Hello, everyone welcome back to my channel momna for moment's life. If you're new welcome to my channel, i post about a lot of different things here, i don't want to say what that exactly is, but it may be hair skin anime tv shows just anything i like, because it's my life anyway, i'm back again after a while Guys, actually, i know i don't post often i don't know if anyone watches my videos anymore, but did anyone ever watch my videos to begin with is a real question. I think only one of my videos did really well and it was just my wax burn video, which i kind of think i should make an update to, but i don't really think it's necessary anymore, but if you guys watch that video, definitely let me know if You guys want to know part two, not a part, two, a part of three by now of just explaining that but yeah, let's just get right into this video, so a little while ago. I actually i go through my youtube comments once in a while. Just to see like what people are asking in case, like i think of making a video for something - and i feel like this is a topic that came up on one of my no. How do i say this? I was looking through the comments that i get. Sometimes and one of my videos, which had like probably 300 views a little while ago, has a thousand now and then i noticed someone commented asking me if a certain hair product worked because they were struggling with hair growth and stuff. So i was like i really should make like an update on how my hair is doing and like what i've been doing to keep it healthy. So, as the title says, health over hair growth, basically because i've been so obsessed with growing my hair for so long. Like i would want long hair, even if it were like thin and that's how i was feeling in the past and like i kept going like it's growing a little bit and i was scared to cut it because i was like. I want it to be long. Long long, well, you can't get long hair unless you cut it. So i wrote down, i believe, five things i had to write them down, because sometimes i just jabble off and then i like forget what i wanted to actually get across in a video. So you guys, yes, let's go, i'm going to go ahead and start with the i made four things and then the fifth bullet point is going to be all the products that i use currently and i'm going to talk a little bit about my hair journey. My hair grows, and i even have past videos where you can go, find them i'll link them below. You can see the difference in my hair compared to that and now like i actually got my hair cut today, so it is a little shorter. Let me go. Let me show you guys the back, because i don't i kind of want to see pictures for me, so this is the back of my hair right now, lengthwise just a little while ago, it was probably up to here. I got it cut today because i noticed i was getting a lot of split ends again. So the first thing i want to discuss with you guys is: don't straighten your hair. That'S the first thing on my list. The only way i was able to see such improvement in my hair, it's because i stopped straining it so like to you guys right now. This might not be very long aside from length wise. My hair is very, very healthy right now, it's like the healthiest. My hair has ever been it's thicker. It'S has volume i can like play with it. I can just go like this and it'll just look decent. All the parts of my hair are very even i'd. Like to say compared to, like my whole life, this is the healthiest my hair's ever been and it first started getting very healthy. Once i stopped straightening it you guys, let's just strain my hair every single day non-stop and like i don't have naturally straight hair. I have puffy curly hair. If you guys seen one of my videos, you would have seen how crazy my not crazy how puffy my hair can get and yeah for a long time. I just never know how to style that kind of hair, so i was always going towards just straining it non-stop, which evidently burnt it out and ruined it. So that was a big mistake and if you're someone that illustrates the hair, even if you have like wavy, hair or semi wavy, hair, almost straight hair, don't use a flat iron every single day use it. If you know you're going somewhere, it's a holiday, your birthday, etc, etc. You guys get the point. That'S the only time you should straighten your hair other than that go 467 a year, four, six, seven months to a year without, like straightening your hair. I straighten my like this my hair straight right now, because i want to go get it cut, but i usually don't straighten my hair at all and the reason is it causes more split ends. Split ends is what causes breakage? That'S why you have to get your hair cut. I get my hair cut, i believe, every four to six months. I try to go every four months now this was the four month mark. I got it and guys, those of you that are scared to cut your hair and think it's not going to grow back trust me. I was in your shoes. I was terrified to cut my hair because i just thought like once i got it: it's not going to grow back because it's never been growing yeah. That is a myth. As soon as you cut your hair you're, going to notice healthier hair growth and it's just going to get longer and healthier, not even just longer very healthy you're going to feel your hair, be like oh, my god, my hair is so healthy, which is really nice. So please try that and if it works, i'm going to be so happy for you and i guarantee it's gon na work. I don't care what anyone says. That'S gon na work because i struggled with hair loss all the time and i didn't know it was because i wasn't cutting off the dead hair and i was constantly moving up and cutting the rest of my hair and ugh i'll just add a picture here for Fun, i've added pictures in other videos, but i'll show you guys how my hair looked before so this picture right here. I hope i found the right one, because i kind of looked through my phone but like it was hard to find this picture by the way. Guys, i'm saying that now, but i got ta go look for it after this, but in this picture it's not like it's not that good of a picture, but the split ends were crazy. The unevenness was terrible, and at this point my hair wasn't getting past that length and every time it did get past that length it would just fall right off, so i never saw improvement in hair growth, but yeah, as i said, everything i just said before - that Do that and you're gon na slowly see consistent, hair growth, healthier hair? You need to cut the bad hair to get the good hair. That'S what i want to give you guys from that number one bullet right there. The second thing i want to get into is again with split ends. If you wash your hair too often too often, meaning three times a week four times a week every single day, i know there's some people that watch their hair every day. Even if you have very very nice silky soft hair, it's still not good to wash your hair every single day, i'm pretty sure for everyone. It'S different before. I feel i feel like from my kind of hair, which is, i would say, on the curly side. I say wash your hair once a week if you have to twice a week, no more than that, i don't wash my hair more than once a week honestly, unless, like i like exercise - and i know i got ta wash off the sweat, obviously but other than That i literally only wash my hair once a week, wash your hair once or twice a week. That'S gon na help with the split ends as well and just keeping the natural oils in your hair that are needed to keep your hair healthy. Okay, guys and i've gone through it, so i'm telling you this works. My hair right now obviously is short because i got it cut so that i can grow healthier, but in a few months from now, probably like six months from now i'll make another video and i'll show you guys the difference in length, and maybe i should change My shirt, let me change my shirt, really quick i'll wear one of those shirts with lines and then i'll count. What line my hair is at right now and then i'll show you guys in six months, where it at where, where it's at at the end of the video i'll change the shirt and show you guys where my hair is at from the front and from the Back so yeah, that was the second bullet. I wanted to get across to you guys now speaking of natural oils in your hair. That'S my third thing. You throughout the week when, like i said i wash my hair once a week so say i washed my hair monday and now it's tuesday tuesday, my hair is clean. I'M not washing it wednesday, however, starting to get a little, you know it's been worn around. I'Ve been outside i've been here over there so on wednesday, by night time, i'll start putting little drops of oil in my hair and i'll show you guys the oils for the end that i use i'll just slowly, take a little bit in the night time when I'M like doing my moisturizer and stuff i'll, just like slowly just put a little bit of oil in the scalp into like the back scalp and i'll massage that in at first, because obviously it's still the third day of your hair being kind of washed. So you don't want to get oily too fast, but i slowly start putting oil into my scalp and then the next day i'll keep adding more and then, by the time my hair is starting to look. You know gross i'll start, adding hella oil to the ends. Like crazy to the ends to the ends here and then i'll like part, it open here and i'll start, adding oil there and you just massage massage massage and then, like you know, you can wrap your hair in something or, like i like to put a towel Over my pillow that way my pillow obviously doesn't get disgusting. I have a separate towel for stuff like that, but yeah like do that any type of oil that you might look into doesn't matter, there's so many oils out there good for your coconut oil, black seed oil, freaking, jamba oil. I don't even know if i said anything anyway. I use these amazing oils that i will show you guys yeah, so just do that, try to make it a routine like i made it a routine like i know once i wash my hair the third day and oily time so yeah that's another tip. I have that has really improved my hair, not just length which length guys my hair is the longest has ever been. So i showed you guys that other picture this was my hair right before i cut it. I it's not a great picture because i don't take pictures of them of my hair because i don't really make videos anymore, but i felt like i had to make this video, because hair people are always obsessed with hair growth and all this stuff. You know and hair health you have to get your hair healthy in order to get your hair to grow so yeah. This is definitely something to support hair health and then you're definitely going to see the growth come along with it, and you can't just stop once you see the length, that's like wasting your time so make sure you're always getting your hair cut, make sure you're, always Washing it, as least as possible as possible, don't use hot water in your hair. I still do sometimes i'm guilty because i like taking a hot shower but i'll try not to really get that on my hair yeah. Let me see - oh of course you want to avoid sulfates and parabens, and all that chemically stuff shampoo, wise. I use everything clean in another video i'll show you guys i'll make a whole video like my shampoo and stuff, but this video - i don't want to be too long, because i talk a lot and like yeah. Hopefully, someone is watching this and taking my advice because i'm telling you it works, it really works. Someone like me got healthy hair. My hair wasn't healthy from say age 12 to like 18 after eighteen, i started finally working on so eighteen, nineteen, twenty seven eighteen. Nineteen. Twenty one took me almost five years to get my hair as healthy as it is right now you guys holy hell. That was a long time so yeah, it's not an overnight thing. You'Re gon na have to consistently work hard and then one day you're gon na wake up like oh, my god, my hair is so healthy, i'm so happy and like yeah, you're gon na feel amazing. You guys so yeah, let's just get to the products. Now, that's kind of all, i have to say towards what you got to do to get your hair done healthy. What you got to do to get your hair healthy and look. It might sound like a lot of work and it is a lot of work and you're going to be like. Oh my god, please grow already. It'S going to take time. It'S going to take time and hard work. Everything takes time and hard work. So don't be a lazy i blurt that out, but you know what i said: yeah don't be lazy, do it and you're gon na thank yourself and once it becomes a habit, it's not even gon na feel like a chore anymore. So just take my word for it girl or boy. If you're trying to grow your hair, you know but yeah here's the products i use now that product milly right there i've been using that the longest. I think, but i think i got the most early improvement with that when i first started trying to get my hair healthy, that i have another video alone, i believe just on milling, which will be i'll link it down below. If you guys want to watch that video, but that product is amazing that biotin oil, it's so good, it is a little furry. I don't know if you can see the fur on it. I have a cat and oil sticks out there and then it gets stuck because of the air but yeah. Let me see the biotin is amazing. Obviously there's that purple one, that's really great stuff, it's actually for supporting hair growth. I use that and everything started using that i feel like i've seen my hair look healthier as well. Just like these products are something i use. None of these are crazy chemicals. You can go to target, you can go to a marshalls just before you buy a product, just make sure you're reading the ingredients making sure it doesn't have those bad chemicals in there and like google. If google is your best friend just write, what products to like? Look out for what to avoid what has sulfate like when i go into target i'll just start googling the the reviews for the item right while i'm trying to buy it just to make sure like it's all clean and everything, and you guys can do that too. Let me go ahead and put that shirt on to show you guys my hair really quick, see where we're at and then six months from now before i get it cut again, i will show you guys, like the growth and whatnot all right guys. So i changed my shirt really quick, just to show you guys with the lines where my hair is at and i'll wear this shirt again when i make an updated video. Hopefully my lazy ass makes that video, because guys youtube is hard work. I hate editing videos. It'S fun and then you get tired of it. Yeah if you guys want to start a youtube channel. Do it, but just know editing is not that fun when it comes down to it. I talk a lot, so my video ends up long and i got ta cut a lot of stuff out so anyway. This is where my hair is at. I don't know what line that is i'll count it later. So it's up to here from the front my head down right there: okay, i just got it cut today and then we're gon na do the back. Okay! That'S where it is at the back put my head down: okay and yeah, so i will see where what line i was at once i see the video but yeah you guys. I hope you guys enjoyed this video and found it helpful. I hope you guys apply this to your hair, no matter where you are with your hair journey or whatever these are. Some helpful tips was nice, seeing you guys again, if you guys are previously seen my videos but yeah, that's all for today. Hopefully i do make another video soon. I really want to thank you for watching. I hope to see you guys in my next video like subscribe and share. If this video was helpful, don't forget to turn your bill on and i will see you next time. Bye oil
