Hey guys welcome to my channel, my name is Chloe and if you're new welcome today, I'm gon na show you how to do this. Updo. It'S um a lot of bobby pins, a lot of stray hairs, but when you have a really short bob or pixie, and sometimes you want to put it up, you you got to roll with it and you got ta hide stuff and little bobby pins. Gon na fly out here there, here's a good tip, though, if your bobby pins that are showing - and you can't hide them at all, literally put like a pin or a flower in your hair, I got a lot of requests for wanting to know how I did This updo hairstyle a lot of people want to wear it to weddings or formal events, so I'm sure you guys kind of do have to, and this updo was inspired by the beautiful Emma Ellis. She wore it to an award show, and I loved it so much that I had to recreate it for myself, let's hop into the tutorial and I'll show you how it's done all right here we go, this hair was slept off. I didn't do anything. I kind of just like ran my fingers doing this morning. I haven't touched it. This style has a lot of dry texture spray in it and have some a th and the roots which helps give that lift. What I'm gon na do first is. I am going to section the top of my hair up and we're just gon na forget about it for a little while this that's the tricky part. So I'm going to start my twisting just a little bit and I'm going to pin that down. I'M gon na take a bobby, pin and push this up into that twist, so it holds really tight. That'S gon na be my base next section, I'm gon na pin this down, but this time since I have a couple of different hair colors, the bottom is Brown. So I'm gon na take a brown bobby pin and I'm going to push that up into that now, these crazy sections I'm going to take some hairspray spray, it it looks crazy. I know it takes a lot of bobby pins to make this happen. I'M gon na take a walk in here. I'M gon na secure it right there and then push it in. Take it and pin it in then we're gon na spray, the heck out of it to hope it stays. You know what I mean: okay, that's the bottom. Now we're gon na section this next part and put it up this hair bed head. So I usually just I mean it's very short, so I just take a little water and comb my fingers through it. We take another bobby pin, I'm gon na pin this side and right there. This is the messy part you're just gon na try to keep this messy. I'M gon na take a blonde Barbie pin, pin this see how I'm just taking the end and then I'm gon na just hide that right in there okay see. I know this hair, I'm gon na keep a little piece down to frame my face. That'S good! This side of my hair is shorter than the side in this part. Just gon na take a comb and I don't want to brush through it, but I just want to add a little bit of teaser like I said, I have a lot of products, so it'll hopefully stay okay. This is where you take your hair and you're. Literally. Just gon na lightly pin it at the top, so I usually start in the middle find a section that kind of just wants to sit there and I'm gon na put my bobby pin all the way through it. Just so, I know like what hair needs to be hit in, and I'm literally just gon na place it right in there and then tug it up this side same thing, I'm gon na just hide it in that hair right there we'll deal with the pokey ups Later this little doodad, it's gon na, pin it and push it in the side. Like I said, I'm gon na take that literally just gon na try to hide it underneath that hair right there, this hair back here. I have like a big chunk of hair right here, so I'm gon na try to take those ends that were in the back and try to hide them with this big bulk join us right up there. Then this hair just kind of lay it where it wants to go. So it's kind of symmetrical to the other side, and this I'm going to just take that in put that ball, you pin in there and then just literally hide it see, there's wanting to split. Okay, so I'm going to take the top part out right here, not working so well for me and add some tees, a pair of calls out. Don'T worry just keep on playing with it. Sometimes you have to pin and pin and pin until it actually stays where you find a home for where it wants to go. Okay, and if you want and stuff bigger, just pull it out and there we go okay. This is the final look. I hope you guys enjoyed it. Thank you guys so much for watching and if you did please give this video thumbs up and make sure you're subscribed to my channel and if you want my Instagram it's right here, but yeah. Try it at home. Send me a picture DM me on Instagram show me what you've done. I would love to see you recreate this look. Thank you guys. So much for watching I'll see you guys later bye.

tia k: Great tutorial! I was curious tho how often you wash your hair? Do you find yourself washing more or less often with shorter hair as opposed to when your hair was down your back?

Mary Ellen Maria Elena Rides: Looks good Chloe mama....lots of bobby pins, twisting and good ol'e hairspray. You are correct in that 1 to 2 day old hair w/no wash is best because of the product working into the hair strands for a couple of days, that it provides the volume and lift. I tried on freshly washed hair and I have to tease the heck out of it....not good. 1 to 2 day hair, less teasing and less product. I like how you left the strands framing your face....nice!

Revamp GSY: you have THE haircut for 2018 ..i went straight to work and had mine done(salon) its fab..oh sorry yes the vid ahh...to many pins but i see the need ha

corina andrade: Thank you .you have good ideas

Nathalie Landry: Love your undercut. I actually got one done after I subscribed to your channel. I love your cut. However, my undercut looks bulky when it grows and your still looks pretty flat....Hopefully you understand what I mean....how do you get it to look flat?

steno class: Love love very nice

Mimi Mira: I love you Chloé from algeria❤❤

Adi Akbar: PIXIE CUT PLEASE!!!
