How To: Sleek Middle Part Hairstyle

I have a awesome hair tutorial for you guys it's perfect for the holidays, it's nice and sleek and elegant, and it just gives you that very like refined look. So if you guys want to see how i got this beautiful half up, half down sleek look then just keep on watching all right guys. So before we jump into this hair, look i want to go over the products that i'll be using to achieve it. Just so you guys can be all prepped and ready to go for the hairstyle first up, you're gon na need some little elastics. It doesn't matter if they're, colored or not, because you're not gon na, be able to see them so just make sure they're super tiny and they're able to hold your hair perfectly in place. Then you're gon na need some bobby pins um. I just picked mine up from amazon. I get them in like a bulk um. I can link them down below for you guys, if you guys want them. I'M also gon na be using a rat shell comb, any type of brush that can just make sure that your hair gets super sleek and like flat down to your hair. This would be good um because it also is going to give you those perfect lines for this volumize sleek look and then. Lastly, i'm going to go in with my big sexy hair play powder, and this is what's going to give you guys that volume on the root of your hair after you do the sleek part of this look so now that you guys have all the products, and You guys know what you need in order to achieve this. Look, let's jump right into things: okay, you're going to want to have a middle part for this look. So if you guys didn't already do that, make sure you go ahead and part your hair down the middle and then taking my comb, i'm going to section out two sections in the front of my hair, so i'm gon na turn to the side. So you guys can see what i mean by that. So this is my first section, i'm just gon na tie it off real, quick going on to the other side, and i'm gon na go tie off this section. So now that i have both these sections just pulled away, i'm gon na go take a um, bigger hair tie like this one. I was like looking for it down below, but it was on my wrist and i'm just gon na tie off the rest of my hair in a higher ponytail or bun. A bun might be easier all right. I have that bund. Now i can take down these pieces and i'm gon na tuck them behind my ear and brush them with the comb. So watch me fly so watch me fly so watch. So, to give these pieces a little bit more grit, i'm just gon na sprinkle a little bit of this powder on just so everything stays in place. So now that i have them both super slick and down, i'm gon na go in with a little elastic and tie at the back of my head at the nape of my neck. So now it's tied in the back of my head. I turned it as tight as possible. I'M just gon na go make sure all my front pieces are exactly how i want them. Okay, so now, for the fun part, we're gon na take our bobby pins. I'M just gon na use simple black ones, because i'm not feeling like going all the way upstairs and getting my like pretty gold ones that match my claw clip. So i'm just gon na flip them upside down and i'm gon na do two on each side. Right above my ear, okay, so i have both my bobby pins all secured in place, and now i'm gon na go take down the rest of my hair and kind of let it go over the bobby, pins and brush it all in place. So now that everything's brushed into place time for the volume at the top of our crown of our head, taking that big sexy hair and my comb, i'm gon na give it a little bit of tease and texture. So it's nice and volumized. So i'm not done with this side, but, as you can tell there's already so much more volume compared to this side. So i'm gon na go do the same thing on this side, but also give it a little bit more volume in the back and i'll. Be right back, you guys can watch if you like, or just fast forward but um yeah, i'm gon na go. Do the volume now so watch me fly so there you guys have it after i did all the teasing and the volume you can obviously do more volume if you want. I just think this is the perfect amount of volume it's nice and subtle. It doesn't look too like crazy. It gives it a little bit more fullness at the top opposed to the sleekness in the front um. If you guys want, you can wear your hair all the way in the back like this or you can put your hair in the front and wear it like this. So there's obviously two different ways: you can wear this hairstyle, but i personally like it in the back. I just think it looks a little bit more sleek and opens up your face a little bit more, since we did slick back the front you might as well pull it back. So let me just show you guys that one more time so there you guys have it. This is how i would do this slick back little volumized, um middle part.
