3 Pretty Half-Up Half-Down Hairstyles | Back To School | Tutorial

I love Half-Up Half-Down styles and today I’ll be showing you how to create 3 different styles that you could wear for almost any occasion. The first style is a French Fishtail and Tieback, the second is a Merged French Lace and Fishtail Braid and the last is a Robe Braid Flower Rosette.

All three styles are created with simple basic braiding techniques, but I would like to hear if you'd want me to create some ”How to Braid” tutorials for beginners.

If you missed my last tutorial you can check it out here:

Hey guys today I'll be showing you how to create these three coaches heads of styles. I think they could work great as everyday hairstyles, but I also think you could wear them for proms and weddings whatever the occasion. So, let's begin for the first style, we're going to take the middle part of the hair from the top of the head towards the back of the crown. It'S important that you leave the portion of hair on the side for later next. Add your hair into two sections and begin a fifth celebrate by grabbing a small piece of hair from one side and adding it to the other section repeat on the other side and continue a few inches. Then go back and pull out. The section continue to braid and go back and find out the sections as you go along side, the braid with a small pea elastic band and go back and make the less adjustment to create the tie back. We'Re going to take the hair from above the years and up to the corner of the braid tie the strength once and hold on to send out. The tie then grab some happens and place as many as you like to secure the tie and that's it for the first style. If you want, you can also curl the strands from the side to make them stand out even more for the second style, I'm going to take piece of hair from the side and divide it into three strands and make one stitch of a three strand. Braid. Add a new piece of thread to the left strand and bring it over into the middle, and this is a lace braid we're only going to add in hair to one side. So the right strand goes over into the middle without adding in a new piece back on the left side. We'Ll add in another piece of tail and repeat the previous steps, I'll braid about four stitches and then I'll go back and say no teachers. They cannot the braid next we're going to devise the outermost strand into two pieces and add once the middle piece and then bring the other part over and add it to the rightmost strand. You should now have two sections and we can continue and begin the fishtail braid braid all the way down and remember, to fan out the sections a bit to give the braid more volume, and this is the finished look. The last vowel is also a diagonal style. So we're going to begin from the same start with a section of hair that were going to the back into two equal pieces start twisting. The Strand you're holding in your right hand, clockwise and bring it over the other strand. While you switch hands again twist the strands in your right hand and bring it on top of the other strand before you grab it with your left hand, then sega's pizza, fare and add it to the section underneath and twist, both strands together, clockwise and bring it On top of the other section, add her to the session underneath switch hands and twist the pieces together before you cross the sections, counterclockwise repeat the steps and remember that you only need to twist two strands you're holding in your right hand, and that you are always Twisting the strands clockwise and crossing the two sections counterclockwise step, adding in hair when you get to the middle and rope braid tool you're out of here. Next, we're going to position the braid and form a circle and wrap the rest of the hair in front of the braid hold on to the center of the flower until you have secured it with hair pins or bobby pins. I normally start by securing the middle of the flower with hair pins that are we underneath when you feel the flower to do it, you can pull gently on both sides to shape it, and this is the final result. I really hope you like these three styles. Thanks for watching
