My Christmas Hair Hasn'T Arrived So I Dyed My Black Wig | Water Color Method| Vlogmas Day 8

And just like, when i opened up the bowl that came out, ah hey guys, how are you doing today today is wednesday 15th of december. It is 10 days to christmas. It doesn't feel like it, but it is actually 10 days to christmas. Wow anyhow guys welcome to another vlog okay, so today's wednesday - and my major assignment for today is to dye one of my weaves. So it's quite new, i'm going to show you guys how it looks, definitely um, but the problem was that i ordered hair during black friday and they said they're going to start shipping out like 17 and i was cool with its dinner. But like now, i'm just like. Okay, i have concerts coming up this weekend. I want to hang out, and the week has not yet arrived just in case there's any delay. Okay, because i know i was sent in my details for delivery quite late, so just in case there's any delay. I still have something to look pink in okay. I'Ve been wanting to color that we wanted to give someone to color it, but now i'm at the face in my life, where i'm trying to learn how to do certain things by myself, kind of especially all these hair skills. Just because of in case i travel or when i travel, because man have you seen how much hairdressers charge in the uk and the us that's a lot of money money that i might not have to part ways with i've, never colored a wig by myself. So this is my first time doing it. I'Ve watched a lot of videos on youtube, so i'm praying that it goes as planned. Anyhow, let me sit down i'll show you guys the weave the wig i'm going to color, i'm going to show you guys the things that i'm going to be using to color it as well in case you guys, are interested in getting them yeah so about to Color with wish me luck, guys, hey guys, so this is the weave that i want to dye. This hair is from just in cheese. I have two other weeks from just in cheese. They are both colored hair. I think i don't want to break my streak. Every hair from them is still going to be colored. It'S just that this time, i'm coloring some by myself, the two other ones were colored by them, um so yeah. This is the weave it's. I think this should be about 10 or 12 inches. I think i'm thinking 10, i'm thinking 10. yeah um, and this is just black. It'S wavy a bit just a bit um, it's actually a center part, but i prefer it as a side part. I think i'll, rather rock a side part than the center part with, like short cuts like this, unless it's a straight bulk wig, then i want it centered, yeah um, so i'm just going to color this i haven't cut off the lace or anything. This hair is like new newt has just been in my wardrobe, so yeah, that's this is the hair i'm going to dye. Let me put it back on my stand. So next thing i'm going to be using my cream developer. This is the same one that i used to dye my hair. If you haven't seen that video i'm going to leave a link up here, so you can see the video where my star dyed my hair. So this is cream developer. I'M going to be using. I'M praying to my ancestors that this thing is actually enough, because if it's not enough, i don't know, then i have this simmer professional bleaching powder you're going to have to bleach first before you dance, but i'm going to be mixing the bleach and developer and then Some water things i've seen online yeah. Then i have these two brushes and i have a mixing bowl. I might not use the mixing bowl, i don't think i'm going to use it. I honestly doubt um. I have gloves to wear so i just have this normal. Like surgical gloves, where i'm probably going to double it, you want to get gloves one because the bleaching powder i heard it gets hot and swimming um, then also for the dye too, so that you know it doesn't get on your skin. Then i have a bowl, which is where my hair is going to sit down to cook, so i got this bowl in um. All these um shops that sell packer broom those type of things, so normally they use this for, like keeping like food in the fridge. I know like my mom has some and that's what she used to use it for yeah. I also have the hair dye. Let me pick that up so for the hair dye i'm going to be using adore in paprika 72 paprika. So this is the hair that i'm going to be using it's liquid inside. I'M really praying that this particular color comes out. Well, um a bit skirt. I want it to get red to mix it with it um, but i'm just like no. He just sticks to this. I think this is kind of like orange reddish brown. I don't know if that makes sense, but i think that's kind of like the color i get from this anyhow, so i'm gon na start the process, i'm going to probably switch to like a voice over something, because i know that when you put that the bleaching Powder is filming. Your fan has to be on um so that you know you can get all of it, that your room is not tricked up yet so i'm gon na have to open up like the door too, as well, so that i'm not tripped up inside here. So i'm going to switch to a voiceover, but i'm still going to walk you guys through the process and fingers crossed this thing comes out nice. But if you're watching this video, it means that it came out nice or that i was bold enough to post. My mistake on the internet fingers crossed which one do you think is gon na, be which one to do yeah out my phone. Once i can write to you, i'm really bored, please don't ignore start, it is fun. Now i randomly know you love rainy days and you still live at home, it's cool, so the first thing is to pour the developer into the bowl. I used the whole bottle like everything i had left. I used it. I was even scared that i wasn't going to be enough. The first time i dyed my hair, i didn't use swimwear developer, so this one was almost a full bottle. Next, open up the bleach, which i had to struggle with a bit, it's a blue powder put it inside with the developer. I did not measure, i think, you're supposed to measure. I think it's like a one to two issue. That'S why i saw online bro. It was too late at this point. I next added hot water to the mixture, and i should have mixed the developer and the bleach first of all, to make a paste and add the water, because i ended up having lumps as you can see. Um, that's like started breaking down. I start using the brush. Then i said nope, let's do hands, so the water was a bit warm. It wasn't hot hot hot um and the mixture had not. If i don't start getting hot shower so um, i just mix it with my hands: try to press it down now it's time to put the wig inside. So you want to make sure that you get the products you know in the hair properly on the hair properly and mix it evenly mix it evenly and bring it out again dip it back inside open up different parts of the video and show that the products Are getting into like the weft? All of that brush through okay use a brush to brush through the wig, just to make sure that you know the product is distributed evenly as well? Because you want your weave to bleach evenly and properly added more water. And i'm going to let this sit in the mixture for a while. I really like you hey guys, so i'm done with the bleaching for now i'm gon na. Let it sit for about 30 minutes. I feel like 60 minutes a lot, but i don't just want to see how far it can go because, right now it's already looking golden brown yeah. That kind of sting is where i want to stop, but the more the bleach the merrier you understand. So i don't mind it going farther than that, since i'm still going to color it, you get um. So i have a meeting now. So i'm doing my meeting after my meeting, i would wash it off in the bathroom then come back and show you guys what the hair looks like okay. So this is 30 minutes later the hair has bleached properly and it was so hard like the mixture had he had absorbed everything you can see how hard it was, and it also like felt very, very stiff as well. So this is what it looks like. I'M going to get into the bathroom to wash this off properly, just i'm going to run water on it warm water first and like i'm, gon na use like cool water to rinse it off. If i'm too serious, then i might go crazy, walk down the street! Okay, so now it's time to do the dye, i have hot water in the bowl. Then i'm gon na pour the thick um adore dye, i'm just gon na pour enough and i'm gon na use my brush the second brush to mix it together. So we have that dark color once it wants to see that your water is dark enough, you're good to go, so i'm then going to dip the hair inside i'm going to dip it properly like we did for the for the bleach and the developer mix. I'M gon na soak it in properly turn it over. As you can see, the water is starting to get lighter. That means that the color is being transferred from the water to the hair. So you want to do that once you see, there's a color change. You go in with more of your dye, going, remove your dye and then mix the water again. Let it produce that dark, orange color or dark color, whatever mix you're, trying to color you're trying to use and then dip your hair inside again. So i did that repeatedly until i was satisfied with the color that i was getting on my sneakers sink. My heartbeat up with the speakers turn up the radio guys, so i'm done dyeing the hair. This is the results um i like the color, like. I think i actually got the color that i wanted this frontal here. The disclosure looks very, very red, i'm hoping that when the hair dries out, the rest of the hair would match the energy that it's given anyhow. Well, there's no lights! Now, what you're saying is brightness from window and also my led lights? I was able to charge my batteries before the lights went, so i'm currently using my battery now for my led lights. Yes, so i have a lot of cleanup to do this place is a mess i have water on the floor. The floor is weird. I have the gloves to trash. I have some things. I need to wash off that have the dye on them and the bleach too, and i have to be very careful with washing off those things so right now, i'm just going to get to that clean off, arrange everywhere. I'M also going to wash the hair like with shampoo and then i would blow dry it style. It i'll show you guys the result, but first of all i need to clean up this space yeah it's been a year since we lost, but now you're hitting me up telling me that it's been too long and you wan na meet up. This is like 3 a.m. Now, i'm about to do my makeup to film content. I have about four videos. I need to get ready. I have two for my instagram one for youtube and one for my business page guys. Now, like i love the color so much it's giving exactly where it's supposed to get like from now and spot, i'm going to be coloring, my wigs by myself, unless i want to do like something with highlights that i can't do for myself or i can't even Learn it i'm sure it's not that difficult anyhow, so i need to install this baby now so that i can go ahead with my filming and also wrap up this video. So let me take off my scarf. It even goes with my scarf. How nice? Let me take off my scarf um put on my wig cap and then put this on. Yeah don't be hiding behind your screen. I got too much stuff to do so. This is the week now. This is what the closure part looks like. I still need to put up the lace, so i'm gon na get my scissors and quickly do that guys. So i've cut off the lace. Now it's off. Okay, i tried to feel myself while cutting it. I don't know if i'm gon na add that clip, because it was rough. My head was literally out of frame or view rather um, so yeah, but this is what the hair looks like. I absolutely love this guys, like best transformation week transformation. I have done by myself like i've colors on my wigs before and like not by myself, like other people, and i think i actually prefer this one like this color is my color like it goes so well with my skin. It'S making my color pop the more and you know i just like the look i like the curls so that it did. I really pray that this day, i'm probably going to use more hairspray on the wig when i take it off so that it stays like this. At least i will have something to wear for like the weekend and just pull the back down very well. My cornrows underneath are not the flattest, so i think it's making the hair look a little bit big, but i would get me tacos. Don'T leave her today or tomorrow morning, yeah. So what you guys think about my hair. I love it like. I can't get over this transformation. Okay, so just in case i slipped or you missed the part details about this hair. First things. First, the weave itself, the wig came black from just inches okay, and i, like the quality of the hair, it's good. It was able to hold the curls quite well and also you know, was able to keep its quality during coloring, because you know a lot of times when you color me. It tends to be very dry, it's very, very tangly, shady and all. But for me once i put conditioner on the hair, it kind of came together and the time the shedding was literal to nothing honestly. So next would be the things i used for coloring, the hair, the dye, the bleach um, some of the the mixing bowl and the brush. I got that from wig tools um week two. I think they have a store in lucky a jar and schooler or um. I messaged them on instagram and they sent me things that i needed. Rather, i asked them for things i needed and then they sent it across to me here. My friend recommended the bleaching powder for me. She is also someone that does weak, vamps and dying of hair, so she recommended the simmer bleaching powder for me. That'S why i use that flat bleaching powder for a door. I'Ve always liked a door, and i like the fact that they had a range of colors. I wanted to go for something kind of like reddish brown kind of so i searched online and i saw like oh paprika was a good color and okay. Let me just use paprika. I wanted to actually mix it with red, i'm very happy that it makes me red because i feel like if i did that it would have been too too too much yeah. So let me know what you think about this hair transformation um. If you want to dye your hair you're free to use the steps that i use when i was dying, the hair, it did actually get filming, i covered the boulder, so it reduced how bad it was in my room it just when i opened up the bowl. Oh la la la la la la la la udo that came out. Ah, it was strong, not maybe not a strong smell, not like she's smelling, but it was just strong like thing just entered my knees straight. So when you open it up, you're gon na cover it, you want to step back okay and let it come out. Probably you should open advice open it up in like maybe outside so take it outside then open it up. It means you can rinse off the beach outside your house instead of doing it inside my room, because my hats open up everywhere at some point yeah. So that's it for this video.
