So there we go guys that was the haircut finished. I hope you've enjoyed it hi. Everyone welcome back to the channel thanks so much being here. If you want to hit subscribe button, give it a thumbs up, don't forget to comment down below and what you think about this video. Today'S video is going to be the bixi 2022 haircut. It'S gon na be probably one of the biggest haircut trends when it comes to spring or summer for, like the shorter haircuts uh, so it's a mashup between a bob and a pixie, hence bixi, so we're gon na get straight into it. On this mannequin, i will show you my sectioning patterns, but it's just a really simple sectioning pattern where we're looking at like the planes of the head and where the hair is going to fall and then all we're going to be using is over direction. Graduation, a little bit of layer but yeah. Today'S video is going to be the bixi 2022 haircut, let's get into it. So here's the sectioning pattern, guys we'll start from top of the head. So we've got that from the eyebrow eyebrow that v in there. That was the fringe parting to the high point of the head, just behind the ears that isolated these two sections here and then from there we took a a nice deep diamond section through the back, which is here so you got that top section sectioned out that Deep dot that sorry deep triangle there, which allowed us which is going to allow us to cut all this in here, that's this part here is all through here, cut short cut short with the straight blades, and then what we're going to work through here is with The evos and the soft cuts you can see there again. There is the sectioning pattern, so let's get into the haircut so you've seen the sectioning pattern, i'm going to get straight into it, and i've left all of this back section here. So we can keep a little bit of length in there, but go quite tight into here to create that sort of pixiness in here, but still keep that the raw sort of length baldness baldness baldness of the exterior. So what we're going to start is going to start center back we're just bringing this center section straight down, and this is going to be our guide to work through this back area. With for our length, we want to keep a little bit of length a little bit softness down the bottom, but where the head sort of where our head shape, we can go shorter in here, but keep this this length sort of extended slightly just by pulling out 90 degrees and cutting a vertical line, so our first section there that leaves a nice bit of length through there and again there. So because the way the head shapes it's it protrudes more here than it does here, we've got a square line, but it tucks right in tight there and we've got a bit of external length through there. So it's going to work through this back section and we're going to be using a moving guide, so we're going to bring that first cut over to this next section straight out from the head and fingers straight up to the ceiling and we're cutting that in that'll. Just sit nice and tight into that head there next section that first section we can forget about it, but we want to keep the section we just cut because that's going to be our guide for the next section and so on. Throughout this haircut, we've got the start of that big c shape, keeping that length there and it just tucks in tighter through there again next section, our previous section coming to meet this section. So i'll just clip this out of the way. So you can see where we're cutting tuck, that in there and again our previous section comes over to meet this section. I can see my guide through there pulling straight out from the head there. If we miss any bits, don't just cut them off, go back into your section, take them off next section. You just see my guide just in that bottom. I can also see it through this section of hair and there's the start of our bixi haircut. Jane guide. Coming over, you can see my guide down the bottom there just there. I can see my section through that hair there and there's that through there see all that beautiful shape again see my guide there straight out straight up to the ceiling. Now we're going to go on to this other side. Last section now our guide comes over to our last section 90 degrees from the head and our fingers facing the ceiling, as it has all the way through here, and it leaves us with that. Really nice tight pick-sit-off piece in the middle, just one bit of hair mist. There, then you've got this edge, which is more sort of bob length as such. Now i'm going to work onto the sides, and this way we want to keep quite a bit of length. So what i'm going to do? We'Ve done a moving guide through here. Now i'm going to do a stationary guide and i'm going to use that last section that we put in as our guide and all of this is going to travel back and be cut to there. What this will do is give us a bit more length around here that can be flicked off the face and create more of like a bob sort of look and then when we get to the top. That'S where we'll extend the shape out more so first section coming back to that guide. Now, second section come back. Second section is going to come back to that guide. Just cut this way see so you can see there. You can see my guide. There still 90 degrees fingers are still pointing to the ceiling, pushing that forward. We'Re coming right back to that section. Behind the ear you can see that's already, starting to get slightly longer, just checking for my guide and again guide and then again. We'Ve got that increased length around the face and this can be sort of pushed back pushed behind the ear. But that's where we've got that big c look and then same on the other side down straight back straight out, fingers straight up and then last one straight back that section behind the ear there you can see travels down there, so there's our in external sorry shape All ready to go so there. It is all just blow dried and then get my soft cut scissors and just go through and then just soften off the perimeter. So just pulling out i'm now going to move on to the evos. I'M going to start with this back section, i'm going to take a middle section, i'm just going to find that guide. It'S going to be short, it's just in there so pulling straight out, so you can see the guide. I just want this top section to be disconnected through there, and these scissors are going to give us a seamless blend, but you're gon na there's gon na be a disconnection between the both. So again, we forget about that piece. We just cut in because that's already done next section, we find our guide. So we put that in as our length and then all i'm doing is keeping coming so we're left with through there and then again we'll just find the guide cut from there and then again find the guide which is there scissors in, and this is all just Going to melt on top of it find the guide there forget about that bit. We'Re just moving around the head 90 degrees guide in last section straight out, guide there and i'm going to get this back section dried! There'S that back section you can see, got quite a bit of length there, but just all melted in now, i'm going to come on to these sides, i'm going to do exactly the same with these sides. That'S what we want to do and remember these were over directed back, so we want to do exactly the same, so i'm going to pull out 90 degrees, make sure i'm not picking up any hair from previous there there's the guide at my thumb there cut through. I just want to over direct back. I don't want to be picking up any hair. I just want to over direct back there's a tiny little guide there. I want to put that in through there and again we can bring all this back to just behind the ear in that's going to maintain the length through the front, but be putting all that texture back into there same on the other side. We'Re creating this sort of real lived in textured pixie cut now the fringe. So what i want to do i want to, i want to create it, so it's it's sort of longer towards the edges to blend in. So what i want to do is split that down the middle still using my evos. I want to bring the hair up and i want to see where i want it to fall. So if i get my fingers in there full there, let's do it just a little bit longer so there there so we're taking off just over probably an inch and a half i'm gon na go in and as i'm pulling away, i'm cutting and then to maintain The length around the perimeter i want to push this over into the middle. I want to come from that first cut and again push this over here from the first cut, so there's not much left, then what you'll see shorter there longer towards the perimeter and that just blends in nicely with that side. So we get that center piece again. We bring up that section; we bring it towards you, so you're pulling the hair towards you, you're. Finding that section that we put in scissors in and then cut in on the way out and then we're going to pull this right over again find that first section. We cut so not much left there. We go and you'll see that get that bit out of the way that goes shorter to longer to blend in with those sides. So you can see that all that shortness in there we've got those longer pieces. So i'm just going to grab our soft cut scissors, just let this down, and these are just for if we want to soften off any of these edges or maybe take off a little bit more length. But i don't think i'll just go in there. Just take off and just soften off those edges, so you've got a little bit more of like a melt, so there we go guys that was the haircut finished. I hope you've enjoyed it. Um yeah. Let me know comments down below if you bought anything to this. All three of the new alpha italia scissors used from the straight blade to the evo to the soft cuts all to create this seas, or this year's 20 22 years haircut for short, shorter haircut. So, rather than be a pixie or bob we're going for a bixi for 2022., so if you've enjoyed it, let me know in the comments down below as always hit the subscribe button thumbs up and i'll see you on the next video

Daisy Rosario: Extremely gorgeous look!

Kodi: Amazing tutorials! I really love the way you explain things. Could you perhaps do a mod haircut, something like Liam Gallagher / Peter Doherty / Paul Weller that kind of wibe?

Victoria Irene Matthews: Just watched free salon educations video where he did a similar technique. He used the same idea of cutting parallel to the wall at the nape for extra length and then some more over direction in the sides. Both you and Matt very cool to watch how the small technical differences change a look

Lorene Hughes: Beautiful work!!!

ST MARK: LOL at 1:33 I like how you INVENT your own words like "placege" and "bobness"

Rusty Hole Emporium: I’ve never been a fan of short hair on women, but the right style with the right face shape looks nice. I do like this cut.

Suzanne Watts: Looks lovely Paul, I have to agree with St Mark, I love the word bobness xx

Sandy Lee: I love the Bixie cut and think it will be all that. Thanks for what you do.

Pearl Chiappine: All haircut's are not new just updated that's it.

beautiful & healthy: Yes

Really: Come On, this is hideous, you’re so much better than this!!
