I will be cutting all five of my kids hair. Their hair ranges from long and curly to short, and straight and everywhere else in between this is gon na be kind of interesting a long day. But let's get started it's time to choose our first victim and i'm gon na choose micah you ready to get a haircut yeah. Are you tired of having your hair in your face? Are you ready to get that out? Even in my eyeballs yeah, it's in your eyeballs all right. We'Re gon na put your tape on okay. Okay, tell me where it feels nice look down a little bit like down, put that like them button for micah all right, you're already looking handsome, but i think after this you're gon na look real handsome okay. So when micah was little, he had a full head of curls and it was just so gorgeous. We never wanted to cut it, but it came to a point where it was just way too long and we did his first haircut and i mean the curls kind of were lost after that, should we cut all this off and a little bit off the top. So you can see no cut a top off what just the top we're going to buzz just the top and leave the sides yeah. Oh that's a good idea that looks pretty good. I, like your stuff, yeah, okay, makes sense all right. So what's the game plan? Okay, so can you see what i have later? We have all your. This is usually what i have for when i get started with all the kids, so a lot of stuff, just in case i need, as i'm working so there's no like running looking for things. So it's not the one number one um, that's too short we're not going with number one on you micah. You don't want to take too much off hey, let mommy be the boss here. Okay, the idea that i want to do is take a lot off the side, but still keep it sort of long short around the ears and then the top of his head keep it a little longer so that he does still have that fullness and curls. I'M gon na spray, his hair get a little wet, it's easier to style, pull back and split. First of all, you guys this thing's amazing. I don't know if you've ever seen this right, look, how much it you pull the trigger and then you leave it and it just keeps spraying yeah. I am not a professional in any way. I have not gone to school. For this. I just cut their hair and i love to try new things and just go for it, and i found that i really like it. So that's why i cut the kids hair you're, very handsome. You would tell me that every day i know trying out a new brush for like get tangles out and it works pretty. Well i like it me too, you like it. It looks pretty intimidating yeah, but it really it takes out tingles a lot better than i thought it was savannah was brushing her hair yesterday. With that thing, and all i heard her in the bathroom said, this thing's amazing bring it up and get it out of. My way because i cut the sides first, you know micah's long, hair kind of reminds me of this celebrity actor kid since we're on celebrities, uh, savannah people always comment and say you look like this one person. Yes, yes, and then you know, i always get um comments from people saying that i look like this one guy named like brad pitt. I don't know who he is, but you know who's saying that this is called the um. What are they called the? Who? Who will i'm gon na get his hair ready for cutting cutting? I'M not sure if i'm going to use the clippers on micah's hair or knees ready? Oh, i hear some cutting. You know what oh there's a lot of cutting going on. There'S a start: micah. Okay. I will throw him usually when i go over it the first time he has so much hair and it's like in my way so a rough cut. It'S usually what i do and then the second time i go around more of like the styling and detail. This is not gon na hurt you it's just the end, the butt of the scissors, but do you love your mom micah thanks how much a um that's good! Thank you. Dad thanks micah. I think i'm going to go around the bottom just a little bit. I can't get the scissors too close to his neck to four before yeah a lot of times how i cut hair, i just kind of cut and, as i look at it like hmm, i think it needs a little bit of this. A little bit of that, and so it kind of changes as i cut so there's not going to be much cutting up here. Let'S get the rubber band off there. You go wait. No a wobble band! There was gon na get this loop. There was a rubber band on your hair. You shouldn't cut it. You know what i could have cut it. We'Re gon na do a couple sections: let's split it off to the side: okay, oh, my goodness. How much are we going to start with good job? Micah? That'S pretty short, you're, a professional okay. So can we wait? No, it actually is not going to take much longer. So i'm gon na take a little bit of the last cut and, as i go up, there's see right there a little bit of that cut right. There so it's longer in the front just keep going kind of shorter as i go, and yes, i'm making this up as i go seriously. Cutting is just so much fun there we go. The girls are gon na, come looking for you dude his hair went so high. I know, oh, my god, wow oh wow, am i done so much hair. I like to use the thinning shears we're just gon na style. It like this wow micah um. Let it dry wow, let's take this off, let's see what you really look like. What do you think handsome? That'S how much hair this is wow, that's an animal. We thought it would be fun to put all their hair in a bag and, at the end of the day after we're cutting all the hair, see which child lost the most hair ready there all right, then it goes on. I don't know what's going on right here: it just sticks straight out. I can't get it to fall flat and then this right here is always just in his face. Whoa yeah. Look at that! Look on the back here. It'S like super long. This is all going. It'S fine! It'S just going up your hair. Like this see, that's what it looks like. Okay, don't move your head! Did you too yeah? Okay, don't move? Look at that wave that way it's not falling! Look at those little clamps! Okay! Here we go a little shorter with this guy. Oh don't move looks like he's trying to beat micah okay, we're going to grab this piece. We'Re gon na go up! Look at that style right there. You look so handsome dude. What do you think you don't go see it in the mirror? Bouncy in the back, you wan na go look in the mirror, wow! Look at you you're! So handsome you like it a truck! Oh wow monster trucks hi it's going really high, so the little ones don't like getting haircuts as much so we kind of try to get some reinforcements out here to shut up. He would rather just have like a t-shirt on over him and then i'll just pin it down okay, and then he could put his hands through the holes. You good ready a haircut how much his height monster trucks had going high. Okay, i think we kind of got him a show. That was a little too exciting. Do you like monster trucks? Yes, let me see whoa. What is that nelly? Then yeah cut your hair with this. Yes, okay, so he did very good. I think it turned out good job. Did it go really high good job noah say get off get off, let's go look in the mirror. Okay, let's get all this off of you hold on stand up, let's go in the mirror. Here we go. Do you like it? The girls are next and since it's kind of like half time right now, do you guys think next week i should shave this off and surprise the younger boys and see if they even recognize me. I think that'd be kind of a fun video. But let me know what you think: i think you should shave it for sophia's hair. Her hair um looks so good when i do just a straight cut and then put a couple layers in the front to kind of shape her face a little bit. We are gon na gather all of her hair to the back and we're gon na do a straight cut. So i'm going to pull this down. I bring the scissors in and just kind of cut as i go down this next piece of hair and go start a little further down, because i started higher up right there. So i'm going to take it and just going to chop it as i go right there see easy as that other side, you see how these layers right here line up and they just kind of go down from there. We'Re not messing with that very front piece and again, i'm going to start a little bit lower right where the shortest one is there start going going in cut chop chop chop slide chop chop slide. It'S got like a little bit like a dance or something. I know so that is it wow four inches off the bottom of her hair and then layered the front, and when this dries it's going to look. Let me see yeah that looks really good. Yeah go see it the length. You love it. Yes, it's good, isn't it! I love that and you see the layers yeah, you love it yeah, that's good! I wanted to stay like this forever. Jairus hair is very long and curly. Are you ready for this? Yes, i'm going to do the same. Take off a little length and then i'm going to put full on layers all over in her hair makes it ready for that yeah we're so excited. She'S gon na go wash it because it's intense washing that hair she's gon na go wash it. Do you want a haircut jara? I do really bad. That goes so far. Looks really good ready, yeah! Oh my word. Oh my gyra, how much hair? How long is that hold on get that measuring tape? It'S like eight and a half inches right there wow here. Let'S bring it to the front, tell me what it feels like. Oh my word wait. You can't is that how much you wanted off your hair? I did yes very much. Dude daddy's freaking out just trying to hold it together. It doesn't look that short at all. Don'T cry, don't cry he's crying and inside i'm gon na take sections and i'm gon na layer it just like. I did sophia's, but i'm gon na go all the way to the back of her hair. So she's gon na have a lot more layers and i'm just gon na bring it out. I'M just gon na, like cut in more hair this one, the rat tail, the last one. Okay, so that side is done. Do the exact same thing on the other side? How does that feel? Oh, it feels so good. Okay, that's about it, for you take a look at it. Oh my words shut this crazy. It looks good guys. Micah is the clear winner. Look at that. That thing weighs like a whole pound yeah. You guys did good too. Was that fun all right, you guys. Well, that was a big haircut video. Stop before you hit the tips of her hair, so that you are not cutting into the perimeter (the length) of her hair. Lol or it won’t be straight at the bottom anymore (: hope that makes sense lol !
