I didn't even see that one and that's in front of the one this one here is kind of like the one that she seen yesterday at Burton. I think the one that Burton was a look looked a little better to me. Let me show y'all what I got on, though, what cute right eNOS is day two hair, and these curls is just I'm just loving it. I'M loving the day and just wait three or four people over here out of jury counter. So I stopped by the beauty, supply store and I picked up Naya this hair here he's full up. I didn't find her address. I went to TJ Maxx then find her one. They didn't have any dresses over in a Kiat section and in the women's section, like I told y'all, she could fit a size small, but they were like all grown up looking and I strode Naya that dress that I originally had she didn't like. So I must have taken is phrase down. She brought the hop in and braids well, they already got two braids here. She bought the hop in the shower real, quick and she wants to watch her own. Here we go let her so I was trying to convince an idea to make videos on her YouTube because y'all know she post over there, every blue moon she bout to start working out eating right, not a good stuff right right. She did some sit-ups last night heal something out there to sit-ups. How many did you do you know? Are you just going minute? Look full 12! Oh, you did act on your phone or you know yeah YouTube, but if somebody was doing it five minutes over something fried minutes at what non-stop but yeah. I, what do y'all think about her doing her doc doing like little her workouts and the stuff that she eat in a low weight loss challenge, not a challenge but you're, not like a little weight loss diary, and I told her it a motivator as well, and She will motivate and inspire a lot of other kids. Isn'T she lovely it's so cute? Oh yeah, I just crocheted these and the reason I got her. Some photos is because these must was on sale for $ 3, a pack and my local beauty supply store. They was $ 8.99. I actually had heard some other kind of hair. Was it de pasión twist I had her twofold ex: that's either crinkly or the ones that's like loose at the ends, but for $ 3. I was like she go. Have these bugs in it? Oh yeah yeah come on. Oh it's built supposed to be up here. Yeah she's got some little pockets right here. Show the shoes. That'S cute good thing: you had your feet done, so here's her hair in HD yeah. This is what it looks like and the way I did her braided pattern. It looks like they're individuals, but they actually are crocheted in. Let me show you the back real quick, because she is gon na put this up in a bun tonight. Can you see that and now I've seen how it looked like it's individually so like I was telling you yesterday now you went on the head today and recorded a video she's not done yet, but for the most part she's done she worked out today twice she Did the Wii game I mean I keep saying the Wii game, don't switch game and we both did it? Oh, my goodness. This is my first time doing it. I know a company always like you didn't know. If you wanted to get it or not, get it get if you want to work out, if you want to push yourself and have fun while doing it well what fun to me, because your girl beside you said no, but it is kind of fun because you're Actually doing something, it's a goal behind. You know what I'm saying you playing a video game. It is kind of fun and ain't, like you just sitting there in front of a aerobics, video or workout video. This way you better new neck. Honestly, I would have stopped a long time ago if there was just the workout video, yes, mostly like he was. The first thing you have to think about is not testing about. You always think about the game and the game like he do like adventure. Mm-Hmm. Second, adventure game, so she's eating a salad. It'S a third dinner. She didn't record her workouts. She recorded what she ate for breakfast and lunch. He talked about her dance. Many of y'all probably already probably know your auntie Todd, but I did. I am going to insert her tik-tok videos from the dance. So me, I'm about to cook some spinach sweet, potatoes and salmon. So the only thing I ate today was nothing a smoothie, and it is what time it's Ania Alexa. What time is it so six o'clock and six o'clock? I hate when you and Jana do that. The smoothies be filling me up, especially when I put like either black seeds or chia seeds. These are great fillers. I bought some coconut oil about a big ol thing of coconut oil, I'm at the start cooking with that we always cook with olive oil, but I wanted to switch it up a little bit. I think coconut oils more healthier for you anyway, so yeah I've just bought this from Target. It was about 17 dollars, but you get this huge thing, but I promise y'all the next time I get on that game, which probably be tomorrow, I'm gon na record it. I'M a cook these sweet potatoes, certain one, I think I'm gon na make like a baked sweet, potato mmm. This is good enough. I'M put it in the airfryer, so I'm gon na cook this first because the salmon and is spinach and goat a no time this one going up elevate watch me demonstrate one time never late, I grind celebrate, no pump-fake hesitate. I be scoring Earth Day party, champagne, Perrier, six, nine three been in the box now stepping on something like straight out the sand lighten up lying on the floor. I work hard. I don't know if she's gon na like these, because she's so used to like the pizza roads and the other kind of you know cheap pizza. So so I got her. So I grabbed her DS to see if she would like us and if she don't I'll eat them, then I got my salmon and my king crab and then I got some mussels. These are live mussels, my mouthwash and the composure, and I got two ravioli up here and that's this is dangerous. They play when I ran over there and got a pizza. What is that blood, sir olive oil? What helped me. detox grapefruit juice in a blender, Lemon water, A little tip when making her smoothies do all vegetables only don’t mix them with fruits. What was hard for me was the bread, milk, cheese and snacks especially chips Lol potato pasta and rice also. Frozen foods and fast food. I look forward to see her journey she got this
Lauren Emmerson: Aw she doesn’t need to go through a whole weight loss journey. Just limit snacks in the household, ban sugary drinks and limit fast food to once a week or every other week. Once her puberty hits she’ll hit her growth spurt and thin out in no time, she’ll be fine. Also, since everyone else in the household is going through their own healthy lifestyle change she’ll probably become more active just by going out with you guys.
