So we're going to work on covering up this bald spot. Today we are doing a quick weave if you're interested keep watching. So my client here decided that she wanted something a little bit different. So today we are going to be doing a quick leave on her, as you guys can see, she does have some thinning or balding in the crown we have been working on this area where it was baby, bald and now it has grown in, but with change. Everybody wants something different, so, of course, we're gon na give her something very temporary. This is going to be what we call a quick weave style and you guys get to see it from start to finish. So when I started off by doing, of course, when she got her full shampoo and condition and what I'm doing is preparing her hair for what we call a liquid cap with that liquid cap requires barriers and it has multiple layers of protection. So the first layer is actually Jo, which allows the hair to get nice and firm. It keeps that liquid cap and glue off of her hair. So this is what I am doing, unfortunately, because of the crown of her head being so sparse. I did have to kind of separate her ponytails into three: don't worry guys. No hair was harmed in this particular portion of the video and the rubber bands that I use are not tight whatsoever and then, of course, I am going to add the second layer of protection, which is my wrap, strips and end papers. Now this part is very important, especially where, in the areas where her hair is already thinning and even in the areas where her hair is not dinning, so I use the in papers at the top, and then I just used my wrap strip around the side and In the front - and I basically just molded it to her head using the Jo, I didn't add any type of glue. I do see a lot of people when they do quick ways they like to use glue at the edge or the hairline, and then they sewed a cap on, and you know, I'm not against everyone's technique. I'M just I just don't prefer that way. So she went under the dryer and she dried for about an hour because, of course the hair is wet with Jo and that has to thoroughly dry and then the solution that you saw me putting on her is the liquid cap itself. So once the hair is thoroughly dried, you would then go on and add the liquid cap, which is what I'm doing I got it in the color or like a dark color I mean it comes in clear: it comes in red, it comes in what we call Black but it is a silicone base, so this is what we are using as the protectant and then she went under the dryer and dried for another 10 minutes. So this allows me to just use the glue right on top of the barriers, which is three layers, as you can clearly tell, and I am using the Janet 28-piece hair, she is actually salt-and-pepper, so it was really nice to find a nice salt-and-pepper hair for her. They did not change what she's already used to so I am actually applying the Janet hair. I started with the longer hair first because I wanted to give her length towards the back of her neck so that we did not have to show or expose any of her hair at all and even if it lifted in regards to like it flipping up. When you sleep when it's Garf on it would still be long enough that we would not see the kitchen area of her nape okay, so I'm gon na. Let you guys just continue watching for us to just finish the closure portion of this, and then we will get into the cut and the style so keep watching. Oh forgot, if you're new to my channel, please don't forget to hit the subscribe button. Please don't forget to thumbs up this video and tell me what you guys think of the finished product I'll come back and we will discuss exactly what we are doing in regards to the cut, and you guys get to tell me what you think: okay, okay, guys. So we are all done applying the tracks to her here, so I'm just using your typical, cheap razor comb just to thin down or do some of the density from the actual hair to give her the illusion that she has a short cut. I mean that's the purpose, so I'm using my shears to cut around the sides and, of course, over her ears. Now when it comes on to the sides in the back, you don't want it to be too bulky. Of course you want it to be as flush as possible. Why? Because you want it to kind of have the appearance senators, even though we know that it's not hers, we just we don't want to take away from the illusion. Okay, it's an illusion. That'S that's! Really. What it is - and that is another reason why I was so happy to find the salt-and-pepper color, because she is salt-and-pepper and it did not take her out of her element whatsoever. We just basically just gave her a bomb, a style. You get what I mean: balmy style right, okay, so I am using my shears just to go and do the detail work around her ears and then I just kind of go back and forth with the razor comb and the shears because you want to you know, Make sure that you are detailing, but at the same time the good thing with this particular brand of hair or the length of this hair is that it is so easy to blend it in. It is almost seamless like almost so. I didn't have to really do a lot of work when it came onto blending. You just want to make sure that you're not over razoring and over cutting. So that is the only difference with this, and you want to make sure that your tracks are close enough together, that, even if she was to move a track or two or move a piece of the hair that her hair would not be exposed. Or should I say, the cap under this hair would not be exposed, and that is the goal so with the razor comb. For those of you who have never heard of this, it is a comb on one end and a razor on the other end. You can get these at any local beauty supply store. I think even Sally sells these now they're really durable, really cheap. They don't like a dollar. It doesn't really cost much. This particular hair was about 25 dollars in the store. You can find this almost anywhere and they have a couple of different brands. So almost any brand of this will work as long as it is human now I have. I haven't really seen this color in every brand, but this brand is almost available almost everywhere. Okay, so I'm just giving her a hair line using my shears. I could have used the razor at this point too, but I just wanted to give it make her really really choppy, and I wanted it to look like a true hair line. I didn't want it to look like something that I literally took a razor and just went and gave her a hard line. You don't want a hard line. You want soft line. Do you want movement? You want it to appear like normal hair would so that was the goal, okay guys, so we are all basically at the finish of the style. So you guys my client here. This is my girl. Okay, this this is Miss J. I'M just gon na call her Miss J. This is her first time ever ever ever wearing this, so I wanted to make sure that she did not get to see it. Even though you see her looking in the camera, she can't really see as far so I was like. Okay, I'm just gon na bump. It really really quick, because I didn't want to do too much. It was just a quick bump. It really didn't even require me bumping it, but I still like to give it a little bit of heat towards the front just to kind of stretch it out slightly, and then we are going to do the big review of what she thinks. It looks like so guys, please comment down below. Tell me what you think about the color. Tell me what you think about this style. Is it something really I thought it was banging on her? I feel like this was really cute on her her her personality since this, and she doesn't even know it. So I really took her out of her element me and her sister. Mrs. R talked her into this style, so I was really really really happy with the outcome. Alright, guys thanks so much for watching and don't forget to comment, don't forget to thumbs up, don't forget to subscribe, don't forget to tell us what you think all right. Let'S look at the review now: it's just joking! It'S not a reveal yet. Okay, now we're gon na do the review the first. I have to make your foot on her glasses, okay, guys so now we're really gon na do to reveal I'm making her put her glasses on and, let's see what she thinks. Is she gon na give me a thumbs up. Yeah

Angela Houston: Finally! A Salt & pepper quick weave! I allowed y hair to go salt and pepper and have received more compliments! It's still a challenge to find just the right amount of salt or pepper, but more beauty supply stores are starting to carry the color. The style on your client looks great and I hope she's enjoying her new fierce-ness! See you in Chicago in June!
