Hello, my lovelies, so i've got no eye makeup on because i'm getting ready to film makeup tutorial, but i thought before that i sit down and chat with you. First thing i wanted to talk to you about is the hair extensions? Do you remember? I bought them. Beauty works, hair extensions, mine are in scandinavian blonde and they are 16 inches. I think, and i told you i'm going to have my hairdresser to cut them and she did so. I put them in when she came over and she just cut them so right now. I only have the sides on. Can you see it's that wide two clips, but i had to modify the extensions that i bought. So i bought the 160 gram i think which, because my god, this is going to be so complicated, so i bought another set of those. I told you i was going to buy another set, have them cut a bit longer, so i can have them curled, because i don't like keep straightening and curling my extensions. I just have one set usually curled hanging and one straight. So let me show you what they looked like originally, so you got one weft with four clips or is it two? You get yeah two wefts with four clips and then one weft with three clips. So what i did so, the four clip goes just above my ears and, as you can see, it doesn't come up to the front it comes up just to here, which is fine. Then what i did is i cut the other four clip in half. So then the three clip went a bit further forward above that first one, but as you can see, it goes on little here. So i the bit that i cut of this one went to here and then this bit that was left, i again cut in half sewn back on two more clips because they come with two spare clips and they went on my sides. So you have to customize it to to your needs, because this set is not like a full set full set that will um fill up your whole head. This is almost like, i said, just to add a bit of volume, thickness and um and why i didn't buy the full set, because i didn't buy the hair extensions for length, because if you wanted to buy them for length, you need a full set. You need a good coverage all over, so you don't see your own shorter hair. I just bought them not to have much longer hair, although this is cut a bit longer than my the front of my hair. I just bought them to add a bit of thickness where i need it so um you have to customize it. So that's what i did and she cut it for me. So here is my short extensions. Like i said today, i only put the sides on when i put all of it on my hair is so much thicker down here, and the good thing is yes, i can just wear this side. I can put just one weft at the back or two depends how thick i want my hair on that day, but i am loving these extensions and i'm loving this shaded root because, for example, on this side, my hair is so fine at the front. As you know that if these extensions were blonde from the root, you would definitely see them here like you, can't really see that i've got a clipping extension because of the root so there. So i thought i will share that with you now i told you um about a few more things in um black friday sales, so i have bought this cashmere jumper from bowden. So it's like an oatmeal color, and it's got this detail on both sleeves. These colorful stripes - i am not so sure about it. I like it, but do i like it enough um, so i still have a tag on it. I might still send it back. I'M not sure. Let me know what you think the the fit of it is just like a regular fit. It'S not fitted, it's not baggy, it's just a regular fit. Then i got another green one. I'Ve got very similar green cashmere from john lewis, but the other one is more. Like a buggy style, this one is again more of a regular fit and i got this one in max and spences, but i'm sure i was by autograph um. They did this style in so many colors. I don't know if they are still available max and spencer's cashmere goes so quickly because it's relatively inexpensive, comparing to other stores. Now these two tops i bought probably before the other two. So this one is from whistles and i don't know if you can see the detail, but it ha it's extremely soft. I think this one actually is a cashmere mix. Let me have a look it's so so soft. I love it so much. Oh it's not this! One, i think the other ones go: cashmere um anyway, it's a black, quite thin, but so soft, just a very simple knit. But i don't know if you can see it's got like a metallic fiber in it, and some of it is a bit longer almost like a tinsel bit, um silver metallic. So i love that and then i got from bottom again this one and i think this one is cashmere mix actually well, it has some wool in it. I don't know but um anyway. This one is again black. The cuffs are a bit different and the bottom and that again has metallic thread through it, but a bit more visible and i love love. It'S got this really sticking out puffy sleeves. So i really like that. One! Oh and this, what i'm wearing um, you won't be able. Oh, you might see a bit so this pale meat again so soft. It feels like cashmere. It'S not cashmere um, it's a bit longer at the back than the front, and it has quite deep splits on the side. They do them in different colors. So i found this um online store, i think originally they only had a physical store. I think they might be in london, but i think throughout the lockdown they've decided to go online as well. I can't remember how i found it probably searching something, and they have quite a lot of really nice, not that expensive knitwear. So i will leave you. The link to that website have a look. They have beautiful pale pale blue in it as well, just really nice stuff. So that was a quite a good find this shop right. Then next thing i want to show you: do you ever go through like twitter or facebook, or not that i have a facebook or instagram, and there is always all these um adverts popping up and advertising different things and a lot of them use me or other Youtubers without permission, advertising, something that is not what we are talking about. That'S what annoys me i'll, never ever buy anything that i've seen on twitter or or instagram, and i definitely wouldn't, if i had a facebook, do it from facebook. But what i do when i see something advertise on there. I still go onto that website. I see what is the name of the product, then i hop on back onto amazon and look for it on amazon. First of all, you will always find it on amazon. It will come much quicker because if you already have done it, i've ordered from like instagram company, and i was waiting for weeks and also if it's something dodgy, it's really easy to send back with amazon, whereas when you buy it directly from those shops. I don't know how that would work. So that's what i did. I saw on instagram this item and i went to the shop show what is called hopped back onto amazon found it there had it next day. This is for washing your pet. So it's extremely soft silicone brush has a oil in here to put a shampoo. I don't know what this is for. This is probably just to hang it and then you squeeze it and wash your pet with it, and i thought it was so brilliant, but you know it is so soft that i thought i might actually use it myself, because it should exfoliate you a bit as Well, you put your shower gel in here, i'm going to try it. I only got it yesterday, so i don't know how it works, but if i like it, i will have to buy louie another one, and i keep this one for myself. Honestly, it's so so soft. Do you think i like so so soft things everything is so so soft right, i better go and film this tutorial. I don't know yet what i'm doing what i am doing, but we will think of something. I will speak to you later. It'S louie in his beautiful new jacket. Do you remember we bought that one for him in norfolk. It looks very smart. It'S not a very nice day today, it's quite cold and he keeps spitting louie. Let'S have a look at you beautiful. You need to be on a catwalk. He doesn't seem to mind it. You know he's never really cold because he goes in the water, even in a freezing cold, but he seems to like, like his jacket. Doesn'T he let's see if he works, then louie? What is that? Louie? Okay, ready louie? What'S this finally is merry christmas? I'Ve always been a singer, but i'm adding jokes, i'm branching out, get it huh. Are you not faced? Are you i thought you would have had a much stronger reaction? Oh, is it boring merry christmas hope you get some treats for the holidays. Oh my gosh! This is so old and he still makes me smile every year. We get it out, it's the best thing ever good morning, my lovelies, so i am off to sports injury therapist. He is that and lots of other things. He does also all sorts of things because for a while now, i would say for a couple of years, i've been suffering with. There is something wrong with my i.t band, especially on my left side. It band is like a tendon that runs from your hip to your knee on the outside of your leg, and i've always had uniquely pain from it, but lately it has moved on to my knee. So i need to have that sorted out um. I need to find out as well. You know what exercises i should avoid uh because yeah, it's giving me a bit of trouble. I i cannot knee kneel on on my left knee because when i do, i get like a really sharp bending pain in it. So yeah, let's hope that he can sort me out. So i've always been told you know i've always had problem with my lower back. I mean i spent months when after max was born at chiropractors physios, then you probably heard me saying going to osteopaths and i've been told that i am not straight like one of my hips is higher than the other and i've even been told by dressmaker. Then one of my legs is shorter than the other. Oh my god, what a state i mean. So maybe i need some sort of manipulation to straighten me out. I don't know, but you know when there is something like this wrong with your spine or your posture. Then you are very prone to injuries. I quite enjoyed stuff like this. I hated chiropractors. I don't like all this cracking and to be honest, when i used to go to chiropractor, i hated it. I didn't feel you did me any good. I felt like it made me worse. I remember lying on a chiropractor's bed and crying my eyes out, because i couldn't turn over so um yeah. I'M i'm not a fan of chiropractors. Maybe i i haven't had a good one, but the experience that i've had it wasn't good. I love osteopathy. That is really lovely, but i thought so. I have a very good osteopath that i've been going so whenever i had you know any problem, but i thought i'd try something different. You know he does acupuncture as well. He does some sort of pelvic manipulation sounds a bit dodgy. Doesn'T it but um yeah? I just saw i try something different, you know. Sometimes you have to try different therapies and see which one works best for you. So i will let you know after i've come out what it was like, and the good thing is right. Next to this place, there is a garden center with christmas decorations. So i might do some well, i don't need any decorations. What am i talking about right? I'M here, i'm much too early anyway. I will let you know afterwards what it was like right. I'Ve just left, i was there an hour and a half and he was very different. So obviously he first asked me about you know all the history of me. What'S what and examined me and yes, i have - i am lopsided. My uh right leg is shorter than my left one, it's something about my hips. I can't remember what he called it, but he did something to my hips. It was quite painful and then i also had five facial facial massage. It'S like a really deep, massage, not like a sports, massage, it's much slower and some acupuncture, and i also have my i.t bands taped up. You know, like you, sometimes see spots, sportsmen sports women have those tapes like alongside on their legs. I have that now. I have to wear it for five days, so it was very interesting. Um had really interesting conversation as well, so yeah it was really good. So i'm going to go and see him again next week. I think we have like two more sessions and see how i go and see if i want to carry on if he's helping, because he was very honest, he said it's after you know a few sessions. You don't feel any better, it's not helping, then i'm not the person for you. So he was very honest about that and i also have some stretches to do at home every day. I have to do them, i must say i'm really lazy. I know that stretching is so important, but apart from going to the gym twice a week, i do nothing else, so i have to do every day. He gave me a few stretching exercises. Oh, i think i'm gon na go right here, so yeah, very positive feeling. Good about it, okay, my lovelies. I will speak to you later hello, my lovelies it's sunday. Today it has been a busy week, but not busy. I just don't know where the week has gone so um was it on friday. Yeah. On friday i went to meet a friend for coffee and we thought i thought we'd go quite early. We met up about 10 30, so we thought just have coffee. Well, we end up sitting there for like three and a half hours and in the end we got something to eat. So i didn't really do much on that day. Then the next day i went um and sat with my neighbor went to see my neighbor and we were just chatting for hours. So there was a lot of just seeing friends and chatting this week haven't done much, but what i've been doing is the sun is coming through. What i've been doing is wrapping birthday birthday presents christmas presents um. I hate doing this honestly. You would think that i would like to get artistic and arty, and i've done it before, but i don't enjoy wrapping presents. So i usually what i do. I buy the lovely christmas bags and a tissue paper and i wrap everything just in tissue paper and shove. It in the bag, but this year i saw these things um on amazon, so this is like between christmas bag and a wrapping paper. I think you get something like 40 in here. I will give you a link to exactly the same one and they are in different sizes. They also come with a white ribbon and tags, but the tags are not very nice, just a plain white tag, but i had some nicer christmas tags that i've used and ribbon. So, for example, you know when you have this awkward stuff to to wrap. Like a say, bottle of shampoo or conditioner or or body lotion, and they are so awkward to wrap so look, you can just put it in one of these bags. I use different ribbon, not the one that came with it and my own tag, and i thought that looks pretty nice. Stick it back under the tree. Yes, so i've never seen those before. So i thought i will show you just in case. You don't know, i don't think they are very, very strong because i was putting a box in one of them and i just sort of dropped. The box in and with the box has sharp edges. He went straight through the bag, so i think you have to be a bit careful. They are not terribly strong, like you can put really heavy stuff in it, but you know very useful for, for those awkward presents to wrap. I am wearing um beltless caliente in butterbeer blonde. This is the wig that is very similar to raqqa. Welch editor speak. They are almost identical in um in style, and the color is beautiful, they're about to be a blonde. It'S my favorite from belle dress, because my hair i'm having it done on on wednesday um tomorrow, i'm going back to that therapist to keep searching my it bands. Oh also, i was going to tell you. I meant to remember that and when i showed you earlier on in this video that pink jump pad that i bought, i told you i found this shop on online. The shop is called jackie j, a k. I all these jumpers are one size, that's what it says on the website and by one size they mean from uk size 6 to i think, 16 or 18., and that's a bit misleading. Yes, some jumpers on there. You will be able to to tell because they use one or two of the same models and when you see all the different styles on them, you can tell which one is more buggy and which one is a bit more fitted. I would say the pink one that i got if you are bigger than size, uk, 12 - maybe 14, you could you, you will be okay, but definitely not 16. 18. Unless you want it to be really tight, but you would look really weird because it has those splits you know on the side. I bought couple of more jumpers from them. I didn't bring them down here, but i will leave you the exact link to which ones i got and they are very similar in style, but instead of v-neck, they were round neck and they were a bit bigger. So they are a bit more buggy and that i would say yes, probably would go up to size 16. So just um have a look because they are definitely not all the same size, but they all sold as one size. Oh and another thing you see i've written all these things down. Sometimes i said in the evening and i think of something to tell you - and i know i will forget it, so i write it down and i've written it down, but i didn't bring my note here, so i still didn't remember, but i just remember it um. I have started some new instagram account just for wigs, so i normally post on my main instagram channel the wig reviews, but i thought, if i do one just for wigs and i've called it. Wigs are fun. I will leave you the link to it. If you are interested in wigs - and you don't remember which one you like or what you liked, you can go there and it's just pictures of me in different ways. So if you need refresh your memory or whatever you can go there, instead of looking on my main instagram page, try to find a particular wig. I don't think i have all of them from the beginning when i started reviewing wigs simply because i didn't have those photos anymore, mind you, i could take them from my main account. I have a look all this is a lot of work. You know posting here there and everywhere and then try to communicate with people on all these platforms is a bit too much for me so and also i am not that active on instagram. Yes, i might post something, but i don't sit on instagram all day and look at things. So please don't really leave me messages on there because i might not get back to you. The best place is still my channel right. My lovelies christmas is almost here, although, although very uncertain in our country as if you live here, you probably know it's just getting more and more ridiculous, so we don't know, what's going to happen, we still might not be able to go to this restaurant depending what Boris says on the 18th: the hypocrisy is sky high, but yeah. So we don't know - and i think yeah it feels like that's what our lives are going to be now being constantly uncertain about anything so yeah, but i am not going to let it to dump my spirits and you all should do the same. Sheila Ashley: That singing Christmas tree is so cute and it brought back a memory I had totally forgotten. When my grandson was a little over 2 years old they came out with the Santa’s that were motion activated. We walked in a store and it started singing and my grandson just took off dancing to it like nobodies business. Needless to say he had quite the audience by the time it was finished! His non-reaction was funny. My mom"s dog would have reacted the same way. My doggy would have been scared! Hee hee. I am currently going to PT for an IT Band problem and knee. I also have stretches. My therapist started pulling my leg (no joke) and that has really helped. My own idea was a gun massager from Amazon. I use it once a day & I think it has really helped. Enjoy Christmas and everyday it is a gift. Louie is so cute in his blue jacket and that singing Christmas tree was so funny. Louie was looking like " really" and bored, lol. The first top you showed i liked it other than the sleeves, not sure about the stripes. BlingBea: Oh my I can’t stop laughing, Louie’s like what the heck is this mom, too funny. Me too Nisha it seems like it started on me a couple years ago, I thought it was my knee so my Orthopedic sent to to therapy for a few months. While they were measuring me one of my hips is higher than the other, they did lots of manipulations stretching my leg out. I’ve been going to a Chiropractor every month ever since to help straighten my hip and my leg, it helps but I’ve also had to take my pants in to get one leg hemmed cause my left leg is now shorter than my right. Yes I too have these stretching exercises I’m suppose to do everyday and I get lazy and can’t be bothered (it’s like a dozen exercises) but I know I need to do them. It’s awful getting older and getting lopsided. Same here we are living our life and keep praying.

I’ve had lower back problem for years since having kids and has got worse as I get older but more so if I don’t exercise. I think you will definitely benefit from the stretching! You don’t look lobsided by the way I know you have millions of jumpers and for that reason above all I’d say that jumper with the stripes on the arms you don’t need as much as it’s nice I prefer all the others ☺️ I’m having my hair done on weds too thank goodness ugh it’s awful at the mo! Talking of Wigs, have you trimmed your caliente? Its shorter than mine but I prefer the length of yours. I've had an ongoing knee strain since last August and since then I've pulled my hamstring and inner arm. I'm unable to work out much these days which is frustrating. I wish I could afford a private physio ❤

Daisy Jo: O yes if your spine is off your muscles will be set into the bad form an it takes ALOT of work to retrain an Keep the muscles into there proper placement. Ciro are Wonderful in my area but you have to do the work on the muscles from putting u out again. An a good Ciro knows there limits. I have a small lift in my left shoe because my bones in my left leg are shorter an it ever so small but man it really helps.
