Hi guys welcome back to my channel. Thank you so much for clicking on this week's video. Now this week's video is really geared towards answering all of your questions about my hair. So i thought it's time for me to share just a few tips about what i've been doing to get my hair looking so much more healthier. Let me just break it down. Okay for those of you who have been here for a little while you know that this is a big achievement and i've gone from this to this in such a short space of time. I want to share those little secrets of you. Okay, get get your tea! Your popcorn, have you got your things? Okay, then, let's starting okay. So before i go, i just want to say a big thank you to my online friends who are amazing. Thank you. So much for all of your messages and all of your encouragement. You guys went in on the comments. Thank you so much okay, so, let's just get on with it. So for those of you who've just come across my channel, i've had a massive hair growth. I'D know my hair just seems to be thicker and i think it's the compound effect - that's been taken place after me, consistently following a routine like i'm, really really deliberately working on my routine for my hair care, i'm just going to share six things that i feel I'Ve been doing that has actually made the difference all right. Okay, so i had to go and do some errands, so my hair might even be a puffier because i had to go out so humidity. So, okay, my dear sis, you better, listen good to this. Listen! I'M not a herologist, i'm not a cosmetologist, not a hair stylist. I don't have a profession in the beauty industry. I just love doing my hair all right, so in no particular order. The number one is. I started to incorporate a lot of teas tea, rinses, hair teas. However, you want to say: okay, evader diys, with natural herbs and powders. I came up with, as you guys know, the hair conditioning tea that particular hair tea is amazing. It'S not only just a great balance of protein and moisture, but it also has great properties in there. That'S a dht, blocker cis. I seem to be retaining the length so on average, every seven to ten days, i'm brewing a new hair conditioning tea very quickly. I just want to say any of the products i'm mentioning here in my six tips. All of the products that i'm using are basically amari me products. You don't have to use these products, i'm not here to sell you a morry me. I don't want to come off as a salesperson. All right, just we've got you know what i'm talking about. We'Ll leave the details in the description box. You can just check out the ingredients list and sis if you don't like it, get something. That'S quite like it. All right now, the reason why i like to do teas every single week is because it really keeps my hair. Soft and shiny hair teeth are packed with nutrients and many of the teas increase. Blood flow to the scalp have antioxidants and cleansing properties, also antibacterial properties and amino acids, hair, t's or t rinses prevent split ends and they also keep your scalp healthy. This is good. Are you? I can hear the kettle going on you're going to brew. Yours now. Aren'T you right? The second thing that i did that i feel that has really made a difference. Is i have been dusting my ends and trimming my hair. I'Ve been mainly dusting because i just don't want to get rid of the inches now. The reason why i do dusting often is because there is a technique in it that allows you to just take off the split ends or the dead ends and allows you to keep your leg but girl. There comes a time you have to just cut it in i'll leave a link up here for you to see the tool that i use. That gave me a really great salon kind of gave me the shape that i've got right now, yes, daring! I did this myself number three. Oh my goodness. I love this one, because this particular one is my diet. I drank a lot more water and i also ate a lot more foods that would promote hair growth. I really researched into different superfoods, for instance, zinc and iron magnesium. Now i do have an ebook that gives a lot more detail on the types of foods, because i really followed the diet routine that i have in the e-book i put chia seeds over my salads. I put chia seeds in my smoothies i like to snack on chia seeds. Pudding cheers for the win. Okay, so number four is that i started to use smaller portions when styling my hair, very small amount, very small. I said it. Yes, i said eat and i really think that that has made such a difference, because my hair is not as uh flat. It'S a lot more freer, i mean the curls seem to be. I mean this is day six. I tell you there's six now for those of you who are on my instagram. You know that i'm launching a curl defining jelly and this curl defining jelly is what has kept my hair. It'S just set my curls and it's defined my curls very quickly. Number five. The fifth thing i think i've been doing that has made the difference to my hair. I'Ve been finger detangling there you go using your fingers, you can detect where the knots are a lot more easier and the last thing which is number six uh yeah. I just scheduled in weekly masks. I'Ve been incorporating masks into my routine of late master, actually use ingredients, natural ingredients that are gon na, just give it some of that, and that's it now. To be honest, i have no idea which one of those six things has actually made the difference. It could have been the dusting or the trim in my hair that has given my curls the pop that it needs it could be the finger detangling. I don't know you know, i'm not getting rid of hair, that's not supposed to leave my head or it could be the t rinses that have got amazing nutritional value for my scalp, because scalp love is going to give you healthy hair growth. It could even be my diet, hey what i am eating. Hey and the just using natural products will stop. It could be anything all i do. Is i'm intentional to study my hair, so i never want to get it to the stage where my hair is getting dry. I'M trying not to focus on length, i'm really trying hard anyway guys! That'S it! Let me know in the comments: what's your one take away from this, did you learn anything? Did it help you and if you as well, have had really good hair growth, you want to share some of your tips and what you've been doing to retain length and health in your hair. Please share it in the comments. Okay, we all need to learn from each other. Thank you so much for watching this video. I really appreciate you and you new subscribers. Thank you for joining mel's world. Don'T forget to give it a like and share the video, because it really helps my channel guys. I will see you again in my next video. You take care and god bless. You look after yourself.
