The sugar bear hair vitamins. So I mean I give them a a for effort with the marketing for sure, like I said this claims to provide essential nutrients for healthy hair growth and also strengthen your hair and your nails. One thing I would like to point out is that these claims on the bottle at least, do not claim to make your hair grow at a faster rate. These are meant to strengthen your hair and your nails, so first things first, how they taste these vitamins taste. Really really good from the reviews and what people have said they've said as much: they said that these taste really yummy and that is fat. These taste really good. They taste just as good or better than any gummy bears that you get from the store. So that's definitely a plus. I'Ve also found that they are low calorie. It'S only 15 calories per serving, so you don't have to worry about it. Hurting your waistline. One thing I will say is all those these were very, very tasty. They were like really chewy, almost overly chewy, and they would get stuck in between my teeth. I had heard some people say that they felt like they got stuck in between their teeth a lot, and I did find that to be fact. These definitely got stuck in my teeth kind of gross kind t-mod, but you got to pick them out, but I didn't find that that really hindered me from being able to consume the entire serving so they're super yummy they're super easy to take they're low-calorie. They taste really good a little the chewy side. Let'S talk about price all right, so these vitamins are about $ 40 per bottle. I think the big question everybody wants to know is like do these work. Do these make your hair grow? Do they make it bigger? Do they make it grow faster? Here'S what I think now sigh nope. This is not my real hair. These are my extensions, but I do use my leave out as a gauge for the strength and the thickness, so just putting that out there so initially upon taking these, I didn't feel like. I saw any huge change in strength or growth, but one day my mom actually made a comment on my bangs on the front of my hair. My leave out give you guys a little bit of background. The front of my hair is the hardest for me to grow and in big part to the fact that it is my leave out. I straightened it a lot. It goes through a lot okay, so it's harder for me to grow the front of my hair out. Also junior year in college, I thought it would be a great idea and I cut my own bangs, like hat my hair, it was horrible ever since then, my hair and the front has never been the same, and it's been extremely hard for me to grow back. Like my life goal has been to grow my bangs out right, okay, so I didn't notice any difference and then one day my mom who's never said this to me ever before in life was like, oh, my goodness, the front of your hair, like grew out. It'S like really long now, so I was like okay yeah. I guess it is kind of growing out and then like. I started really like paying attention to it and looking it in the mirror and like kind of gauging how long it had grown it all. I was curling it, and, but you know that the front of my hair grew like very strong and very long. Let'S just show you typically the longest. The front of my hair would grow is like right here so like right here like right above my eyebrow. This is how long the front of my hair is now. Oh, almost past my lips yuck, I think I got lipstick on my hair. That'S probably not good for it. Do you guys see that? Do you see how long the front of my hair is like? That'S probably not long for a lot of people, but for me it is especially with the amount of heat that I've put in the front, and it's been chemically treated and blase blase blah all the things you are not supposed to do with your hair. I do have to give the sugar bear hair vitamins their props. I do think that it works to strengthen and grow your hair. Do I think that it makes your hair grow at a crazy, faster rate? No, but do I think that it strengthens your hair enough to where it can grow with any you retain your length and it not break off yes. I definitely think that I really noticed that my the front of my hair was stronger than it normally is so yeah. I definitely do think that these hair vitamins work. If you want something, that's going to strengthen your hair, it's ultimately going to help your hair grow, because it's going to it's going to keep it from breaking off when you're brushing in combing it and washing it and curling it and straightening it, and it letting heat To it and braiding it, and whatever else you do, you definitely not only want to use heat protectant, but I think it's good to have a good hair vitamin your hair grows no matter what okay, everyone's hair grows. The difference between mean your hair growing long and it not growing, is how you take care of it. How you maintain your ends and your diet, as well as your hair, routine right, and you know, if you're, giving your hair the nutrients that it needs. So I think you can achieve the same results or similar results if you drink a lot of water, if you eat really healthy, if you're, deep conditioning your hair getting trims, when you should like doing everything that you're supposed to be doing for your hair, but that Would be great in an ideal world, but in the real world, like at least for me, I like to shrink my hair, I like to curl it do all sorts of things with it. I like to have leave out. I like to have styles like I like to put hairspray like it's, not realistic, so for me it's really helpful to have a supplement so, like the sugar bear hair. Another thing I want to say: I don't think that sugar bear hair is the end-all be-all of hair vitamins. I'Ve showed in previous videos the other hair vitamin gummies that I use that work really great. I get them at Target. They'Re super cheap, like maybe 11 or $ 12, and those work really really great.
