Hello babes welcome back to my channel. I am tatiana if you are new, welcome to my channel, so in today's video i'm going to be showing you how to do a braidless, pretty pretty pretty simple half up half down. This is a great look for the holiday season. Thanksgiving is literally just a few days away, so i hope you enjoy, i hope, you're able to grasp what i'm doing and try this look at home for the holidays. Let me know how you like it be sure to like comment, share and subscribe. So far, all i've done was part, my hair from ear to ear. I went ahead and sprayed the back of my hair with some hair milk, and now i'm going to be going ahead and placing my hair in the back into a low ponytail. I did realize that when you're using liquid protectant, which is what i'm going to be using today, y'all i'm going to be using the moroccan argan oil weave, wonder, wrap, and i realized that the clear bottle actually has a lot more benefits than the dark bottle. So if y'all like go to the hair store and get it and read, it you'll see that the clear one actually has a lot more benefits than the dark. One just wanted to put that out there, but i'm just gon na go ahead and just put that all over the back of my ponytail. I realized that when you put your hand a ponytail and apply this liquid protectant all over it, it dries so much faster than actually braiding your hair down, and you know putting the product in like that. I literally got this dry in less than 10 minutes and i didn't do anything grand all. I did was put my hand a ponytail applied it right over my ponytail and blow dry it. So this is a really quick way to do it, because sometimes that liquid protectant take like 30 minutes now with my ponytail, i'm going to be going ahead and just combing it through. I applied a little bit of the product onto the ponytail and i'm going to go ahead and just brush it up and blow-dry it until it's nice and dry. Once it is dry. I am going to go ahead and clip off the excess rubber bands. I only left one still wrapped around just because i wanted to, but to be able to make sure that it's nice and flat. I do suggest that you cut the rubber bands. If you are not a good cutter and you're scared, you're gon na cut your ponytail like your real hair, it is okay to keep it in a ponytail. Okay, don't freak out going in with one black cap, i'm going to go ahead and apply that all over. My head majority: i want to make sure to really get, of course, to the back of my head. I am going to put it over my ears and i'm gon na cut holes just so that way. The cap stays in place when i am putting the glue around the top perimeter of the back area so tracing with some of my glue just lightly. I'M just going to be tracing right near my part, and that way, when this dries, i'm able to cut off the excess cap as well as you know, be able to place my tracks and know exactly where to place them. Using my got to be spray, i'm going to be spraying the entire back area just nicely and then i'm going to blow dry it just to create an extra barrier and also to allow that cap to actually stick to my head. That way, i can cut off the rest of the cap now that it's nice and dry, going in with my shears, i'm going to go ahead and cut off that excess cap and you'll be able to see that the cap does not move. It is not on my head, it is actually still on that product. So when i do decide to actually just wash this out, the entire back is just going to come off so easily. The right residue in the back is just the protectant. If you want, you can use a spray bottle or dampen like a rag and be able to just hit that back area. If that nape area does bother you for me, it did it because you ain't never going to see it, i'm going to be using some inexpensive body wave hair, it's from organic. If i'm saying it right, it's some premium. Hair is not virgin hair y'all! I am combing it with a wide tooth comb. Be sure to do that because you don't want it to tangle up all right now. I am placing my tracks going just from one side to the other and i'm placing it right there at the line where i glued my cap at so you want to place it right there as if you're placing it right next to your scalp and you're gon Na do that until you cannot curve anymore. So i placed my 20 and my 22 first and now i'm going to be placing a 20 of my more copper looking color at the top and then once i get to the very top. I am going to slightly mix it with a little bit of my leftover violet color. That way we have a little bit of like dimension going on and now on my last piece of tracks. They are double i'm going to make sure that i close it up and make sure that they are parallel to each other, see that they're doubled up, and i just place some glue on there and i'm just going to place it right next to the other tracks And this method you're not going to ever see these tracks at the top. There is no leave out. That'S what makes this style awesome. So this is what the back is looking like and see how seamless that is. That'S how it should look. You do not see. No tracks or anything going in with my heat protectant and it's also a hair polisher. I'M going to be misting that over my head before i press my hair out, i am using my croc usa flat irons. They are some brand new flat, irons, they're ceramic, and they are awesome for textured hair, going in with my edge effect black edge control, as well as my edge effect level. Five. I'M mixing those together to give my ponytail a fuller look and i'm just going to be combing that, through with my rat tail, fine tooth comb, make sure it is nice and slick, and then i'm going to be going in with some of my large rubber bands. I usually like to use about three to four large rubber bands, just to make sure that we have a nice secure pony. It'S not a super stern one or anything like that, because that wasn't the look i was going for today because i'm doing a bun. But i'm just gon na seal it and i'm gon na go one more time, and now, with my strips, i have doubled them by just folding it and i'm just going to wrap my braid all the way around all the way to the end, and we will Start placing our trucks so keeping my first bundle still folded. I am gon na be keeping it together and i'm gon na go ahead and start at the very end, like i do all of my ponytail videos start at the end. Hold it in place blow dry before you continue to wrap so that it doesn't unravel, and then i'm just going to create like a nice little line of hair glue and i'm just going to continue to wrap. Make sure that you are getting the tracks really really close together as close as you can to get to a full pony as much as you want, but if you're doing a bun like myself, they don't have to be so so much hair um. I did get in about, i want to say, like a bundle and like some of like another bundle, you don't have to use a whole whole bunch, especially if you're doing a bun. Look me oh cause. You know we gon na fly so to create a slick. Finish like a slick wrap around the ponytail, i'm just going to grab a piece from the back, and i like to just comb it through with my rat tail comb. You want to be careful if you're using synthetic hair like this hair, i'm going to mist it with some of my got to be spray comb it through hold it tight and i'm going to hold my ponytail up and you're just going to wrap and comb to Make sure that it is slick at all times, keep wrapping hold it in place blow dry and then you're pretty much good to go. But what i like to do on the end is actually seal the back with a little bit of hair glue just to ensure that the hair does not unravel so to create my little swirly bun. I'M just going to go ahead and start to wrap. At the end, where you can kind of feel your braid at and then i'm just going to wrap all the way down twist and wrap, you can honestly do this any kind of way you want it to. This was like a little freestyle with that very last piece, i'm just going to wrap that and i'm going to spray it with got to be spray to hold it in place. You can also secure that with a bobby pin or even a rubber band, it's up to you, but i'm just going to spray a nice amount of got to be spray, wrap it around a couple more times and blow dry and it stay right in place. And then i'm just going to tease it a little bit to get it just the way i want it, and that is pretty much it honey. I'M just going to finish it off with my fantasia firm hold to make sure that we have a nice shine as well as the extra hold i'm just going to let it air dry a little bit fanny with my hands, and we are all done. Ladies, i hope you enjoyed this video. This actually came out really super cute. Look how neat it is! There'S no leave out. There'S no braiding involved, there's no crazy, like a whole bunch of you know, products or anything. I wanted to make this as simple as possible. I hope you babes enjoyed this video be sure to rate this video give me a thumbs up comment below follow me on instagram, my underscore tati tv, and i will see you in my next video bye.
