Half Up Half Down Hair Style | Kim K Inspired

Hi guys welcome back to cheetah beauty's channel. My name is susie and i'm back with another hairstyle today on my model, harmony, i'm going to do the kim k inspired, half up half down hair look! It is one of 2020's. I think most trendy hairstyles going all over instagram and social media, so let's get right into it. I'Ll show you how i do it, okay, guys so to start off this look. The most important thing is to get the hair blow dried, beautifully and smoothly, and in order to do this, i'm going to use one of my most favorite products from cheetah beauty. It is the c3 leave-in conditioner and you want to saturate all of the hair. Using this from roots to ends to give it that no frizz blow-dry, this smells so good. I know it's very coconutty like you're in the caribbean and it almost feels as light as water. It'S very liquidy and it's not a heavy leave-in conditioner. So if you guys are afraid of using too much leave-in conditioner, you are not going to have that problem with this product i'm going to brush through it all the way down, make sure all of the hair is saturated in this product. Before we start her blow dry, she already has beautiful long hair. So we're not going to put in any extensions for this. Look i'm going to go right into the blow dry section it on the bottom, about two inches, i'm going to clip this away and give it a smooth blow dry. So now that i have the hair all blow dried and straight i'm going to make it more smooth and shiny and glossy by going over it with a flat iron and using the gloss and go shine, mist to give it that glass hair. Look! So what i'm gon na do is my iron is on and it's ready we're gon na just flat iron. It section by section i'm gon na start here from the side and then move on to the back, as you guys can tell i'm not ironing the roots, because i still want her hair to look nice and fluffy with some volume in it. Now, as we get to the front section, i'm going to make sure i go a little bit higher with the flat iron because we are going to leave the bangs out and i want the front pieces to look super smooth. So now that the hair is nice and straight i'm going to put some gloss and go shine spray on my paddle brush. This is from cheetah beauty, and this is just going to give us that glass, hair look and in order to not get too much product on her hair. I am spraying it on the paddle brush and just going to brush it through, and i want you guys to see the instant shine her hair is getting right now. You guys see that so pretty i'm going to part her hair down the middle and we're going to take out the bangs where we're gon na style her and we're gon na leave those pieces out. So this look doesn't require thick bangs. We'Re gon na leave out. Two little sections in the front just like that. Now we're gon na create the half a ponytail. I'M going to take my rat tail comb and section it from behind her ear, going all the way across to the top of her head, and this is where we're going to tie her hair. So i'm just going to take a straight section just like that. A clean part and then continuing that to the other side of the back of her ear and i'm going to grab all of that hair. I'M going to brush it out real quick with my paddle brush and in order to give a clean ponytail. I'M going to start off with the soft control hairspray and just spraying it at the roots and i'm gon na do section by section and start brushing it out. So it looks very clean and, as you guys know, the soft control hairspray is very easy to brush through. So this is the only hairspray you want to use before you're gon na lock. In the look. Let'S check this side make sure it's nice and clean. I love creating this look because it gives a really nice pull back almost like you've, snatched your face type of look, and i think all the girls like that. What you want to do is grab an elastic band and i've already put two bobby pins on each end. As you can see, i'm going to tuck the first bobby, pin right there in the middle of the ponytail scoot the hair to the side. So you can give it a nice wrap around and start by wrapping it a couple of times around the ponytail. Just like that and then tuck. The second bobby pin right there in the middle again going backwards. So now that we've tied the ponytail, you want to hide this elastic band by wrapping it around with her own hair. So i'm going to take a tiny little, almost half inch section of her hair. Take your hard, lock hairspray, because this is what's going to make it look nice and sleek and shiny and go close on the hair and spray it all the way to the ends brush through it and you're almost gon na, like flatten it with your fingers. Once it's nice and flat, you are ready to wrap it around the ponytail. Just like that, and as long as you don't see the elastic band anymore, we're going to bobby pin that piece down. So i'm going to do a little crisscross bobby pin in the back. The reason why i like to do a crisscross bobby pin is because that's what how it's gon na make it super secure and we're just gon na put your head back for me. Hide the bobby pins underneath the ponytail over here. I don't want too much volume for this look, but i do want her hair to sit nice and flat against the rest of it. So i'm going to take smaller sections and just tease a tad bit spray, some of that hard luck at the root. It'S gon na hold your teeth down and i'm just lightly making a cushion nothing too crazy. Pushing the hair down just gon na do one more spread, push it down and now, just with your hands, we're gon na open the hair, and we have flyaways in her bangs and in her hairline we're going to clean all of that up right now, i'm going To take for the bangs the soft control hairspray, because i don't want her bangs to be stiff at all, i want them to look very fluffy spraying it on my finger instead of directly spraying it in the hair. So again, i'm going to take my paddle brush and the gloss and go shine, mist brush through the hair, one more time connecting the ponytail and the back of her hair all together. So you guys can see from the back. Everything looks very straight and very smooth. Here'S our final look, you guys show you how her hair looks from the back and from the front.
