I actually um studied photography in uni, so i got my degree in photography and i did that professionally for like a couple years and then that's how i fell into doing content creation online and it just went from there. I started my instagram and youtube shortly after i did photography at uni it just spiraled from there to be honest with you. It just grew over time. It was a time where instagram was not a big thing, so i did not expect too much from it, but um here i am so i'm originally greek. I actually moved to london when i was six years old with my family and we've been here ever since you can probably hear a little bit of an accent. I hear a lot of people say i sound american and that's because i learn english from watching the disney channel every year for christmas, i'm always with my family. So i have my sisters, my mom, my nephews and niece, and we spent christmas together every single year and we're always in london, so we're always very close by always in one one big house for sure. I think i'm the only one in my family who buys everyone beauty gifts, because especially my sisters and my mom, they don't really treat themselves. So i love to splurge on them. For that um. I love to get them my favorites as well. So it's always great to just spoil them. This ties in nicely i'm going to share my five top favorite products from superdrug that i love for the christmas festive season. My first favorite product are these eyelore lashes, i'm actually wearing these right now now these are individuals. They'Re not stripped lashes and they may be a little intimidating but they're, not, i assure you they just make the look so much easier if you are not a big lash person. This is a very good start here. You can just apply a few at the end of your eyes. You can extend your lash line with them. You can create a really full lash as well. I use these all the time. These are my absolute favorite and also you don't have to worry about a strip lash falling off because they're individuals, they don't really make too much of a difference if one or two fall off next, we have this maybelline gloss in the shade ice. This is perfect for the festive season. I feel like a gloss just makes a look so much more special and especially for the evening. Time and gloss is just super super fun, so this shade especially, is really good. It goes with every skin tone with every look. It'S a milky pink shade and you can wear on top of lipstick. I sometimes wear it with just lip liner and you can even wear on its own, so it's super beautiful. Next, i'm going to talk about the flower, beauty eyeshadow! This is a liquid shadow. It'S a beautiful gold color. This one is in the shade balm and i feel like for the christmas season. You always need a little bit of glitter, so i think on the eyes, it's super super easy to use. This is a cream, so you just take it on the wand and you apply it straight onto the lid. Sometimes i like to put it onto the back of my hand and pick it up with my fingers or with a brush and just pat it on the lid. It'S not too heavy and you can just wear it on its own or with a full eyeshadow. Look as well next is a fragrance. This one is the giorgio armani stronger with you fragrance i've been wearing this for quite a while. I really really love it. It'S a beautiful evening fragrance as well. It has a deep, more fragrant undertone and i absolutely love it for the evening time i feel like this is also unisex, so you can buy this for a male if you are into that, but um. Definitely, ladies, if you like a deeper, more intense perfume, this is perfect, smells so good. Lastly, is this babyliss styler? This is one of my favorite products. I absolutely love it. It'S really really versatile. It has the different heads, so you can create different. Looks for your hair! I personally love it for a good at-home blowout. I'M going to show you guys how to use this at home to create this beautiful, at-home salon blowout. So, as i mentioned earlier, this is one of my favorite products. I'M going to show you guys how i do a hairstyle at home, perfect for the party season, so my hair is freshly washed. I actually have curly hair, so this is going to be a nice smoothing. Blowout, i'm going to part my hair now and show you guys how i do it in each section. So i've just parted my hair, i'm going to start from the bottom, so i've clipped the top up, i'm going to use the drying nozzle to just rough dry. The hair and then i'm going to use the rounded brush to smooth out the hair, so i've just taken off the drying nozzle and i'm using the volume and shape to smooth out the hair. This is what's going to give us that smooth blowout, as you can see the difference so far is incredible. It just really smoothed out my hair, so i'm going ahead and do this side, so the bottom section is done now, i'm going to show you guys how i style my layers to get you that beautiful wave in the hair. So i work down in sections as you can see, i have a lot of layers in my hair, so this is going to give us a lot of volume in the hair if we work in smaller sections, so as you can see, i'm wrapping the hair away From the face, this is what's going to give you that beautiful wispy effect and as if you've just had a salon blow out so before i proceed with the rest of the hair, i'm actually going to part my fringe away. So we do that last and you'll see why so i've just finished blowing out all of the hair is looking really good. So i'm going to show you guys what i do with my fringe section to give me that beautiful, wispy, blowout look and in which direction to blow the hair out. So i'm placing the dry right on top of the hair. As you can see, and i'm going to wrap it around the dryer now i'm going to blow the hair out away from the face, you'll see it in a minute. Why that is so. As you can see, it gives you such beautiful volume. It really adds to the layers of the hair and just gives you that beautiful salon like blowout, so as you can see, this is why we blow the hair away from the face. It'S really adding a lot of volume to the front section of the hair, especially if you have a lot of layers, i'm going to finish off with some hairspray right on the top. If you have any baby hair or any flyaways, this is perfect. Fragrance perfume is one of the staples for getting ready. So i do have plans for christmas. I'M going out with my friends. We haven't decided where to go, but i've got my outfit ready, it's nice and sparkly for the festive season. Now i just need my perfect perfume perfect. What is your go-to scent when you're going out uh when i'm going out? I like to make a statement, so i love it when people ask me: oh what are you wearing you smell, so good? What is it and then i just go into full-on discussion about what fragrance i'm wearing and i absolutely love it amazing. So this brings us perfectly on to discussing the fantasy line, which is perfect for the christmas events. This is an iconic fragrance. It'S been around for 15 years, a fun fact for you guys did you know a bottle of britney fantasy is sold every three minutes, so we have four fragrances: we're going to spritz smell and discuss okay. So first up we have the original fantasy i'll just pass. You a bottle, thank you. So shall we give it a go yeah, let's give it a go. Oh that's beautiful! Oh my god that smells incredible. I know in terms of ingredients, it has red lychee cupcake and it has creamy moss. This really takes me back to childhood. It does. I can remember wearing this when i was in secondary school. Oh, it's beautiful. It smells so good, so this actually comes as a christmas gift set amazing and you get the big bottle and the mini bottle, which is amazing, so i think the mini one is so ideal, so you can just pop it in your handbag and then when you're On the go when you're at a party or any event, you can just spritz it on and then you'll be smelling amazing. So, let's move on to smelling the electric fantasy. How beautiful is this bottle? I love it. It looks so good. So in terms of spraying, you spray it from a distance and you let it just dry for a few seconds, and then we can give it a little smell. Oh this one's beautiful as well. This one definitely has nose of pink pepper passion, fruit, and it also has jasmine petals coming through. It smells incredible, it's definitely different from the original yeah. I think this is definitely perfect for a night out yeah. Definitely so now we're gon na move on to the fantasy, sheer how stunning i love it love the bottle, give it a little spritz, oh incredible. Oh this is so light and fresh. I know this one has lychee, it has citrus water. I can smell the floral notes and the cupcake like the original one right yeah, which is amazing. I think this is perfect for daytime and everyday fragrance. This would be my go-to every day. Absolutely it's amazing. Lastly, we have the fantasy intense. So let's have a go. I love the color of black bottles. This is absolutely stunning. All of them are amazing. This is definitely my favorite. I know the sandalwood in here, so it's much deeper yeah and i'm getting the lychee and cupcake like the original one. I think this is perfect for a night out. Absolutely it's amazing we'll definitely leave that lasting for sure 100. Who would you buy this for nina? I think this is definitely perfect for my sister. My mom would love this as well, but, to be honest with you, i'd probably buy this for myself for a date night. It'S gorgeous, it's amazing who would you buy this, for? I am on superdrug tv today with sanix to talk you through lots of new body, washes that have launched in superdrug as we're well into the festive period. It'S not only time to indulge in lots of food and drink, but also relax and switch off from the busier we've all had, and what better way to do this than with a bath and pamper evening. So if i'm having a pamper evening, i would usually start with the stanx by on protect moisturizing shower gel. So this one is perfect for normal to dry skin and i would use it every day. It also helps to strengthen skin's barrier and enhances natural moisture. Now that we're in the winter months and my skin feels slightly irritated, sometimes and sensitive, i like to use the sunix biome protect bath foam. This is a great one to put in your bubble bath to suit your skin. This is another product that helps strengthen the skin barrier and increase hydration. So now that we're in festive season - and we wear a lot more party dresses - our skin - is a bit more exposed.
