Hi, I'm Shannon - and this is Monica in this segment - we're going to show you how to do a low messy side swept fun. I am Shannon this is Monica. Her makeup today was done by Haley's Carrie. The first day I'm going to show you today is going to be a little side that is messy curly bun. It'S been very popular right now. I don't see a lot of it. In Hollywood, I've already pre prepped her hair and curled, most of it with a curling iron. I saved a section over here just to show you how to comb your own hair. You can also use hot rollers if you're not great with the curling iron, but I do prefer the look of a curling iron curl over. So we want to take chunky one to two inch sections. I always keep a clip handy to section the hair off. I'M gon na spray straight it with a little bit of hairspray prior to curly, make sure you smooth it out, clamp it about mid-shaft roll it and, let's roll it, I'm just going to tuck those ends. It'S like barrel hold it for just a few seconds. Our girls are going to be very formed and together, and you want to let them sit that way before you start messing with your style, will look a little bit different, but when you're releasing your girl, sometimes you'll just clip the spring lever. It'Ll keep from straightening, your parole is so ideally like. I said you want to let your curls set a little bit. Okay, so for this style, we're gon na, keep it very low and soft and loose nothing tight. This is a very freestyle kind of do. I do recommend for this that you have some small elastic here ties I like it dear ones, because then you don't worry so much about covering them up, go ahead and just finger comb see coming out while you're doing this look in the mirror. You want to go to work with the part a little bit here. I'Ve got here a part of the way that I want the crown a soft-bristle hairbrush, and I want to grab everything that will make us a net and off to the side. You can go to either side that you want, but if you do have a deeper side part, I recommend going to the opposite side of your car so that it balances the hairstyle otherwise heavy. I have set this up too. It'S going to be kind of messy or looser, so you don't need to worry about making every little hair strand perfect. Okay, so I'm gathering it right below her here, they're twisting it slightly before actually put the ponytail and that's just because it gives it a prettier. Look we're gon na need to be super tight in essence, all right now. This is where you want to have your bobby pins right, you're, just literally going to grab sections of hair and insert a bobby pin you're just a little cat. This girl mama, give me the touch. What'S gon na look good one thing that might help you a little bit to break your sections up. If you do more sections, you're a little bit, fuller and rather than unless you have really long being, rather than wrapping it. Yes, I also think you're going to walk them in and look honest now that you've got the basic shape and kind of just use your finger just to go ahead. So there's my back of it and then I'm going to spin you around so that you can see the other side. I'M gon na give you a few pointers as to how to keep the site. Looking neat they'll just grab in here now she has some shorter bangs that have kind of curled into the style and it's okay leave those ends just get and if you feel like you have too much heating down here, simply grab it twisted hit Inder and then Use just a few at all and do the 360 check of your up to get one final spray.

Beckiie Louise: This is a cool and pretty look. :) thank you for posting it :D Beckiie x

AivlisS7: what is she using to put the hair section up? I tried with regulare hair pin but doesnt work well.

Margaret Bell: The model looks like a pain in the rear. The stylist is very good.

Jessica Hou: she uses so much hairspray!

amyndaful: She needed over 6 minutes to make a ponytail...

abselby: I think she's mad because 1: she's TAKING FOREVER just to "finger comb" 2 in the retro bob video her hair looked REALLY dumb, and she probably did this one second

Sinead Fay: god the model isn't the nicest person is she? the bun was lovely!

koolchicken1: The stylist and model look very similar, I'm guessing sisters. That would probably explain the expressions and eye rolling.

koolchicken: I feel like the faces the model was making were really distracting from the video. If your sister can't be a good sport, pick someone else to be in the video!

menthethin: the model doesn't look too happy :P

MusicFreak: the model looks like kirsten dunst from 6:46

Amy Green: the modesl looks like she really doesnt want to be there

MizBratzDoll: who cares if the model looks happy or not?? are people here for the hairstyle or the model, i didn't even notice the model until i read the comments

MUAKAJ: Easy people. You have no idea what is going through the mind of the model. She may not have felt well but wanted to be of help to someone. She may have had a 'spat' with a friend, spouse, or another family member. She may be terrified of being in front of a camera. In any of this NO ONE ever LOOKS or RESPONDS the same. We're all very different individuals and respond differently. Yes you may be correct in your comment. I know I'm not a very happy person when I'm in pain or not feeling well.

Holly Marie: the model was so crabby! my goodness.

iluvpenguins007: i know right? she looks pissed off

mineman9: The modle is a stuck up snob , she's imature , the stylist wasn;t doing anything wrong for the modle to act that way .....
