Hey, what's up y'all welcome back to the channel today, I'm gon na show you how I accomplished this half up half down hairstyle without leaving any hair out, so this will work for you if you are natural in order to get this look, you're gon na need Some hair, of course, I used the show hair companies Peruvian straight texture and it's just 20, 22, 24 and 26 and, as you guys can see, I'm running my hands straight through the hair without any problems. This hair is like bone straight. I didn't even have to press a test, I had to start it, but let's get into the installation. I started off by sectioning my hair into my hip up half down style, like I mentioned before, we're not leaving any hair out so part off the top section. With as much hair as you want on the top, so I just followed like where my ear begins to ear and parted off that section and on that lower portion. I went ahead and put that in a ponytail. Now I am natural. I just relax my edges. If anyone was wondering - but I am using this protectant from my local beauty - supply store, it's a glue, protectant and I'm just gon na apply that all over my hair cuz. This is what's gon na stop the glue from sticking to my hair and when you go to remove it all you do is wash it off and no glue. So definitely do some of this just go to the counter and ask for glue protectant, because this is what's gon na keep that glue from damaging your hair. You have your hair, completely saturated and protected. You want to regroup your ponytail so that it's nice and neat, but don't make it too tight, because it will end up pulling your hair once you've applied your glue protectant, you want to go ahead and blow-dry your hair after blow-drying you're gon na apply a wig Cap I use Brown, it doesn't really matter. The tracks are gon na cover it anyway, but what you see me doing is adding glue to the beginning of the cap so that it doesn't slip and slide and pull my hair. Now I'm just gon na go ahead and apply. My V show hair company weft to my wig cap and a hmm huh and au pattern. I don't know, I said we but yeah. Basically, I'm applying the track to my head, measuring it, cutting it gluing it and then I can finally adhere the track. So I'm just going from ear to ear and au pattern and I'm using my blow-dryer to you know, speed up the drying process and stick these tracks to my hair. Now you guys saw that I used blue protectant, so this is not going to get stuck in. My hair I'll be able to wash it right out when it comes to removal, so yeah. What you see me doing is measuring cutting gluing and apply the track in AU pattern over and over and over again until I reach the top of my head, so yeah, I'm still going with that. You shape, as you can see, the space is getting closer and closer to meeting the upper portion of my half up half down, so I just keep doing at U shape until I reach my part and I just close it off with a straight track. And yes, the track is gon na be exposed, but it doesn't matter because the top portion of my ponytail is going to cover it. Now. As far as the styling of the half a portion, I use black gel from my local beauty supply store to mold the top of my hair. As I mentioned, my edges are relaxed. The rest of my hair is natural, we're not leaving any hair out in this. So I'm just using the gel to mold my edges, I'm following up with edge control, and I also follow up again with got to be glue gel after this but yeah. I pretty much just make this a little forced baby hair some finger waves. If you will go ahead and force those edges and sweep, and so I get it, how I like it now, once I'm finished putting it in the ponytail, I was trying to find a way to conceal my hair, the best way without leaving any hair out, and I just ended up doing a bun and I am anchoring the track with a bobby pin to this little bitty bun and I'm just wrapping the track around it. So it's kind of like an infinity ponytail if you've ever seen that but on my bun and with bobby pins instead of glue. So basically, if you watch, you can see that I'm just Bobby pinning, as I twist this weft around my hair, making sure that everything is secure and concealed as I do it and when I reached the very end, I you know bobby, pin it of course, and I also take a section of the hair and I use that to cover my tracks to conceal the West so that you can't see where it ends or begins. So yeah. That'S how I do it like a 1 inch piece and wrap that around the entire ponytail. This is the finished look and what I ended up with it. Didn'T take me long to do this at all. Once you get the process down, you can knock it out in like 30 minutes so yeah getting into the hair. Like I said this is the Peruvian virgin hair from the show hair company, but it really gives me room vibes, because this is how I came straight out to pack light. I didn't have to press it out or anything like that. So if you're familiar with hair, are you a hair, oh gee? It reminds me of Milky Way. Let'S put it like that, it reminds me, but you know it did what it was supposed to do. It is bone straight. It'S very soft. I was able, when my finger straight to it, and I wore this style alone for two weeks straight to work, and I heard it really well, it stays straight for the most part. I did experience some shedding, but I will leave all the details in the description for you guys if you are interested as far as pricing is concerned, I will leave all those details in the description box as well, but yeah the hair did exactly what I needed To do, I was going for a bone straight sleek, look and that's exactly what I got with this hair from be sure hair company you guys will have to. TORRIE.: COMMON MISCONCEPTION: “Glue pulls your hair out” - NOT TRUE, YOU pulled your hair out sis. If removed properly you should have no issues. “Glue ruins the hair or weft” -NOT TRUE. When installed properly you can reuse or reinstall your hair. The best part is you can achieve this look with any hair attached to a weft (Ex: pack hair from the hair store if your money lookin funny) & wash the install out for reuse or reinstall!
