So i decided to apply four different hair masks back to back, because my hair has been through a lot. The weather condition has been so harsh on my hair, so i decided to apply four different hair masks. I have already posted my first two hair masks, and here i am with the third one, so i posted my first hair mask, which is my hydrating hair mask using okra. I also added few other items into this mix. I also told you i was going to be doing a high protein hair mask which i did using black rice and other products as well. So here i am with my taught hair mask. I will be doing a high cholesterol hair mask. I will be using melon seed, popularly known as egusi here in nigeria, so if this is the kind of video you think you'll be interested in, then let's just jump right into the main video hello guys welcome back to my channel. If this is your first time with your returning you're welcome so like i said, i am going to be doing a high cholesterol hair mask, i decided to use melon seed because it is high in saturated fat rich in magnesium, protein potassium, zinc, vitamin b2 and c. The amount of antioxidants found in melon seed helps to reduce scalp inflammation. The saturated fat also helps to moisturize your hair strands and follicles. So we're going to start by adding hot water into our blended melon seed, you're going to mix properly and then add more water. If you feel it too viscous once we're done, mixing we're going to let it sit for at least 5 minutes before we proceed to sieving, so i'll, be using my wig cap to sieve out the milk like i said, we only need the milk. We do not need the entire mixture. You can use any sieve of your choice. You can use your cheese cloth if that is what you have access to. So this is our melon milk. Next we're going to add some fresh aloe vera as usual. This is how i like to extract my own aloe vera gel. However, you want to extract your own gel. It'S fine. Just do you. As you all know, aloe vera helps to treat scalp infection like itchiness dandruff and any other infection. Next is avocado. Avocado is a great source of biotin which helps hair to grow. More healthier. Avocado contains antioxidants like potassium and magnesium, which helps to smoothen hair and add shine. Now that we've transferred our avocado into the blender, we're going to transfer our melon milk into the blender. We'Re also going to transfer our aloe vera gel into the blender. Next is egg egg is rich in vitamin a and e. It is also rich in biotin, which helps to moisturize hair strands egg also helps to improve hair elasticity. Next, we're going to add honey. Honey is a very good detoxifier, we're also going to add our extra virgin olive oil, which helps to moisturize hair strands. Finally, we're going to be adding our tea tree oil tea tree oil has antibacterial anti-fungal, antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties, which helps to treat dandruff, itchy scalp and any other hair infection once we're done, adding all our mix we're going to blend and then transfer our product into Our bowl - i don't know about you guys, but man, this got me salivating. I also did the second hair mask using black rice. If you don't know, black rice doesn't really have much touch, but i was able to manipulate it and it came out. Well, i decided to use black rice because it has more mineral contents compared to the white rice and the red rice. It doesn't mean the white rice or the red rice are not good; they are actually good. It'S just that. The black rice has more mineral content like potassium zinc, magnesium compared to the white and then the red rice.
