Guys so today i wanted to do an updo hairstyle. I don't know if i'm gon na do one or two updo, so whatever the thumbnail shows. That'S what i did so. These are gon na, be perfect for holidays weddings, bridesmaids special occasions, prom anything you name it. I did go ahead and prep my hair. I will link the curling iron below that i use it's like the beaded one. Did my hair brush the curls out, and this is what i got so do make sure you prep your hair before updos. It just makes them look so much better, so much more texture is added and a lot of volume, so anyways let's go ahead and get started all right, so for the first updo i just took a section in the middle of my head and bobby pinned it Now i'm just dividing my hair into three equal sections, pinning the sides taking the middle section and just doing a ponytail. And after doing this, i was like you really didn't - need to bobby pin the middle section, but it did give it some volume. So do as you please now i'm taking that ponytail and i'm just wrapping it around itself to form a bun as i'm wrapping the ponytail around itself. I'M just bobby pinning little sections here and there to make sure that it's nice and secure. So once your bun is nice and secure you just kind of want to tug on it to make sure it's not going to move. So i lift a little bit of hair out in front now we're going to take the rest of the section divide it into two strands. Take the front section cross it over the back section. Then, with that new front section we're going to add in a section of hair right next to it, so combine them, then take that front section cross over the back section, and then you just keep repeating again add in a section of hair right next to the Front section cross it over the back section and then you keep repeating until you run out of hair, so you're always adding in hair to that front section. So once you have hair added, you cross over the back section again take the front section and you're, adding in hair combining them crossing them over that back section, and then you just want to do this until you've run out of hair. So once you run up, hair just do a regular twist and then we're going to pancake so just pinching and pulling each twist. And you want to do this from the bottom of the twist to the top of the twist and make sure you are pinching and pulling each side of the twist. So your twist should look like this. Now we're just going to take it and wrap it around. The top of our bun that we created bobby pinning it as we go, making sure it's nice and secure and then do the same twist on the other side. And you just want to take that twist again. Wrap it around the top of the bun and secure it with bobby pins as you go and just wrap it around now, i'm just going around doing some final touch-ups kind of pinching and pulling spots that i thought needed to be pinched and pulled if your twist Ever becomes loose just take a bobby, pin, stick it in and just push it down and it'll, make it nice and secure. So now i just continue to pancake at the top of my head. I just pinch and pull to add some more texture. I took some bangs in the front and just kind of pinned them back and loosened them, and then this is what my hairstyle ended up. Looking like here's, the side, here's the other side and then here's the back. You can switch up the bun any way you want, but i really like this hair, so i think it's so cute so now for the next updo, i'm just taking a small section, twisting it and then bobby pinning it in the middle of my head doing the Same thing with the section of hair right next to it, twisting it bobbing it i'll, be pinning it to my head once both sections are pinned i'm just kind of pinching and pulling it to add some volume now again we're dividing our hair into three sections. Taking the middle section, creating a ponytail and then taking that ponytail and wrapping it around itself to form a bun. This bun does not have to be perfect because you're not going to see it so just make sure it's nice and secure. That is the most important part here with one of the sections on the side of your head. You want to divide it into two sections: take that section twist it and then pinch and pull it and then drape it across the bun to the other side bobby. Pin it into place. Do the same thing on the other side divide your hair into two sections. Take one section and you're gon na incorporate that hair that you just bobby, pin from the other side, you're gon na twist, both sections and then you're gon na drape it across and just kind of pinch and pull it and then you're going to open up that Twist that you just bobby, pinned create a little pocket and pull that strand through and then you're just going to bobby, pin it on the opposite side of the bun. Now you're going to take your last section of hair you're going to do the same thing just kind of twist it and then pinch and pull it and you're going to drape it across your bun. So you can't see it and just drape it across to the other side bobby pin it take the rest of the hair from the other side and just kind of twist it and then just open up a twist and then pull it through and just bobby pin It so now, i'm just gon na go around pancake some twists. A little bit add some bobby pins, make sure everything is secure. With some of the hair, that's hanging out, i'm just kind of pulling it across more to the other side of the bun and bobby pinning it. You can't see the bobby pin so just kind of push it in if you don't like those little wispies and as always, i like to pinch and pull the top of my head to add some texture go around and just pancake things more, but this is what It ends up looking like from the front the sides and the back. I really like this one. Let me know which one you guys like the best, so that is the end of the video. I hope you guys liked it. Let me know which one was your favorite in the comments below.
