Hi friends, most of you know that guava fruit has tons of nutrients.. In this video. We are going to see how to use guava leaves for hair growth.. You can try this when you visit villages and the preparation is also easy.. Vitamin C in guava leaves controls, hair fall and improves hair growth. Take 10 fresh guava leaves. People in villages can get this easily and in city. Also, you can find these trees. As we are going to use this for hair. Let us clean the leaves thoroughly.. I am washing the leaves in a bowl of water.. Add the washed guava leaves in a mixie jar., Add little water to grind it. Vitamin B and Vitamin C in guava leaves controls, hair, fall., Anti fungal and anti-microbial properties present in it strengthens the hair roots. If your hair density is less, then do try this remedy., Your hair growth will increase. After grinding filter the juice alone, with the help of a strainer., Our scalp will easily absorb this.. This cures, dandruff itchy scalp dry scalp and keeps your scalp healthy. Apply this on your scalp when it is clean after hair wash., Because if you apply on your scalp when is not clean, then there will be no use. Use a cotton pad or cotton ball to Apply this on your scalp. No need to apply on your hair. After applying give a gentle massage for 10 minutes.. This improves blood circulation on our scalp and helps in hair growth.. The collagen improving properties present in it will surely give hair growth., Leave it for 2 hours and wash your hair with warm water.. If you have hair fall problem, use it continuously twice in a week for best results.. If you don't have hair fall problem, then use it once in a week.. It will control hair fall and gives you a healthy hair growth.
