Hey youtube: it's your girl, miss brandy1525 and i'm coming at y'all this morning, um, because i got a request to show my everyday natural hair routine, and this is what i do most frequently to my hair uh and how i wear my hair through the week. Most weeks, if i'm not wearing a personality unit, aka wig, so uh, let's just jump right into it. I know that y'all don't seem to like the longer videos, so we'll just jump right into it. The first thing i'm going to use is this: uh lustre: silk. Curl max curl, activator, moisturizer, okay and what i'm gon na do is get some in my hand pop that much a good size amount, because my hair is dry y'all. This is freshly washed hair. I washed my hair last night, uh picked it out and went to bed, so there is no product on my hair whatsoever. So the first thing we want to do is moisturize. I like this moisturizer a lot. It seems to really work well with my hair and yeah. It works. You know what i'm saying and if you find what works you go with it. I do a lot of smoothing on the front of my hair because i like for the front of my hair to be really really wavy, but i'm making sure to go through my hair with my fingers. Look at that gray, y'all ain't it pretty! So i'm telling i got a love-hate relationship with this gray, hair y'all. Sometimes it's pretty some time to get on my nerves and i'm just making sure that i have it everywhere that especially the back, because the back of my hair is thicker and it tends to be more dry. So i do a lot of rubbing and just going through my hair and using my fingers and my fingernails like a pick like a rake comb or whatever another thing that you have noticed about this hairstyle is: i do not use any uh styling tools, just my Fingers no combs, no brushes, no, nothing. As i said about the challenge, i don't feel that it's good for your hair to comb it and brush it every day and, as my hair begins to accept this moisture, you'll notice that my lip curls start to pop in okay. Now i am low porosity, so it takes a little minute. You know i'm saying it take a little while for my hair to absorb moisture it does. But i know that that's something i accept you know and i'm okay with that. If it's one thing that i've learned in my 10 years of being natural is to love my own curl pattern, my curls don't look like nobody else's curls. They may look similar but they're not the same, and i love my own curl pattern. Okay, now that's a little white, but a lot of what y'all see in there is gray hair, and i am perfectly okay with it. Okay, the next thing i'm going to use y'all that i absolutely love is this uh long, a curl activator gel uh, it's the aloe vera formula with a pro vitamin b5 extra dry y'all, and it's the lolo okay. This is at walmart. I get this 15 ounce jar, probably for five dollars at walmart and love. It use it all the time. So i just take a big old glob of that big old glob, like i said, and i start to put it on my hair and i do not exclude the sides and the back and then i start to rake that through my hair with my fingers. Just raking it through and now you can see the curls are starting to form. My hair is starting to accept the moisture. Curls are starting to form, rub rub rub and yes, my little waves are starting to pop. You know curls starting to come in, you can see and yeah. This is every day keeps my hair super duper moisturized. Now i'm going back in for more okay going back in for more, but what i'm gon na do now. Is i'm gon na kind of open the hair up in between and make sure that i'm getting it all the way down? So i'm opening the hair up making sure that i'm getting it in there getting it down to the roots or whatever. If y'all are familiar, i don't know about you, know y'all, but back in the day i had a jerry curl. You know carefree curl and uh. It'S gon na dry out. It'S definitely gon na dry out when you're using these types of products. You have to get a build up on your hair. You know, and i don't mind doing that either i'm natural, so i don't mind having a build up of product. On my hair i mean who would you know what i'm saying but yeah, so i'm getting it in there and i'm styling, and while i'm styling i'm shaping honestly, i like for my hair to stand up now. It'Ll fall some. You know what i'm saying it's already starting to fall in the front, but i'm okay with that rub rub rub, because i want my little waves popping in the front yeah and shake it around a little bit and i don't know if y'all can see, but that Has completely defined my little curls? Yes, the curls is popping, the curls is poppin honey. I got curls for the world and i love it. I love it. I love how shiny and moisturized the hair looks every day it just shines. It glistens, like i, have literally had people to come up to me and say your hair is so shiny. What did you put on it and i'd be so tickled to tell them uh curl activator, curl activator? That'S it yeah and then over here on my sides and in my back where the hair is really short. I just do a little just with my fingernails to get those curls to pop and it's all good. You know it's all good. If i got a place where it's a little more white than somewhere else, you know what i'm saying i do a little rubbing or whatever, but mostly i'm going to let this go and as it dries it's going to dissipate so y'all. That is my everyday routine. For my hair, this is what i do the most. This is what i wear the most, because it's quick as you can see, it's taking me a total of maybe 10 minutes to get this hair together, and i am ready to go out the door like seriously ready to go out the door. This part of my hair y'all, my little - i don't know what you call it. I call it my thin spot up there at the top always need a little extra love and everybody got one spot in their hair. That need a little extra love y'all. But i will not comb or brush or anything, and i feel like this is beautiful. It'S very professional, it's very classy y'all and it is literally ready to go and i don't have to do anything else to it. So i'm gon na turn around and hope that y'all can see the back, because you know i messed that up every time. So hopefully i'm in focus and y'all can see the back but yeah. That'S it and, like i said it's white, oh and i'm cutting the light off sorry about that y'all, it's white, but the white is going to dissipate and curls curls come on curls come on curls! So, yes, that is about it. I do apologize for holding y'all uh. Thank you so much for watching. I definitely appreciate your time. Uh did you subscribe?
