Bleached And Beat. Red And Green Split Dye Hair? Christmas Hair Fail

All right, hey everybody, so here we have. My hair is sectioned into four parts. Um i got just as close as middle parted, as i could possibly get is i have like an interesting hairline, so uh yeah christmas, hair 2020. Here we come so here we are, as you can see, i placed some of that uh black onyx color that i have all around my root area and i put some bleach to remove some of the rest of the color um. I'M gon na put some aluminum foil over the bleached pieces of my hair. I'M going to um warm up my hair with the hair dryer for five minutes and then i'm going to go wash it out. I don't think it's going to take that much longer. For this to process, it's already pulled a whole lot of the pink and purple out of my hair, so yeah, let's not fry this baby off hey, so i just got done drying this hair. I don't know if you remember in the last video that i used this um onyx from uh chi um that i was like. Oh, it's got a blue base. Well, go figure that i must have touched it enough with the bleach that i dragged that blue all through my hair, as you can see all of the purple, all of the pink is out of my hair. However, it is oh slightly splotchy in a few areas where it seemed like it wanted to pick up, but instead it just like dragged color down. I don't know but um this. This is not what i was going for. So i was hoping to do a split die with a red on one side and green on the other side. For you know christmas um. Now, i'm a little afraid if i put red on any of this with so much blue, that it'll turn out more purpley than i want. Obviously i want it to be red, i don't want it to be purple and green. I want it to be red and green um, but i don't know i mean at this point. I could go ahead and add my um green, like a pretty jade color um, i could go ahead and add that green to my ends and kind of call that a day, but i don't know, should i give up on the red. I don't know. I guess when i come back, um you'll see what i officially decided and if i do do red doo doo, if i do do the red, does it turn purple in a minute i wanted to share with you the colors that i mixed up. They look gorgeous in the bowl, i'm very excited. I did do a little test strand with the hot red that i have and it seemed to cover. I think, um that blue and didn't seem to turn really purpley just seemed to turn into a deeper red. So, let's see what's gon na happen. Well, the red side turned out very nicely. The red covered very much of that light blue shade that we had left over after bleaching um what the heck, what the heck yeah. I see this right. It'S like super blue. I kind of expected it to be. Like you see this color that grain that shift here, i thought it was going to be that jade color um yeah. I guess i did not mix it well enough or put enough yellow. I thought i put plenty of yellow you just put the wrong blue to mix in with or something, but it is so funny so now, instead of like holiday colors. Well, i guess i think i still match a holiday. It'S just like the fourth of july. Instead of christmas, oh gosh, but it is still fun. I'M gon na see uh. Hopefully this will kind of mellow out, hopefully it'll turn a little greener before the holidays. I don't know um, i i i'm enjoying the split die so, but i guess i'll give you an update on that. If this fades to like the jade color that i was expecting hoping for, i don't know we shall see. I have no more bleach left in this house, so i guess first chance i get all be reloading like this green is so pretty what the heck hello. So here is an update on my christmas hair uh. As you saw from the last video i had really blue hair uh. I don't know what went on with my mixture, but it was no good um, but now it's this beautiful green. This is like exactly what i wanted um and simply what i did uh was i washed my hair. I tried to wash that blue out. I washed my hair, probably three four four showers. I washed it with salt and head and shoulders like a little mixture. A strange mixture um and then i put yellow over it. It was still very blue and i just figured like why not let's try it and if not. I guess that i will just have red and blue hair for christmas, but um yeah. I added yellow um that mellow my yellow, as you can see it like really picked up a lot like like you, can even see some of the yellow over here. So cool but oh don't mind all my highlighter and then all my glitters but um and the red still looking beautiful um. When i did all those washes to my blue. I was just like really careful with my red side. I didn't rent it as thoroughly or scrub as much with my shampoo and yeah, i'm happy to say that i've got my lit dye christmas, hair um.
