Christmas Hair Fail! | Vlogmas 2020 Day 10

Hello guys welcome to vlogmas day 10. wow 10 days. We have 15 days to go officially 15 days um. I just want to remind you guys before we get into the vlog. If you would like to help out with the christmas care package, please please please um reach out to me we're still working on it. Um we have maybe just less than five right now: five families that have been sponsored. We are hoping to do a hundred. So if you guys know ways that we can get this thing rolling, like get partnership from some brands that can give us these items - rice, vegetable oil, live chicken and stuff like that. Please let us know um, because we are open to do whatever we can to help other families have a merry christmas. Hello, guys welcome to another day of vlogmas today. What are we doing today? Hmm christmas tree we're taking out zoe's hair. She has had this hair since her birthday and it's time to take it out we're going to do another hairstyle, but it's not christmas hair. It'S just like interim hair when you pack it up. It looks really nice, but when you let it down, it's still really. Nice, because it has this um dora bob, look you like it. Yes, i can shake shake shake, i'm so tired, but we have to do this wow, it's so beautiful! Okay, let's do this! Shop objects, sharp objects. So obviously, as you can tell, this was a while ago, um a few days ago, and so when we took her hair out, the process is just really easy. You take out the rubber band, that's used to hold the bead in place, cut it and then take out the beads and then take out the hair. Joey was really good, because this was pretty late at night. She was supposed to be in bed, but it was just one of those days that i knew i had so much to do the next day that i just planned ahead, and i decided i was just going to take it out that night get it washed and Get it ready now we're all done, taking her hair out and it's time to go wash. The girl is just such a sweet, sweet girl and i have to keep her busy the whole time. Look at that kiss. Oh hello, guys. I i wash my hair. Yes, we just washed the waist here and we're going to put some olive oil. This is what oil extra virgin olive oil. That'S what put it in your hair. Yes, so one of the things i realized is that zoe sleeps, very good after her hair is washed, and so here i was just putting them in cornrows, because i know i was going to be gone for like the whole day the next day, and i started, I think it was a sunday one of the perks of being married to a pastor. Is that a lot of times i'm gone away from my family, my child, my daughter so most times i like to plan ahead think ahead and that's why sometimes we have to do stuff like this at this type of time of the night but she's just so So sweet um, a few days after we still didn't, get a hair appointment, so i just took out the corners and i'll pack it up for her for her just to be home at her home school. Do you see what she just did the smiley face on the cup was her face in her, so she turned it to face her so cute, so she had that in for a few more days until you know her appointment. So, since the last time you saw me with zoe, her hair has been in two ponytails after you know the two cornrows going back for a few days now and we're just going to go and get it washed, because tomorrow she's going to be getting her hair Done, thank you. Mommy you're welcome we're done washing zoe's hair and i'm going to put it in two cornrows going back so that they're, nice and stretched out for tomorrow, it's the next day and his hair appointment. They meet mommy jude she's, the real og she started. Doing our hair since the first time we came to our belcatur, i bet you didn't know. Zoe could cry like that yep so, and this is not normal for her for me - she's, usually very nice and cooperative. I think it's because i was there. I don't even know, but the head didn't turn out as nice as i wanted it to be um and she picked out her beads, believe it or not. She wanted christmas beans, she wanted white, green and red, and she got it because she was so sleepy afterwards because she spent all her energy crying. So this is our interim christmas hair, not our real christmas hair me. On the other hand, i was so excited about doing my crochet myself. I told mommy jude not to worry in fact the way she did my cornrows. I had her changes because you know of the type of crochet that i was going to be installing i was so excited. I had you know the picture in my mind. I knew what i wanted and all of that and i went in for it. So i started to install um the crochet hair and this one is reggie, that's the style, it's just kinky and long, and if it's done well, it's really nice and depending on like the person's facial structure and even like the construction of the cornrows, i did not Like it guys like it, took me, maybe like 30 minutes to install no, maybe like 45 minutes to install, i did not like it and i was gon na. Take it right out yeah, i just couldn't imagine myself. First of all, it was heavy um. It was hurting and then keeping it in for how long i just so i started taking it now. Have you done this before you know, i'm so happy, because mommy drew does insisting that she was going to do it for me and if she did, i would have had to pay for it. So i was doing taking it out with so much joy, because i knew that you know i would have peace i'll have comfort. I was even tempted to cut my hair like and obviously pj is not home he's not around. I don't know if you've noticed, so why not cut the whole hair off when we let out can be explaining, but right now i just feel like cutting the hair off. I just wanted to have my peace and quiet freedom on my head. I thought i needed to like put in an effort for the baby girl life. You know, but at the end of the day i was just like. Let me just take it out and have some peace. I can still wear a wig for the meantime, we'll be thinking about christmas, hair and christmas. Hair might end up just being christmas week uh, because of the way the weather is looking like, there's so much heat wearing hammertown now, and this hamatan is not a joking hamatan in abokta hamatan, as by the heat, the cold part of a matana of my head. Come so i can't just imagine - and i sweat on my scalp, so this would have just been horrible horrible horrible. A few moments later i was done guys like i was sweating. I was uncomfortable. I was just over it, but you know what was making me really happy. The fact that i decided early enough quickly, in fact before i walked out of that zoe's classroom. I knew that you know this, i'm not doing this and it's better to just deal with it at that time than to carry it for maybe a day or two days, and then you take it off.
