Do you suffer from old entire twist-out syndrome? Oh just asking! If you cry everyday, because your hair looks a mess, don't fret your prayers have been answered, just keep on watching for a quick and easy style that will get you to see the light of another wash day, alright guys. So I am starting out on an old and a dusty twist out and I'm just printing some water on it to make it more moisturize and easier to manipulate. Then I am going to part my hair into two sections, one half and the front one half in the back - and I am using my ears to make sure that I am just parting it in a straight line from one ear to the next ear. And then I'm going to go ahead and put away that back half so I can get started on the front half next. I am going to split the front half and two and I'm using my nose as a reference to make sure that I'm have heart is in the middle, because hopefully your nose is in the middle of your face. If not, I don't know, I don't know what to say, but I just create a straight line that separates that front half into two halves, and then I just put away one half so that I can work on it. The second half. How many times can I say, half in this video I don't know so, then I take that section and spread some more water on it to make it easy to manipulate and moisturize it and just get that all up in that section and just kind of get Rid of some of those shed hairs that might be there since it is an old twist out. Then I take my sole tentacles, not sauce. This is great for detangling, your hair and I take about a quarter. Dime nickel-sized amount really no, and I just put it all over that section and I'm going to use that to make finger detangling a lot easier. So within that section I then section it off into further sections. How many times can I say section, don't know so yeah, I just section it off into smaller sections and finger detangle, and you want to make sure that you're doing a very thorough job of finger detangling, because you don't want any definition. You want to remove all in any definition that might be left over from that twist out. You really want to get in there and pull apart your hair. That sounds terrible, but yeah you just want to pull apart all of the curls that might be in there from your twist out. So once I'm done doing that, I take my curls botanical gel and I take about a dime quarter. Nickel size amount of that and add it to that section, and I don't really know what this does look, but I just added it on there anyways it's more so for twist outs, but you know whatever it's fine and next I start to flat twist I'm not Even gon na lie and act like I know how to explain how to flat twist, because I don't but I'll attempt. So basically, of course, you have sort of two pieces, and I take the piece that is underneath and I yeah I'm not even gon na try just you know, just take a look and see how I do this I'll actually link some videos below that. Do a better job of explaining how to flat twist so that I can be of some service to you guys because yeah! So once I'm done flat, twisting I'll go ahead and pin the end of the flat twist back so that my flat twist does not unravel, and you can see here how my flat twist came out. It'S not perfect, but it'll do and then I just go ahead and do that to the other side, not gon na lie. My flats us were very uneven and crooked, because I'm no pro - but you know it's, it's fine, no one's perfect. So next I get started on the back section. So what I do here is, I take a small to medium sized section as if you were you know, gon na do a twist out or something of that sort take a small to medium-size section, and then I just put away at that larger section. I spritz that section with a little bit of water. Then I put some of my Sultana clothes, not sauce on it to detangle it, and then I add some of that curls botanical gel and that's where I think this stuff really works, because it makes my twist super defined. So once I'm done detangling and adding all my product, I go ahead and begin to twist that section and once I'm done twisting it, I will put it into a bantu knot and my hair is super short. So I was very lucky that might be an to not was able to stay, but if it's not, you can just use a bobby, pin and pin it so that it doesn't come out. So here's just an example of how I do it again. Taking that twist and bantu knotting it and again, if your hair is too short to stay in a bantu knot, you can always just bobby pin it so that it does not unravel. So. Here is how the back of my hair looks after I've been to knotted. All of the sections - okay, so y'all know that I'm not really wanting to schlep my edges. I don't know what got into me that night. When I was doing this style, I was feeling real froggy and I put some ecostyler as well as some design essentials. I don't know what you call it I'll leave it in the description box, yeah terrible mistake. It ended up leaving white residue on my edges that you'll see when I wake up in the morning. So don't do that if your hair is dirty. If it's clean, it's fine, if your hair is dirty like mine, was not a good look, booboo, not a good look. So I take my silk scarf and I tie it over my flat twist to flatten those out overnight and then I take my silk bonnet or my satin bonnet and I head off to sleep so then the next morning it is time to wake up and see How it's turned out yeah, so yeah look at my face and you can clearly see the matte edges were not on fleek. They were just anyways. Moving on. I take my main choice: essential oil growth oil mix. I don't know I'll leave it in the description box below, but I take that so that you I'm not breaking my hair as I'm manipulating it. But I essentially just take out those bantu knots and unravel the twists, and you can see here that I had some pretty solid definition: I'm not even gon na lie. It was pretty cute, it's pretty cute, so then I just take them all out in the back. I don't have a method to how I take them out. I literally just unravel them, nothing special. So once I do that, I just separate those twists a lot of people separate where it naturally separates. I do that, but then I do some more just because I'm one that likes volume of her definition. So I just went ahead and did some major separating of the curls in the back and as you can see, they were pretty popping. If I may say this on myself, then I take the ends of my flat twist and I pin them underneath the back section so that they're not necessarily showing, even though they're not really showing in the middle either. I'M not really sure why I pinned them underneath and didn't leave them where they were. I guess you can just kind of leave them pinned wherever you want as long as they're not showing, and then I just took my pick and I picked out the roots of that back section just to remove any parts and lines. I didn't really would like the way that the puff looked in the back. I wanted it to start a little bit lower, so I took my hair hook I'll leave a description or I'll leave a link in the description for this. But basically, I just hooked one side to one twist and the other side to the other twist and it allowed my puff to sort of start a little bit lower and it just made it a little bit more tamed in my opinion. So that's really it for this style. I hope you guys enjoyed it. If you did, you already know what to do, give it a thumbs up, because it's free also don't forget to subscribe, to see more videos by me, and I will see you guys in my next video. Oh peace,
