Hey guys in this video, I wanted to share this quick and easy hairstyle that I've been wearing a lot lately. I usually like to do this style on my lazy days or when I was lazy the night before and didn't retwist my hair, and I really love it because it's not too tight and it won't hurt your head. As you can see, my hair is stretched for the most part and there isn't much definition. So. The first thing I like to do is flip out my hair to make it bigger, since there's not many curls and shape my edges and get them going in the right direction. The next thing I like to do is take some water in a spray bottle and spray it all around my edges to moisturize them and also make them more manageable. Next I like to take some eco styler gel and lay down my edges, and on this day I'm using the one has argan oil in it with the red top. Then I like to take a bristle brush and smooth the product into my hair and also make sure that my edges are flat. Next, I'm going to spray my hair again with a little more water and then take the ORS Olive Oyl, edge, control and add that to my edges, to lay them down a little more because I have really thick hair. And I want to make sure that my hair stays in place. Then I'm going to take my bristle brush again and smooth all of that product into my hair and lay my edges down again. Like I said before, I have thick hair. So what I like to do is grab my hair by sections and use my other hand to smooth each section down and right here, I'm just taking off my thumb ring because it usually snags my hair and I don't want to cause any breakage. So now I'm going to take a hair tie and tie it around my hair twice, because I want my hair to be pretty loose today. But if I wanted it to be tighter and to make sure everything would stay in place, and I would usually tie it around more now - I'm just gon na fluff and shape my puffs. How I like it - and the last thing I did - was just going again with the Rs olive oil edge control in a toothbrush and laid my few baby hairs, how I like them. So that's the end of this video. (1 year and eight months post big chop, hair is now sitting on my shoulder in its curly state) Type 3a,3b,3c, and it's a struggle beyond anything to get it up into a sleek ponytail. Don't get me wrong, my hair will lay down, its just gathering it all with small ass hands. I tried the whole, grab sections and guide up thing, but by the time I force it all in my hand, some of it is already spilling back out. The only time I can gather my hair without problems is once its straightened. I have no problem there. So now I figured out what works for me, and that is forming it like I'm going to do a pineapple-buff like thing. Using my Snappee-band and pull the back up. Just keep pulling until the ponytail reaches where I want it, and snap everything into place.
