Hey guys welcome back to my youtube channel today we are talking all things hallo, so I'll be sharing one of my secrets of how I got my hair super long thick and just what I've basically been using all my life. So it comes in a box like this, and in this is the bottle, as you guys can see, it's small, it's a 20 mol, and if you guys don't know what bergamot isn't is it's basically as such as type of food, and it has various rock prophet? So there's always a better bit of citrus in my ear, which is great and the other way I've started using. It is when i refresh my so my scalp gets itchy, I'm working out and busy, and you don't have time to do a full wash day. So this is what I do. I just shake it off of the essence, as you guys can see, is at the top mix it with some water check it out, and then we started flying so all I do is focus on the scalp cause. I mean that's where he knows so I'll. Just play it in and work it in. Bergamot essence has been one of my toe cream at literally since I was a kid there, it was used my mom used to use it for coconut oil if I use it with coconut well, it feels like this too many oils on me, so I just prefer Using it as ease, you can also favorably. Add it with your leave-in conditioner. Oh, when you do like a fee foo as well and yeah. I'Ve seen people put it in the shampoo. I don't know a thing about the oil in my shampoo and leaving it in there, but this is what works for me.
