This style is spin-off of a hair style from StormyHair: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vCOdHiY... It is a protective style for both natural hair and relaxed hair.

This is the second style on my Protective Style Challenge 2012. I hadn't noticed when I saw it as a twisted style on Stormy hair but when I tried it on myself for this video it looked very much like a flapper hat or a basket. Lol. The people in my acting class thought so too. I think I have an odd shaped face so it had to grow on me but my classmates loved it and I got compliments galore. This style doesn't so much resemble a hairstyle a flapper girl would wear more than it looks like a cloche hat from the roaring 20's.

Hera is ISA worse naturals and I'm back with another protective style for our protective style challenge. Now this style, I got from a youtuber the stormy hare, a stormy Explorer me me. Let me stop anyway. I really really like this file and she did it like a year ago, and I just never got around to trying it so now is the perfect time she actually did it with a twist and I'm going to be doing it with a braid. Her hair was also shorter, so if your hair is shorter and you don't know how to braid or either one of those two things, I'm leaving the link to her video down below. So you can check it out with a twist, but I'm going to be doing it with a braid like I said and hope that it looks nice let's get on with the tutorial yeah. You want to start off with your hair as stretched as possible. I have blow-dry and a bit elongated and I'm trying to comb through just because it is very important that your hair be as smooth and laid down as possible, if you're, not afraid of a brush, go ahead and use that it could be very helpful. In the smoothing process, I start my brain down as low as I can go so that it goes around the perimeter of my head, remembering to keep the hair smooth is even more important when we get to the front. So I found a way I use some bobby pins to keep my hair pinned down to my head, so be easier to keep as I continue to breathe duh. Why didn't? I remember that I could just tie my hair down. I tied it up and look how nice and smooth it is laying much better and exactly what I was going. Many thanks for watching love. You guys

cysyca: Now this a style even I can try and I love it. Thanks for the demonstration :)

Aisa Kemp: Thank you. Yeah it took me a while to learn and even then I learned to braid upside down so I look different doing it than anyone else. Maybe you can learn with this style. It is just one braid. Check out Stormy doing it with a twist! By the way, it looks like it is breaking into little squares when I watched it a few times. It is clear when you watch or is it all little pixels? I'd hate to take it down.

Atruwildflower: Girl, this beautiful! When these twists come out, I'm trying this. ..

MsDilwitit: Nice clean and polish look. Scarf and flower set it off...Love It!!

Aisa Kemp: Great. You'll be amazed how easy it is to do!

Deccie Turk: This is beautiful!!!! I love it!!! Very pretty, I am going to try this....

Ina Goodwin: Just found your channel and I am in love and I just did thing hairstyle ‍♀️

Aisa Kemp: It really was easy. My acting teacher was like "Your hair looks really nice. It must have taken you hours to do that." I told him it took mere minutes. I'm the only Black person in that class and they were all pretty mesmerized. Lol.

Naturally Menee: Cute protective style! I want to share this video on my facebook page if you don't mind!

Veggiecurldeelite: love this look

oneLady Tee: I really like. It turned out lovely on you (:

Aisa Kemp: Sure babes. Thanks so much. Braids always stay in better for me if I want to wear a style al little longer.

Aisa Kemp: I know right. It has always been that dusty color, they called me "Lil Red" as a little girl. I have hated on my color for a long time because it doesn't shine and often looks pretty dry. I honestly think lighter hair is dryer. I dyed it since I was about 12-13. Blonde in summer and black in winter up until about 5-7 years ago. My hair was breaking bad. I haven't dyed it since. Loving my hair color more as the threat of more gray hairs rear their ugly faces. Come on Brown! Stick it out! Lol.

n2xrcise: That came out cute on you!!

Aisa Kemp: Why thank you. Its also really easy to do.

The Divine Hostess: It's really pretty. I didn't realize how brown your hair is! It's nice

prayn2047: That is so cute!!
