no, no, i'm just going to leave it for now, and hopefully i can find a professional that could tidy this up for me and make it look the way that it's Supposed to look, it's close, it's clear there you go head to a professional, so i love that she's done it. I love that she gave it a go and and understood that it wasn't gon na look like professional haircut because it's cut herself and it wasn't meant for that. It was just meant for and, like i said, i've said it numerous times but yeah. At least she understands that she's gon na have to head to a professional, stylist and they'll be able to just tweak it slightly, but the shape is there. The shapes there, like the the texture around the front, all that texture through there she's got. She kept the length so and i think it looks great alex. I think it looks great. I love the fringe as well and i feel like if it were executed properly. This would be a good hairstyle for me. I actually i really like it. I put on like a little tank because this i don't know, there's only got the muscle tees and this haircut that just feel like they go together well, and i i'm really really really really happy. Tell me what you guys think i love it down below. Do you like it? Do you not like it uh if i ruined my hair press, the like button? Thank you now, dan's, just texted me and said he's going to be home in an hour, and you know what that means. An hour gives me enough time to dye my hair, so i'm going to grab some products and i'm going to do purple on this side and pink on this side, and i'm going to look very, very different. When daniel gets home, i'm going to sit myself in our bedroom, i'm going to let him come upstairs he's going to open the door, not knowing at all. What'S just happened and he's going to be very shocked. So if you want to see that - and you want to see me dyeing my hair, half pink half purple - please subscribe and turn on notifications. So you know when i upload that video spoiler alert it's going to be tomorrow, yeah like a full 24 hours after this one gets uploaded, that one will be uploaded, so you don't have to wait too long so come back tomorrow. Let me just quickly grab the products that i'm going to be dyeing my hair with all right, so the colors i'm going to be using to dye my hair are two-toned treatment, hair color in the shade pastel violet by etude house, and turn up color treatment in Pink by april skin, now i got these off yes style and i'm going to start that now and if you want to see how all of that turns out come back tomorrow, but for now that's it that's everything. I hope that you like this video. I hope you aren't too mad that i've continued to ruin my hair, but i have vowed that for every comment that says: you've ruined your hair, it looks gross i'm gon na do something even worse, so feel free to leave the hate below it just gives me Reason to go green and with that, thank you guys so much for watching and i'll see you tomorrow looks so good, i'm glad she likes it. It'S giving her giving her hair like a bit of life. The only thing is that, if that's what i should do next, maybe i should just buzz all of that off pull a natalie dormer in hunger games. What i was gon na say was that, like it looked great for doing that yourself um, i just think condition wise and obviously alex knows her. Hair condition isn't the best at the minute that picture she had over here before. Where was that really rich? Copper? Looked amazing um, but i really think if you watch this alex or if somebody in the comments sees this and then wants to pass it on um joyco four-step would would bring your hair back to life. It would make it feel unbelievable. So let me know in the comments down below what you think of that video. I absolutely love it. Do you think you look good on her. I think it completely from from where she started at the beginning, where it was just like long and and looked really damaged. I think it took a lot of that damage off. I know there was a lot left, but i think it took a lot of that damage off and gave her um a style and that little fringe she put in looked great so yeah. Thank you for reacting well, thank you for following uh, my tutorial, alex uh. Really we appreciate it and i hope you like my reaction to it. I think it looks great and um for everybody out there if you're new hit the subscribe button or if you're new hit the subscribe button, give it a thumbs up. Let me know in the comments what you think to alex copying and, following my tutorial and i'll see you on the next video

Pretty Pastel Please: Omg Paul!!! My mum gave me some Joico K-pak products a few years ago and they’re the absolute best . I just ran out of the conditioning treatment but I still have the heat protecting balm. I haven’t used any other products from their range but you’ve convinced me I need to use them properly and slowly bring back some of my hairs former glory :’) Thank you for featuring my video! This was really fun to watch

Jackie Elizabeth: Heya just FYI in Australia we've had pretty bad lockdowns and where Alex lives there's been no hairdressing allowed for like 5 months until very recently

Jackie Elizabeth: Oh and if you are wondering she had beautiful natural ginger hair that she dyed copper for her wedding. she's never gotten to dye or change her hair before that so she going ham now and will grow out her hair and never do it again. Kinda clever

Crowsmum: Hi, where Alex lives, in Australia, they have pretty much been in lockdown for 2 whole years. So, no professional hairdressers for her! I think she did an amazing job!

Fawzia Sajid: I used your wolf cut video on my hair too and it turned out really amazing. It gave me body and movement without loosing the length. However I would love to see a proper tutorial just to make sure I got my dimensions and contrasting lengths just right. Thanks Paul, I love watching all your tutorials.

Sen Tariana: Thank you for reacting to Alex's videos. It's been really fun watching both of your perspectives on this whole journey. And thank you for being so genuine and nice!

Bianca B: I followed your tutorial just 2 days prior to Pretty Pastel Please’s video came out, and I am ✨IN LOVE✨ with how it turned out! Also, the “Aussie news” section is because we have been in and out of lockdown due to the “Pandemonium” (code name so your video doesn’t get flagged lol). Hairdressers have been mostly been closed over the past 2 years we have all been resorting to Box Dye and Online cutting tutorials!

ladydubhblossom: Alex has super pretty natural red hair, she first changed her hair for her wedding into the beautiful copper. she went a pink before the pandemic hit for a goal on her channel that was reached i believe while she was in japan. since the pandemic, Australia has had some of the harshest lockdowns in some states, Alex is in one that had gone months with nothing but food and emergency trips allowed. Alex has gone a bit bonkers and has taken the opportunity to go wild since she's never dyed her hair before. she's eventually going to bob it and then just let it grow back out in her natural color.

kelly Martin: Okay, but mimicking other accents is an Australian defense mechanism. When we are feeling insecure, we mimic. Also, all of Alex's videos (particularly her hair videos) are chaotic and joyful and wonderful.

yellow 3: Ahhh I just did it!!! And my hair was past my butt. I cut over a foot of hair off, and I LOVE it! Because my hair was so very long to begin with it still looks longer than most after cutting it, but the layers are so dramatic.

RockingNeverland: I used this tutorial as a basis for my long hair wolf cut and I love it, so thank you for that!

Beckie Leigh Creates on Skates: I’ve been seriously NEEDING to cut my hair for many months, but I’ve been putting it off since I usually just wear it in a messy bun anyway. Last night after watching your video, I decided to do a wolf cut. I normally use Crea-clips to help chop off my hair, but this looks a lot easier. I absolutely had to watch Alex’s video when it was suggested after yours. Now, I’m stuck in a YouTube wolf cut rabbit hole! I’m glad I saw your reaction video so I know to blow my “candy floss” hair out first. My hair isn’t damaged from any color. It’s just naturally curly and very fine. LOL. ✌

Ky Rh: I must say I love how you're saying her hair looks like candy floss when it's straight up fried and looking like straw. You're way too nice ! Btw she knows she murdered her hair, she's having a lot of fun doing anything that crosses her mind and when she'll hav had enough she'll just cut the dead parts and let it grow back !

Sandy Lee: I watch Alex on ParstelPlease. She just told us about this video you made so I had to come check it out. You both were so professional when each of you introduced the other reaction videos. Nice to watch.

Amber Harrison: She’s a natural red head!!! This is what covid did to the Australians

Carmen Miranda: Paul, I have naturally curly hair. I watched your video carefully over and over, (the one referenced above), listening to your every word about angles and all that, then took the plunge and cut my own hair. I LOVE IT! Best hair cut I've ever had. Thank you!! Wish I could find a professional that would do a better job, but for the life of me, I've yet to have anyone understand what I want!!! Doing it myself works fine . . . I let it dry naturally after I moisturize and sometimes soften the curl with a curling iron. I have a of hair, but it is thin, so layering makes it look a lot fuller. And I love the way this cut frames my face . . . Thanx again.

Laura Gossert: I saw your original video a month or so ago and followed it to cut my hair. The results were great! So when I saw her use it I was excited. You both have made this so much fun to watch.

shhhman1: Omg this hair cut I wanted my whole life and no hairdresser was able to achieve it! Saw your video and did it perfect!! I don't care if it's uneven I love it thank you

Kimberly Byrd: I love this! Thank you so much for making your video. I love seeing Alex’s adventures with her hair. ❤️

Didi Ramchurn: Hi Paul!!!Thank you. My hair looks great! It was easy to do and as you didn't mention the back length' I just did it like this and it turned out very nice.

littleblackpistol: She still did a better job than some so-called professionals have done to my long fine/thick wavy hair in the past. I'd rather butcher it myself than pay some clueless twat who only knows how to cut untextured straight hair to fuck it up.

Sahar: I cut my hair following your wolf cut tutorial as well And I'm so happy with the results. Thank u!

jenne hammond: New subscriber! I gave myself a wolf cut using your tutorial after Alex did. I love it ( I used shears not dog grooming scissors). You are super kind and totally cute too!!!!

RhomanysRealm: Not gonna lie, I had the EXACT same issue. I've been doing the Lee Stafford version since the 80s, but I thought I'd try your two pony method. Doing the pony tails took over half an hour!!!! It's SO hard to do on yourself! The actual cut took about 3 minutes and looks great though

Just Jahneah: This cut is so cute- I was so tempted to do this when I saw how Alex's turned out- but I am not sure it would work with my hair type. My hair is very curly, fairly tight curls (think Shirley temple ), and very thin (especially now with postpartum hairloss). Any tips on a hair style that may look alright? My hair currently is mid back length and I haven't seen a hair dresser in 3 years (bad past experiences). I like having longer hair, but often walk out of the salon with hair to my chin despite my request to keep my length, so I am a bit fearful to go back to a hair dresser.

SViolet: Can we get a collab where Paul walks Alex through this cut on a mannequin over zoom or something

Rae Starr: Here from Alex’s videos, she does do a styling video as well. I’ll be subscribing here ❤️

Lillian Fredriksson: I love Alex. She is endlessly entertaining, funny and kind. Paul, I did your wolf cut too after watching her do it. I came over from her channel. With a little tweaking, your haircut worked for me too! First major haircut since the pandemic began in the US in March 2020. Thanks! PS- if you haven’t seen her dye her hair all colors of the rainbow, you should look at that video! Wowza.

Ozark Lisa: I did mine from your tutorial. At 3 am I might add. I loooove it. My bangs turned out a little squareish rather than a nice steep angle but it was easy to gently fix using thinning shears. I feel like a whole new woman. I want to dance on Whitesnake's car.

Melissa Evans: I love your commentary and how nice you are about her video. I do watch Alex’s videos and I think she shouldn’t have ruined her hair when she was a natural red head. But none the less you’re awesome.

MandyMouse: Omg I love how you GENUINELY reacted to Alex’s huge collection of makeup brushes. ❤️❤️❤️

Oonagh72: Let me be honest. You did a good tutorial. Even though her technique was imperfect it looked good, and it framed her face nicely.

Amanda Marie Mullins: I did the wolf cut on myself according to your video and it turnred out amazing!

Natasha Owens: I had friend cut my hair following your directions, I love it! Thanks for your videos ❤

mrs_music_teach: what better than watching Alex's video again, than doing it through the eyes of a hairdresser :)

Tubby Tilly: I watched your video, did the cut on myself afterwards, have had only positive feedback on it, watched Alex's video a little while ago and the saw you did a reaction and here I am. BTW love have my hair turned out. I did do a 3rd pony section just because my hair is super thick and was quite long.

Stephanie Noel: Great job, so fun to watch! Too cute!

Erika Nunez: Tbh I saw your wolf cut video and I did the wolf cut on the same night it’s soo easy I love ur videos they’re easy to follow and give great results

sarai: i also used your video! worked so well. i love it. the layers looks great!

Katherine Rose Art: I follow Alex as well! But I actually came across your video the other day because I decided to cut my own hair like this and wanted a how to and did a search it lol. I've been cutting my own hair for years with that unicorn/1 ponytail one... so I wanted to try this variation. It turned out pretty good. I'm happy with it. Cut off like 5 inches. It was getting to be super long pandemic hair... so its a nice change.

Yvette Bonny: I have been following Alex for over a year now. Yes send help I love her to death but she tries to do a lot of her own hair and after the last few bleaches I was glad to see that she was going to take a significant amount off because the ends were so damaged. I think it would be really cool if you guys worked back-and-forth together she also needs help and styling this Wolf cut hit her up I would love to see these back-and-forth videos.

Shelly S: Looked great! She did a great job

Belinda Kent: Nice one! I watched Alex doing her hair a few days back, and I thought, hang on a min, that's Paul, and she linked ur vid, so I was like, Kwl :) xx

Susan Eades: I really love this! It looks great!

Born_confused: For anyone that doesn't know Australia was in lockdown for months so hairdressers are closed. She damaged her hair so much bleaching she wants to wait to get it done professionally hence the regrowth.

Kathryn Stubbs: Your technique is a lot like the technique that was taught to me by a friend in the mid '70s. I like that you use two ponytails rather than one. It seems to add more layers.

Holly: Hello Paul! I was just wondering if this wolf cut would be suitable for curly hair? I have a mixture of 2B to 3C curls and waves. More springy curls in the front and crown whereas the nape is more wavy. I usually straighten my hair to cut it myself and have used the 'unicorn' cut but it's never quite right! What do u think?

Cynthia Jones: I tried it too after watching the other video and it totally works!

Chocolate Beans Nursery: Thanks to pretty pastel please Ive watched your video and also gave myself a wolf cut and I LOVE IT!! Thanks for the tutorial

meandFrodo: I'm here as Alex posted on IG you reacted and I had to watch!

killedbyclowns: Love your channel Paul you seem really genuine & I like how you communicate to your audience with Love from another Aussie viewer ❤️xxxx

Lady Fierce: I also followed your video for mine and my friends hair and we both love it!!!

Kitty: Paul, can you still do the front section into a side parting, like the ponytail haircut, or does it have to be cut to a centre parting?

Cindy Van: Well Paul, you helped her feel better about her hair, job well done!!! ❤

Maxwell T: Might you consider making a part 2 for the original video as a proper tutorial? People are using it anyway, so maybe making it more precise will cause them less hair heartache. Haha. Many people are still in lockdown situations or can't get to professionals for whatever reason. Just a suggestion! ;-)

Natalie Lynn: So I did this cut on myself the other week. I've been cutting my own hair for years and already knew that there was a possibility of it being horrendous as it wasn't professionally cut but k don't mind at all. I can take a hit. So anyway I did it and wasn't overly sure about it. It wasn't rubbish but wasn't perfect. I watched this and realised I hadn't moved my front pony tail forward enough. Decided to try again and wow. My hair is so shaggy and sexy now I guess my layers just weren't short enough. It's taken so much weight out of my hair as well. My hairdresser is always saying how thick my hair is. It feels so good now. I love your videos, you're so unjudgemental compared to most hair dressers. Thank you, my hair looks amazing

eskimo87: Pretty Pastel Please is from Australia ❤️ I’ve come from her Channel. Also the Australian News is we’ve been in lockdown in Australia for long periods. I think last once started around June. She’s a redhead naturally, copper was done for her wedding

Neamh Cridhe: this has been sitting in my recommended feed for almost 20 days lol. i adore alex, but haven't watched her video as of yet. finally thought i'd give this a watch since i am bored and wanting some background noise while i work on some projects. new sub from me

Aprile Ryder: I came here to watch because I have been watching Alex for years now. Now, I am a fan of yours. . I have subscribed for life now!!! So far, I like your channel. I hope that her fans become your fans and that this helps your career in some way!!!❤️❤️❤️

Luby Nuyu: I just did your wolf cut style 2 days ago..and i'm liking it..

Mindie: This cut looks way better on her now that it's set. I think she did a great job considering it was a home job lol.

Fuzzie Bunnie: Honestly cutting that much hair probably was the best thing she could’ve done for her hair. I’ve damage to my hair over the years and there’s nothing like a good cut to help the breakage.

Nadia Vas: No idea why its in my recommendations, but I've watched both videos and now will go wash and cut my hair by this method

Stephanie Pearce: I'd love to know how to cut my hair this type of way. I have shaved sides and like to push all my hair to one side. If you could make a video about that I'd be grateful. I don't know how to make sure the back doesn't look lob-sided.

Stephanie Lewis: Here from Alex's channel :) and you were wondering if she's been on the news because she tells you to check out the news. She was just referring to the whole C19 and lockdown problem. Thank you for not being mean like most other reactions.

kathy O'Brien: Your hair looks great you done a awesome job

Cindy Dills: Excellent video! Although I'm never using Head and shoulders again I didn't realize you could clean your floors with it

Yin Klein: Was so excited to see this after Alex mentioned that you reacted to her video!

Dawn Bonar: I watched your video and did the cut. It turned out great thanks

meelane: When she says ‘look up the news’ she’s saying she hasn’t been able to get her roots done since she’s in lock down.

NikkiM93: I watched your wolf cut video after Alex's video :), then I watched this one haha. I love hair videos even though I dont have enough hair to do anything with LOL.

Vainilla Nevárez: Hi!! I came after I saw Alex and her friend talk about how nice and polite you react to her messy hair :P She has a rainbow/PUP color now :3 I'm sub 28,301 in your chanel now! xox

Lori Carter: It’s a wolf haircut-ception lol. Alex sent me, btw, and I don’t regret it ❤️❤️

Disiree Stephenson: I have come from her video, she said you were so nice, and I love positivity, so here I am for that and to see how I can top up my hair colour tips.

Charlotte Elphick: Side note: Alex doesn't know how to style her own hair... She has stated this in many many videos

Emma Arthey: I did actually use this video to cut my own hair then watched her use the same video and she mentioned u had done a reaction video too so here I am

only1synergy: Love to see #BradMondo reacting to your reaction to her doing this wolf cut

Kristen: I told her that she should have straightened her hair before cutting! :) glad you agree!

Em Bee: Ive cut my hair like this for 30 years, used to called the unicorn cut

The Eerie Faerie: I'm a natural redhead and will never dye my hair... I couldn't even imagine

S4turnx: Paul: wolfy hair in 5 minutes Me trying to separate the hair perfectly as it is in the video taking 10 minutes:

Shawn Philips: I’m here from Alex. She’s awesome. But I also tried the cut. Worked well

GrumpyCupcake: Hey, great video! My question is, you mention at the end of the video something like a.. "joycut 4 step"? Can you direct me to some link to it or so :) My hair is similar to hers haha

Practically A Person: Alex shouted out your reaction in some of her latest hair dying videos and I had to pause immediately and come watch!

Absinthia Venamortis: Another Alex subscriber that’s jumped over to your channel here love your style Paul.

Darlene Sheppard: Love this video!!!❤ she's adorable

Mary Degraffenreed: Here from Alex's video ! hope you have as much fun for us as she does

Dora: Came over from pretty pastel please, staying because you have awesome explaining capabilities and I may learn something…. I hope so any way….. new subscriber…

Valerie Wells: I think it looks great ! I am going to do it.

Susan Lanphere: Looked good--as nice change... But wondering how the cut looks with natural really curly & thick hair? Liked that the dummy head you used had wavy hair vs stick straight. Any examples you can share?

Ms. Jenna: Another of Alex's followers. Nice review. I was expecting a "Brad Mondo" treatment. Love him. He's rather feisty though, lol

Kimmy Stewart: She started her pastel hair journey in Japan.

Y33N_B3AN!!!: Im here from pretty pastels video and I'm so tempted to do it however I dunno if I wanna go with a turquoise and blue ombre colour or a fire colour of red and orange I'm a natural brunet and I've always does my hair red xD

Tracy Wilson: Just for giggles I pulled the front section of my hair up like in the video. If I cut at the eyebrows, I’d be taking off like ten inches of hair. Nope nope nope. Will not take that much off. Trying to get it to grow long, not whack it off again.

Jess Reese: She is a natural red head. Also, the regrowth was a combination of what Covid did to Australians and a strict childhood.

Trina: Hi Paul, I found her video in the “play next” after your original video, so I thought now since I watched them both I want to see how you react LOL
