Okay, when i took the braids off, i wash it and i conditioned, and i did a little treatment and everything and i braided it first no heat, i didn't blow dry or anything, and it's been on for like three good months within the three months. I didn't just sit down. I oil, my scalp, and sometimes i use some of the oil to rub on my hair and massage it and pull it a little yeah for um blood circulation. It helps with hair growth.
