Hi I'm T Cooper, I'm a New York City, makeup, artist, hairstylist and co-founder of beauty and grooming company Metro. Look today we're gon na talk about wedding hairstyles with criss cross, so we're gon na start off by sectioning off some hair, I'm gon na spray. It I'm gon na go in with my comb and I am going to tease honey trying to get some height in the front. Now I'm gon na go one more section up. I like to tease from back to front, but some people like to tease from front to back whatever is easier for you. I just like to do it that way personally, because I like to work from back to front, but whatever works for you bow so now you're going to smooth the hair over the teeth, so you don't see any of the teasing. Otherwise, it's gon na look like knotty hair and that's not gon na be hot. This is your wedding. You wan na look good so now after the hair is covering the t's, I'm just gon na spray it so that it stays put use my fingers if anything's straggling. So now. This is when the criss-crossing begins. So I'm gon na take a section of hair from this side, how big or how small of a section of hair you want to take totally up to you, I'm gon na take. This looks to me, like maybe a one in a half-inch section and I'm gon na bring it on over and then I'm going to pin it in place. I'M gon na take this section of hair. Do the exact same thing and then we're pinning upward into it. This is a style that requires minimal effort, but looks like you did a ton of work and you really did it. My brides are always really really impressed when I do this when they see the back, but as you can see, it's not really that hard and what I'm gon na do is I'm gon na take the remainder of the hair and I'm just gon na twist. It all the way down. This is one of my favorite things to do. I'M not doing a rope braid exactly but it's rope, braid looking and I'm just gon na tug and pull that it and now I'm just gon na wrap it around itself and put it off to the side, because I love updos off to the side. Because then, you don't have to necessarily be looking in the back for you to see the action that's going on in the back, which is always pretty cool and your wedding pictures your honor is gon na be facing in the back and this style. I did it very very loosely because I like the way that loose Styles look, but if you wanted it to have a more polished feel to it, you could pin it much much tighter crisscross every row of pins and do a traditional rope braid. But I think this looks awesome, I'm gon na spray it and you can tug at it see if there's anything you want to change, I think it looks fabulous. This is what it looks like in the back and there she goes she's ready to get married and looks fabulous, I'm tee Cooper, and I just showed you how to do a wedding hairstyle with criss-cross, thanks for watching

el Faust: Beautiful work; however, no pins in the mouth!!! Totally bad form.
