Hi everyone and welcome to the Christmas special of Hair With Hollie.. So it's all about bows today.. I am going to show you how to make a gorgeous hair bow. That'S perfect for the Christmas season. [ music ]. So we are going to start by curling. All of the hair, with just a bit of movement towards the ends., So just working kinda mid to halfway down the shaft of hair., Just pop a few waves in the bottom, using either GHG or I'm using a curling wand. Here.. If you have quite natural movement in your hair, it will look cute., But if not just pop in a few curls, just to give it a real textured look. And continue doing this until you've used up all of the hair.. Ok. So now that the entire hair has been curled with a lovely soft wave flowing through it., I'm just going to section off the top half and we're going to start making our bow. So just taking hair from both sides of the head about halfway. Just a little bit over the ear. Just going to pull this hair back and start working it towards the back of the head and then secure in place with a bobbin.. So once you've wrapped the hair around once wrap the bobbin around a second time and pull the hair through. Then stuff, when the bun is about two inches big.. So we are just going to split this in the middle. Really simply like so., Then I'm going to pin these sections to the sides.. So when you're happy with the sections, we are just going to take another little piece of hair from the end of the bobbin.. From the end of the pony tail, we are going to wrap this around up and over.. This forms the middle of the bow., So pin this section in place and then we're going to start chaffing, our bow. Nice. So taking the adjacent section here just puff the back flat against the head and anchor it in place with a pin. Once you have the bow anchored, you can work on making it a bit neater looking.. So just tie the top half here in place and do the same for the bottom, half too. Any surface hair. If you find it sticking out of this, just stick it back up into the bow.. Do the exact same thing on the other side., When your happy with your bow, we are going to go, come back to the middle section. Here. Then just wrap it around the bow. Pick a side and kinda pull it through.. So you are going to secure the top half in place with a barrette. Kind of going through the bobbin. If you know what I mean. Pull your amazing hair down and just slip a pin in so it brings it back up under the bobbin. Once your happy with your bow and it's all anchored in place with grips., Just finish off with a good spitz of hairspray. Smoothing down any loose little flyers, you have., So there you have it guys, a the perfect hairstyle for the Christmas season, a gorgeous festive bow..
