I love my natural hair and i'm sure you do too, but then there are some natural hair trends. I would really love to see us teach or leave behind in the year 2022. Yes, personally, i believe that when you are a new natural, there is every tendency for you to be a product junkie, and that is why i actually made a video for new naturals um. It is just if your hair routine, takes us and, or you spend more than your budget or half of your budget, then, since you are actually doing way too much and you need to cut down you need to you need to slow down. You need to reduce your pace, and that is one trend we really need to teach. We really need to ditch this trend in 2022.. Let'S get right into the third trend. We actually need to ditch in 2020. Next trend we need to ditch only behind in 2022. Is obsession with cold definition? Let'S just stop the obsession with specific hair type. Like i don't get, i don't get why. Why are we so obsessed with specific hair type? I don't. I don't really get like why why, but then that is one of the things we need to do to drop that need to leave that with 20 21 and then go into 2022 with a different mindset. First of all, black naturals are typically somewhere along the type four kinky colony range, and that is fine. That is okay. Let us just stop the sentiments between coily coily, good hair and then black geeky, hair or black bad hair. I don't i don't really get. You just need to stop this, and then you need to know that whatever hair type you have kinky curly curly. I hope you guessed type 3a type, 4a typhoo beta 4c hair. They are all good. They are all good. All beautiful and then you just need to get to love your hair. What are the hair type for the black naturals? I also want you to note that our hair is naturally defined. Our cores are far tighter and there is nothing absolutely wrong with that. There is nothing absolute, absolutely wrong with that. Let'S just get this in the back of our mind and then ditch the obsession with core definitions and call patterns and all that hair typing stuff. Let'S get right into the next this to be the last point or the last trend. But then, let's go on with this first now, the last hair trend, i'll really love us to ditch, is laying our edges. Laying our edges only don't lay my edges. But then, when laying your edges or when linear edges becomes a creative act form, then there is a problem. There is a problem and then again, when you constantly lay your edges, you are indirectly causing more harm than good to your edge. Now you know some of the consequences that comes with constantly laying your edges constantly your edges are constantly laying your edges. Your edges just begin to thin out and then before you know it, you begin to lose your hairline on your edges, and that is not just. These are some of the few things or the few trends.
