What'S up beautiful people, i just want to inform you that may is the month of mental health awareness, so i've chosen to do a self-care series make sure you are subscribed. So you never miss a video. What'S up beautiful people, it's your girl, shakira and i'm back at it with another video. So for today's self care, i'm going to wash my hair and pick it out and get an update on my growth and then i'm going to oil down my scalp. I want to kind of like lay my hair down. Let me try something different and why not bring you guys along with me, because y'all remind me to never i mean never. Ever ever ever ever ever cut my hair again, i've cut my hair three times. It drops - and i think i'm done i've had enough - i'm like so sad at this point, because i miss my hair. I miss doing twist outs, i miss doing flexi rods and all that good stuff. I miss my hair y'all and just remind me to never cut again, like i'm done with that phase of life. Okay, so anyways we are ready to wash my hair. I have been using some awesome products that i will let y'all know about that. I feel like it's been helping my um edge grow. So let's see what this looks like. Oh my god you'll see these edges that you're growing in. If you have been here, then you probably know that i had like real hair and what was that january. So yeah it's grown back and i'm just gon na go through and pick it out right now and it looks just dusty and dirty right now my color has grown out so much. It'S ridiculous, like i wanted to diet, but then y'all like went to the beauty, supply store and everything bought the products because look at all these grapes y'all see all those guys. I bought the product zone uh to diamond here, the red color i had at the end, but then that was lighting diet. You should just let it grow out and you know continue to get healthy like it's doing and keep right. You know at first i was like i ain't, not supporting what i want to do, but that's the problem. Let me know what i want to do. My hair and i'll be breaking it up. So yeah, i'm not cutting it ever again. I'M done cutting my hair. I miss my hair. You can't do nothing with this low fro like i was looking back at pictures from when i had my little fro to see like how i wore it, because this is annoying like you can't do nothing with this hair. Like i can't twist this and then so i just have to like do a quick little put some water on it, some gel and just let it curl up and do its thing, but i'm over it at this point, i'm really just tired of it. So i want my hair to grow back, never cutting it again, so yeah, i'm just picking it out y'all see still need my eyebrows done. Oh good job, that's a whole nother story. Hopefully that self-care is coming soon. I'Ve had gray hair my whole life literally when i was little people used to go like you're, so young, like gray hair when you're so stressed. I'M like oh my stress what i've had it. That'S just what my hair does all right. So once you have it all picked out, as you can see, got my little baby brush edges have been growing in and i feel like i've been so focused on, like my edges that i haven't like worried about styling my hair, but that's coming to an end. This week, i'm going to look cute, i'm tired of just looking like this. So this is what i've been using. It'S um virgin hair fertilizer and i'll link it in the description box, but it's super good um. It kind of reminds me of dr miracle if y'all remember that it doesn't back it in it gives like that tingly feeling, so i usually just take some and about that much i'll. Take some and like just moisturize it in my scalp um and it's pretty much been helping. I just try to like get it in there real good. As you can see, and then i usually take something to put it like up here too, because i do feel like you know, my hair was not growing in how it should up here and then i go on the other side, i'm trying to like let my Edges breathe, so i haven't really been bothering it because i want my hair to grow back so bad i've been taking my bios and pills my prenatal vitamins cause. I need this hair to grow back, but i'm just conditioning this into my hair right now. I'M actually getting ready to wash it hair fertilizer is super good for rapid and healthy hair growth, so i definitely recommend it. It'S been about 30 days since i've been using it and i'll go back and see. If i have some before pictures and not the pictures, but all of this is a result yeah my edges was like gone gone, but they grow back in slowly but surely so yeah, that's that so now i'm just about to get ready to wash it all right. Guys i just got the shower just washed, my hair, it's still wet so now, i'm just going to like comb it up. Y'All heard me rant and rave about my hair and how i wanted to grow back. So this is where i would like to just say. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I was working on the back, i'm working myself with over here now i don't know: what's that want to do, should i go lay it all over here. Should i go back? I think i'm gon na go like this. So room i did use just a tad bit of got to be glue hairspray so that it can be like extra slick and stay in place, so hmm room so as y'all can see, we are getting close to the end here. Y'All this one little piece at the top did not want to slick down, but whatever i want to go ahead and give another shout out today, i want to shout out making mommy moves. She is a mommy lifestyle youtuber who talks about managing motherhood and career success. You should definitely check out her channel because you'd love it too, so so hmm y'all. I had to make sure this hair was slick to the gods. Okay, so don't mind me, i'm just going back over it, making sure everything is smooth and in place so that we can go ahead and set it and wrap it up for tonight and you'll be able to see the outcome in the morning just makes you feel So good, i had to remember what i was just like. I know how to do my hair. Why am i acting like? I don't yeah, because that issue real quick. My Style My Home: You had that hair laid. Definitely nice to start a new hari journey. Alopecia on the edges to me is the hardest thing sometimes to get back. Your doing good though adding your treatments and stuff. I need to get better at that. My right side has been thin for years.
