Butterfly Comb Hairstyles - Long Hair Updos

[, music ], Hey guys Today, I'm going to show you how to use a butterfly clip/comb. And I'm going to show you how to do four hair styles. Using this little thing, The hair toy has two hair combs on the sides and stretchy elastic with beads. In the middle., The combs are slightly rounded.. You'Ll want to place a comb in your hair with the rounded side on the outside, and the other side is on your scalp.. Then you'll flip over the stretchy beaded part over your hair style.. Lastly, you'll place the other comb in your hair again, with the rounded side on the outside. You'll want to lock both combs together sliding them into each other, so they cannot slip out of your hair.. Now that you know what these clips are all about. It'S time to get started with the hair styles, The first style is this ponytail. Make a ponytail with your hands and hold it with your left. Hand. Place the right comb into your hair.. Remember the rounded side goes on the outside Switch hands so that you're now holding your ponytail with your right hand.. It'S easiest! If your fingers go in between the elastics. Pull the stretchy beaded part over your ponytail flip the left comb, so that the rounded side is on the outside and slide it in your hair.. Now, pull the bottom elastic part and pull your ponytail through. Push the combs together and make sure they lock.. So now you have a ponytail that looks a lot more exciting than with your average hair elastic. Next we have a figure. Eight style. Grab your hair and start twisting it to the left. Now roll it around the base to the right. Make sure with every coil you go underneath the previous one, like you would, when making a bee butt bun., Don't make it too tight, as that could Get painful later. Keep going until you run out of hair and tuck your ends under the bun.. Now peel your bun up against your scalp and twist it to the right.. Do you see the figure eight Place, the right comb into your hair.? Pull the stretchy beaded part over your figure. Eight flip the left comb so that the rounded side is on the outside and slide it in your hair., Push the combs together and make sure they lock. Adjust your hair and the stretchy parts of the clip until it looks the way you want it to. I really like the way this hair style looks. Don'T you, The third hair style, is a braided one. So begin by braiding your hair into a regular, loose low, braid. Fold, your braid upward against your scalp and hold it with your right hand.. If you have more hair, like me, fold your braid again, but downward this time. Make sure this part goes next to the part you're holding with your right. Hand. Go underneath and around the base and go back. Upward. Keep doing this until you run out of hair and then tuck the ends under the braid. Place. The right comb into your hair. Pull the stretchy beaded part over your braid flip, the left comb, so that the rounded side is on the outside and slide it in your hair., Push the combs together and make sure they lock.. This braided style is actually my go to hair style when I'm sunbathing, because it is flat enough so that you can still wear a sun hat.. The last hair style is one where you wear. Your hair. Down. Gather some hair from both sides of your head and bring them together in the middle, forming a ponytail. Hold it with your left hand and place the right comb into your hair. Switch hands so that you're now holding your ponytail with your right hand.. It'S easiest! If your fingers go in between the elastics.
