4 Different Waterfall Braids For Beginners - Perfect Christmas Hairstyles 2020 - Braid Like A Pro!!

Hey guys welcome back to my channel today, i'm going to show you how to do four different waterfall braids step by step for beginners. The first step is to take a small section of hair at the front and then split the hair into three equal sections then take the top strand and cross it over and into the middle then take the bottom strand and cross the bottom strand over and into The middle again cross the top strand over and into the middle then you're, going to pick up a small section of hair and then add the hair to the middle strand now cross. The bottom strand, over and into the middle then pick up a small section of hair and add it to the middle strand. I prefer to not drop the bottom strand in this stitch, but to add hair instead, because that way, you don't have hair on your face, but do feel free to let go of the bottom strand in this stitch. If you want the waterfall effect closer to your head again cross the top strand over and into the middle and then pick up a new small section of hair and add it to the middle strand. Now, instead of crossing the bottom strand over and into the middle you're going to just drop, it then pick up a new section of hair right next to it, and this is going to be your new bottom strand. So now take the new bottom strand and cross it over and into the middle again cross. The top strand over and into the middle and then pick up a new section of hair and add the hair to the middle strand. Then drop the bottom strand and pick up a new section of hair right next to it, and this is again your new bottom strand then take the new bottom strand and cross it over and into the middle now cross, the top strand over and into the middle. Then pick up a small section of hair and add it to the middle strand again you're going to let go of the bottom strand then pick up a new section of hair right next to the strand and then cross the new strand of hair over and into The middle then cross the top strand over and into the middle and then add some hair to the middle strand. Now let go of the bottom strand and then pick up a new strand of hair then cross the new hair over and into the middle again cross. The top strand over and into the middle and then add some hair to the middle strand, then drop the bottom strand and pick up a new section of hair and cross. The new section of hair over and into the middle then take the top strand and cross. It over and into the middle and then add some hair to the middle strand, then drop the bottom strand and pick up a new section of hair and cross it over and into the middle. So i decided to braid all the way to the back of the head, because i was doing another waterfall braid on the other side, and then i tied the two braids together to create a half up, half down hairstyle, just like you saw in the intro. But you can stuff the braid wherever you want just do a basic braid with the ends of the hair and tie the braid off or secure the braid with a bobby pin. Then let go of the strand in the middle then take the bottom strand and cross it over the top strand, so they switch places then grab a new section of hair next to the top strand and place it in between the two strands. Again, let go of the strand in the middle then take the bottom strand and cross it over. The top strand then grab a new section of hair right next to the top strand and place it in between the two strands again take the bottom strand and cross. It over the top strand then grab a new section of hair next to the top strand and place it in between the two strands. So when you get to the back of your head or wherever you want, the braid to end then tie the braid off with an elastic, and i will leave a link to the ones i use down below. If you want a half up, half down hairstyle then do another twisted waterfall braid on the other side and then tie the ends together in the middle. The first thing you have to do is to take a small section of hair at the front and then braid that hair into a basic braid. And if you don't know how to do a basic braid, then i will leave a link to my beginner's video down below and also in the upper right corner. When the braid is long enough to reach the back of the head, then take a small elastic and tie the braid off. Then you're going to take a topsy tail like this one, and i will leave a link to all the things i'm using in this video down below. You can also just use your fingers, but this tool makes it a lot easier. Then take the topsy tail and push it through the braid, and it's almost like there is a top loop and a bottom loop on the braid and you're pushing the tool through the bottom loop. Each time then you're going to pick up a new small section of hair and then pull it through the big loop on the topsy tail then take the topsy tail and pull it back through the braid. Then you have to repeat all that. So push the topsy. Tail through the next bottom loop in the braid again you're, going to pick up a new small section of hair and then pull it through. The big loop on the topsy tail then take the topsy tail and pull it back through the braid again you're, going to push the topsy tail through the bottom loop of the braid and then pick up a new section of hair just like before then pull it Through the big loop on the topsy tail then take the topsy tail and pull it back through the braid. So that is all you do so continue to pull small sections of hair through the braid until you reach the back of your head or wherever you want. The braid to stop when you get to the back of the head, then you can either pin down the braid or grab a small section of hair under the braid and then tie the hair and the braid together with an elastic. So the braid doesn't fall down. If you would like a faux waterfall, braid, half up half down hairstyle, then do another braid on the other side and then tie the braids together in the middle. The first step is to take a small section of hair at the front and then split that into two equal sections. Then you're going to take the top strand and split that into two equal sections. Then you're going to take the bottom strand and pull it through. The two sections then hold both of the strands in one hand and then pick up a new section of hair right next to the top strand then place the new hair in between the two strands and then let go of the new hair. So it falls down between the two strands, then split the top strand into two equal sections and then pull the bottom strand through the two sections, just like before again pick up a new section of hair right next to the top strand and then place the new Hair in between the two strands and then let go of the new hair, again split the top strand into two equal sections and then pull the bottom strand through then pick up a new section of hair and place. The new hair in between the two strands. Then split the top strand into two sections and then pull the bottom strand through again pick up a new section of hair and then place it in between the two strands. Then split the top strand into two sections and then pull the bottom strand through then continue. Those steps until you reach the back of your head or wherever you want the braid to end. So when you get to where you want the braid to end then tie the braid off at the top with an elastic, and i will leave a link to the ones i'm using down below.
