M V S Karthik: I really feed sad about this short movie and don't know why people are finding it hilarious! The movie shows how an ordinary common man can't fit in this dominating world. Yes it is the reality. And I believe most of us must have faced it in some point of our lives.

Ri Mee: The emotion of this man only a middle class like me can relate. Others could just sympathies.

biswaprasun chatterji: Glad someone made a movie out of this experience we faced so many times...not all the time high price gives you satisfactory results

anjali anju: His innocence can relate to me when I had my first haircut in parlour. And his genuine answer "lifebuoy" Loved this movie ❤️

Mayank Harlalka: "Laut ke Pappu ghar ko aaye" It shows return towards originality after trying something larger than one's life. Happens with everyone at some point of time. Beautifully shown!

02 Swapnil Bankar SYBMS: It reminded me my first time visit to a 5 star restaurant. After the food, they gave us lemon bowl & I thought it's lemon juice but fortunately my friend put his hand in it and I realised why it is so!

sanket Rajawat: Each and every second of this movie is a gem , the way he smiles at the man going with pedicure and gets nothing in return , the first sip of his ice tea , when he says , lifebuoy soap yes , he getting uncomfortable when the person himself says hello to him !! Priceless

Priyanshi Nautiyal: Holy shit this is one the best short film I've ever watched. Totally in love with the director/writer ❤️

DHIRAJ THAKUR: It would have been a perfect ending if that street salon would have charged 50 ₹ for haircut..

Sampada Kurundkar: This is called short film! Small story but big meaning! Nice acting! I loved the background song.it suited perfectly! 10/10 fr this movie☺☺

Princemita Ray: I'm running out of words... I was searching for something like this on YouTube and I'm glad that I watched this film. ♥

Tabish Ansari: This reminds me of a time when I was 14 and went to buy the Domino's Pizza for the first time. For a lower middle class family specially in late 90s and early 00s, pizza is considered as a rich people's food. So I was very excited for having a taste of it. When I saw the menu, the only thing I could afford is the one with the lowest price which is just a bread with some oragano sprinkled on it without any toppings(yes, not even onion or capsicum or even cheese). I ended up ordering that. On the top of that, the Dominos' guy lured me into buying extra half litre Pepsi. That total cost us around 175/- which was a big deal for us. My mom got furious when I brought that peice of bread at home. Our family of 4 literally ate just a slice of that useless pizza. Uske baad humne kasam khaayi ke kabhi Dominos ka pizza nhi khaayenge..

Maryam Liaquat: This movie is gem.. His expressions r just amazing..

Ana Fabiana: Thank-you for making me laugh, after scrolling through meaningless, short films, I saw this one... Excellent piece of work, not only the content, but the protagonist's acting.... Hats off!!

Untamed Artist: Giving 950/- Rs is not the concern, but even after getting the haircut it looks the same which is annoying.

Clinton Benjamin: This happens with fancy restaurants too. All hype and no substance. Brilliant film. Really love the quality content humaramovie puts out. Relatable AF. Keep up the good work, guys.

Kalpana jayara: Wonderful and heart touching film written by writer ...based on real life of a middle class man , generally faces such incidents in day to day life

Amol Raval: Ive done countless high profile projects and have had clients related to film making, production and more. This is by far one of the best short films I have seen being made in India. Perfect combination of humor, good cinematography and amazing background score! But true to it's word should be taken as a joke, it also somehow uplifts a hidden fact in the Beauty and Grooming sector in India. All these 'Salons & Spas' in the country claim to have professionals but none of them are. The haircuts given are not always the best, even from the outlet of Toni & Guy. When I travelled to Australia and the Eruopean continent, most salon and expert barbers were shocked to know Indian Salons use 'Volume Scissors' to it's max effect and have most of the guys look the same with front driven sides and sort of spiked fronts. Its a rip off here!! No pun to the short film. Its simply OUTSTANDING !

Real Bro.: Honestly, his expression make me laugh throughout the video

F. A: This film is a very important lesson in life. To appreciate the things we have and not to think the grass is always greener on the other side. I have experienced this many times. Bought expensive things just to look classy only to not like them or use them after. But the humble things i got would last me and serve me forever. Another example is, during my college years i would go to expensive cafes but nothing would match the humble chai wala's tea at the bus depot. It was really a lesson in life. Although something in us will forever love gaining more and more

Kusum Fulluke: The moral of the story: It is better to go small shop than to go hi-fi butyparlour ....

Madhuri S: This short film gives a big message; 1) don't get attracted to the fancy things or something that is shining from outside..all tht shines is not gold. There is no harm in being little desi or old school. 2) everyone has a different kind of life & financial status, upbringing etc, don't try to copy lifestyle of others. Live in REALITY. REALITY is if a rich person is spending 1000/-rs a day it's nothing for him..but for a poor person it's a big thing..he cud have used tht 1000rs in so many other ways to make him happy. He was not even getting respect at this salon. He ended up being frustrated. That's the reality.

srila sam: Lifebuoy - ultimate!!! He fits into character so well

Vaishnavi Mishra: Hindi should be respected more than English in India

Arun Kumar: I have spent thousands on my haircut and shaving...literally wasting my money in these expensive saloons...But now i spend just 120 on haircut and trimming...its pretty cool..

Parul Parashar: The acting of the groom!!!! Hands down!

Rangika Siriwardana: I use lifeboy too. Sometimes even use soaps made for cloths as well. I have a good thick hair

Subhendu Mahapatra: I completely relate to this. It has happened to me ...ever since I have stopped going to these fashionista salons

zoya: It gives us a great lesson. It is related with a middle class family who lives there life in brattely condition and also a Value of money we should take lesson from it. A great movie. Love it

Ankit Khandelwal: That was the very emotional moment when Barber asked about hair cut in the end

Shane Mad1: My wife keeps telling me to go to a hair stylist and my reply is " Are they going to cut my hair with a golden scissors ? " Pretty happy with my local Barber . Dude does an awesome job at half the price .

J P: The short films are so much more interesting than longer films

Upasana Rai: Only middle class people can relate heart breaking

Digital Oasis: Excellent Movie!!! Thank you! Expresses the rip-off nature of these salons perfectly. Just a few years ago, any soap to wash one's hair will do. Indians are noted for their beautiful hair worldwide. But now, to adopt a bourgeois lifestyle, one HAS TO shampoo and condition??????? So these salons can sell you their overpriced, ineffective imported chemical-based products...RIPPING ONE OFF FURTHER! Most curious how the rest of the world is adopting traditional, ancient natural remedies of India and India is comfortable with embracing what the West no longer wants to use? Having a haircut is NOT AN INVESTMENT to be throwing away your money at... Simply find an excellent home-based hairstylist who does the job.

Manjori Dey: This movie is an example why We Love Sumeet Vyas so much.

Ashish Arya: It happened with me in in 2009 , I went to Bridge road in Bangalore to get Hair cut, First I asked the charges they replied Rs. 450/- then after haircut they asked me Rs. 695/- I asked them why, they replied for hair wash and taxes...

Ankur Misra: Gosh, feels like exactly my story. a day before my wedding i went to this nice salon close to my wife's place. Conversations were exactly the same. The guy shampooed my hair, talked in sweet manner and in the name of haircut, hardly used his pair of scissors. I left after 45 minutes wondering if I got a haircut at all. It wasn't 950 rs though, only 120 rs. I walked out, entered a small salon nearby and got a great haircut+shave+scrub in 250 rs. :-D .

Tushar Gavhane: That watchmen reaction at the end - कटवा लिया

Pavan Kumar: 10/10 for the song.. 9/10 for the concept 10/10 for the acting

Seena rashid: That last haircut made me BLAST

BMW E46 ///M: Reminds me of a time when my wife and I ended up in a very fancy restaurant in the US and paid $240 for a sorry piece of steak and some very expensive water. HAHA, never again.

Saba khan: omg very funny

SHIVRAJ KUMAR wkXSCEqUfG: english needs to be a medium to express ur thoughts and it is one of the many mediums just like a programming lang

Asifa Sultana: He told I tea and they bought ice tea

surbhi sharma: A simple guy also has right to do whatever new he wants to. . .... Yah they looted him but there is no way to make fun of him ... Nobody should make fun of a guy who is trying to do something new. We all try new nd fail sometimes. ..... But making fun of such a nice guy is really ...... Bad nd small minded things ..... Hate the topic ..... Of this video nd that song "kauaa chala Hans .... ". ...... So ....... Stupid. .... Nd bad. ...... .

Desi Tech Factory📱(Me 4 Tech): 8:27 *MORAL OF THE STORY* ❤

nicechirag: Classic And One of few best short comedy...

Tapomita Mallick: People feel sad for this short film character but I don't.It emphasizes versatility which is quite uncommon and he should have gone to a barber for cheaper service if he feels it is too heavy on his pocket. It's the reality we face everyday some of us get used to it quick but others take time to get used to it.Yes the real word is dominating and you need to struggle to survive and adjust to things. But yeah I have the vibe that its somewhat lame, hilarious.Anyways a mixed bag.And I hate it when he stares at that girl who enters the room where his hair is washed and the way he looks at her, it is for nothing that girls hate creeps and creepy men.And not to forget his behavior is so disgusting he shouts at the ladies at the reception saying what sort of a haircut is this, giving lectures about how hard it is to earn money.Seriously disgusting.I would charge him double next time he does or maybe charge him more right now and not let him in next time onwards, the worst thing he spoils the environment of the salon and makes fun of himself in front of everyone!

Preity Pallavita Padhi: Very true

Natalie Walker: OMG, EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- i got Free Gift Cards from SEXGIRLS.UNO
