And now I will demonstrate african-american braiding, some of the most popular hairstyles among have african-american women by braiding is cornrows, two strand twists freestanding braids, braids shoes and synthetic hair or braids using human hair, and now I would demonstrate African American rating by doing a corn to Braid, the hair again, I would suggest taking half of an inch sub section and then braiding the hair, closely close down onto the scalp as tight as possible, without causing as tight as possible, without causing any discomfort to your client. If you are not a breeder or I have not yet learned the technique of braiding with three strands, another way to break the hair down to the scalp is just by using a two strand braid, and this is simply by twisting the hair back onto the scale And then secure your braids with a clip, unless, of course, you need to continue braiding all the way down to the end, and that is how you do a cornrow on african-american hair, which is one way to demonstrate how to braid hair

itpaystobeme: I like it!!!

Jiltedin2007: Is it true that braiding your hair can cause baldness in the future?

Praise & Worship: not everyone can deal with natural hair

AAEA: Relaxers don't help our hair, the ONLY way I can see it helping is the fact that so many of us don't know how to comb our properly, so it's easier to comb. Bottom line is we need to know how to treat our hair and stop chasing after looks that'll harm our hair in the end. I use to be relaxed and now I'm natural....my hair didn't break off while transitioning, I just kept it trimmed and moisturized until I was all natural. We need to learn how to care for our own hair, point blank.

Shymari Huntley: @hellokittycutie2003 Okay ; ive stopped getting perms for like 6months but my hair is shedding badly without getting one . do i need to at least get one every 6months ? or is their something im doing wrong ?

Kurogypsy: @mizzangel1019 perms don't help peoples hair grow. Perms help burn out your hair. Most black people DO know how to manage their hair, weaves aren't good and covering your hair with other types of hair or anything isn't allowing your scalp breathe. If it isn't permed and tends to break off then that's when you MOISTURIZE your hair. Don't keep it dry! don't rely on perms to put moisture in it! Natural oils like Shea butter definitely will work, so try not to perm as much ur only killing ur hair

Kurogypsy: oh ._. well i guess using naturals dont always work for everyone then... cause i kno when i permed my hair my hair had fell out too... and it was like my hair was depending on the perms because when i didnt get them my hair would grow shorter and shorter.... but when i went with natural oils... it grew back... i figured i throw a warning out there though for people who want to perm and havent permed yet :P kno what im sayin?

Angelskittls420: @nuke572 honey you need to calm down it does not matter where it originated from as long as it gets the job done and looks sexy whilst its happening, there is no reason to be getting upset. cuz i'm pretty sure you probably live in America therefore making you american and the fact your getting your hair done in america makes the hair american it has african roots but that is the exact reason its called African "American"

hollyboo21: @nuke572 Exactly.

mia Moore: Y is she reading from something lol

alimata: i swear
